    Id go to a different Wendy’s next time. We went through the drive thru on a Friday evening. It was pretty busy. We waited a good amount of time for our food. We were missing 1 item from our order so I went inside. I waited at the counter for way too long before an employee would even acknowledge i was there. I had to get the employee’s attention by calling for them. There were about 5 or so young people working and they seemed to be just hanging out. Once I got the missing item I left… when I went to eat my food, the sandwich was missing all the ingredients except the meat. At that point I didn’t even bother going to get it fixed after the time I had already spent there waiting. Super disappointing.

    Just went there to make this review i order 4 mozarella chicken sandwishes first the lady was trying to charge $56 dollards instead of 45 then in one of them im missing the mozarella thats the whole reason we are paying 10.95 for this meal…..on the rest no marinara sauce not enough fries i think they gave me the small just placed them in the medium container also the mozarella was cold on the rest dissapointmet never going back to this particular wendys

    Girls at the drive thru were more interested in talking to each other than friendly customer service, but I guess that is how it goes now days 🤷‍♀️ Food was awesome and a nice Christmas tree in the window.

    This location is constantly upsetting. Fries hardly ever fresh much less hot. The meat sits too long on grill and isn't fresh definitely not cooked to order. Tonight they had to restart the system which only takes maximum like five minutes which I was ok with waiting. Then the manager gets on the headset and tells me they are closed for the next 30 minutes. The night crew is the laziest crew I've ever seen work at this location.

    I normally don’t do reviews for a fast food place but I just had to this time. I literally just left from here a few minutes ago. If I can give it a ZERO star I would! I was at the drive through, placed my order.. the girl tells me to pull up n she will bring it out, never handed me a receipt 15 minutes passed, nobody ever came out so I went inside n asked about it and nobody had a clue what I was talking about. Then I went back out to my car and waited and went back inside after 10 minutes and asked about my order and one girl was giggling and had no idea what I was talking about. I really think this crew smokes weed on their break or something because there’s just no way people can be this irresponsible and oblivious to their own responsibilities at work. I will never be returning! Please just go to Chick Filet, they are more attentive towards their customers!

    Horrible, Service was meh. Food was horrible for what I have had before. Wendy's have always been fresh. That days experience was bad. A QT stop would if been 100% fresher. Do not go after the dining room closes....

    System “down” conveniently after person in front orders a large order and right when I get to the microphone to order one frosty. Rude workers. Cops were also there talking to customers or workers inside not sure what what was about. Don’t waste your time here.

    I'm really upset. I went through this Wendy's drive thru tonight and I ordered two of their chili's. Well went I got home I opened the chili up and neither was full, neither had any cheese, or onions. One was nearly half empty. Plus no crackers were included. Maybe I expected too much, but for $3.59 each I expect the chili to at least be fully in there. I was so disappointed I didn't even eat the chili. Nor did my kid. I tried to call the store to complain to the manager but no one answered. My boyfriend also had a large order of fries and a coke in the order. They were fine which is why I guess the one star is fair. Overall definitely not a great experience.

    If I could give a zero I would, i mean no one was in the line they have at least 6 people working back there, all the machines are out of the soda the lobby is disgusting, and it’s just gross, I had to come in to order because they left me in the line outside just sitting there, I’m so disappointed, and won’t be back. You need a whole new team manager including

    Quality of food has declined at this location. Also, this happened over a month ago, but they are not ready to serve at the time of opening. I ordered via their app for the first time. I pulled up to the intercom in the drive-thru, no one greeted me. So I pulled up to the window and the older lady working clearly saw me and walked off. So I had to call and apparently I was forwarded to someone off-site because his response was that he would call them immediately. The employee then appeared at the window. I gave her my name and she then walked off. She visably was irritated and I heard her speak to another employee it was because they had nothing prepared and the grill, fryer, etc wasn’t even on. I arrived at 6:30 am and I did not leave with my order until 6.56 am. Unacceptable. If you open at a specific time, you should be prepared to serve your customers at that time as well with employees who care about their job and the quality of service they provide.

    I just want to say that Wendy's on rufe snow location, is a great location. They are always so nice and friendly. Common courtesy seems to not be so common for most fast food places but Wendy's has great staff.

    This was our go-to location for years but customer service has gone way down hill. We have tried 3 times in the last month. The first time, I waited 45 min for food for them to say they forgot about us, the second time, the employees must have walked out or just locked the doors during the dinner rush hour. No one ever came to the window or speaker and the doors locked. Tonight was the worst. The person on the speaker was screaming the R word multiple times at customers. When we finally tried to order, she was extremely rude, impatient and everything we tried to order they were out of.

    I am so disappointed. They gave me a chicken sandwich with strong smelling onions, lettuce, and very little mayo. ....😡The fries were old and stuck together but I ate them because I was hungry., the pineapple mango drink was delicious.
