Quality
of
food
has
declined
at
this
location.
Also,
this
happened
over
a
month
ago,
but
they
are
not
ready
to
serve
at
the
time
of
opening.
I
ordered
via
their
app
for
the
first
time.
I
pulled
up
to
the
intercom
in
the
drive-thru,
no
one
greeted
me.
So
I
pulled
up
to
the
window
and
the
older
lady
working
clearly
saw
me
and
walked
off.
So
I
had
to
call
and
apparently
I
was
forwarded
to
someone
off-site
because
his
response
was
that
he
would
call
them
immediately.
The
employee
then
appeared
at
the
window.
I
gave
her
my
name
and
she
then
walked
off.
She
visably
was
irritated
and
I
heard
her
speak
to
another
employee
it
was
because
they
had
nothing
prepared
and
the
grill,
fryer,
etc
wasn’t
even
on.
I
arrived
at
6:30
am
and
I
did
not
leave
with
my
order
until
6.56
am.
Unacceptable.
If
you
open
at
a
specific
time,
you
should
be
prepared
to
serve
your
customers
at
that
time
as
well
with
employees
who
care
about
their
job
and
the
quality
of
service
they
provide.
