Staff is great but I ask for ketchup and get 2. This owner also charges extra for sauce. Stingiest McDonald's I've been to. Honestly folks, we need to stop giving our hard earned money to these poor establishments that do not care about our health or business we provide them.

I’ve gone to this location several times recently at night and each time is it always something. It’s either they’re only accepting cash or their system is down and won’t be up for 30-45 mins. It is starting to seem like they’re intentionally doing this to avoid working.

Pretty much every single night after dark, this location will do “cash only” sales. They always act like it is some system issue but has been going on for months and oddly isn’t an issue during the day.

Just stopped by to get a drink and get out of the brutal 107 degrees 2023 Texas summer heatwave we are having.  It had been some time since I visited this location and noticed how breathtaking a renovation was done since I saw it last.  It looks way more open and modern and there's even padding on some of the bench chairs now. I didn't have to wait to order like some other locations where you have to basically flag a cashier down from drive-thru to get their attention to come and take your order.  I really don't like ordering from those kiosks, call me old fashioned. The all the staff behind the counter seemed to be courteous to all the customers. This McDonald's is located right off interstate 820 in north richland hills on the north side of the freeway, not far from Winco Foods, AutoZone Auto Parts, and Home Depot.  Again, great job on updating the place and keeping it very clean.

The female manager working on 5/17/23 at 6-7pm had the workers parking literally ever car just so the “numbers” look good. There was 8 car parked up waiting for their food and not one car in the drive through line. It took 20 minutes for me to receive a couple items. Good to know the manager cares more about numbers then the actual guest

They seem not know what they doing. Need more training. You would think you would get everything you ask for. Then you gotta wait if you need stuff an ask some employees on their phones walking around cashier was on his phone like no ones business. Drinks in cashier area. Also asked for manager an we got told she can't come out. Waiting for some more of our food.

Customer service is definitely not a priority and not even when you ask them to correct anything will they respond they look roll eyes and fix it. The girl at the window checked the screen to see if I ordered something a certain way. Makes no sense bc how can you guarantee the person who took my order - put it in correctly. Got cameras to see our cars and all that but don't the orders in right. A few items were missing from our order but its enough for a lesson learned to go across the street to chickfila where service is great and orders are accurate.

These issues happened on 07/03/23 around 430pm. The lady at the second window gave dirty looks as soon as we pulled up, didnt greet us just handed our food out. She forgot a drink when she reopened the window I told her I was missing a coke she handed me the coke sitting there I then asked for a cup of ice because both of my kids meal drinks were given with no ice she rolled her eye at me and slammed the window shut to get the cup. My husbands quarter pounder burger meat was completely burnt we got down the road I opened my quarter pounder box to see someone had taken a bite out of it so both burgers had to be thrown away. I cant believe how terrible this service was or how there are employees who think its funny and ok to take bites out of burgers! Terrible terrible location and will definitely not be returning!

We went on Mother's Day after the movies, and it was horrible! Old, dry, bad food with incorrect order they took 3 trips through the drive-through to get it right. However, I took the remains and the receipt back on Tuesday and explained the problem. They remade the order and threw in extras. The food was great.

I ordered a mc double got a mc double with two cheeses only one meat and the sandwich was completely sideways me thinking I love messy sandwiches just went ahead and started eating only to find out it only had one meat....when I approached the manager he simply sead oops sorry and continued on his way.....my wife was so upset and we both in shock manager young man should represent this mc Donald's better

McDonald's is a family favorite and usually we have no complaints but this visit left us discouraged. The sandwiches were sloppily made and sliding off the buns on the Big Macs. The fries were only half filled and the unsweetened tea I ordered was sweet. We probably won't try this one again.

I used my mobile app for a deal. It will confirm your deal code was used/received by the McDonald's your at. When I got to the window to pay my deal wasn't applied to my order. I made them aware, and they refunded me the difference. Overall the menu prices are higher than my usual McDonald's I stop at, the drive-thru exit is busy and terribly designed. It was a "Meh" experience for me

After about 20 minutes waiting in the lobby and listening to the people argue about giving the wrong meal...and then was a lady come in and wait 8 minutes before they acknowledged her...and hear her say the hamburger they just gave the drive thru,..was hers...and the lady say .they are backed up making hamburgers..I just gave the guy who got in line at the lobby my pick up receipt...and told him dinner is on me.....so avoid this place.

This is the cleanest Mc Donald's I've been in. The staff was very friendly , helpful, and the restroom was very clean, the toilet was clean inside and out, floors were mopped and most of all the doors were cleaned with no finger prints, The Manger spoke in 2 different languages and every Staff member was moving to get out orders, No ONE was standing around everyone was working on ORDERS, ( a great place to eat at) Connie
