Heard about this place so I went and tried it out...Brisket was good and moist...Ribs were tasty and also good....Sausage was also good...liked their spicy sauce...Didn't try their sides I just tried some of their meats,but they seem to have a good choice of them... I'll have to go back and try the other meats they have to offer..Nice place UPDATE....Went there today 08/04/2023 for dinner...so we tried their plates...Brisket and Ribs along with their Chicken and Sausage plus their sides . All was good and tasty..got to talk to the PitMaster and he showed me around back where the big Smokers are.This place has a good atmosphere and the staff were real nice and friendly. Will definitely go back..one of the few best BBQ places around 3900 Ruff Snow Dr NRH.

A friend found this place and invited a group of us here for lunch. I had no expectations, and now this might be my new favorite BBQ place. Go with friends and everyone get something different and then y’all share some bites with each other. Loaded Mashed Potatoes: A+ (best ever!) Pork Ribs: A+ (meat fell off the bone!) Fried Pickles: A+ (best I’ve ever had) Black Pepper Sausage: B Fried Okra: B- Dinner Roll: C+ Yes it’s expensive, but if you’re complaining about price, then you clearly don’t eat BBQ enough! This type of food is always pricier than you want it to be. It’s true that some places you don’t get your monies but that’s not the case here! Enjoy.

Have no clue how I haven’t heard about this place until last week. Finally got to try it out and the bbq is top notch. Came in for lunch on a weekday and just happened to catch a brisket and turkey breast getting unwrapped. My brisket, ribs and sides were excellent. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked up and was very friendly. I highly recommend others to come and try them out. Can’t wait to go back again! Thanks guys. Neat place. Good parking. Nice inside. Great food. Had the brisket street tacos with deviled egg potato salad and burnt end beans and a revolver. Yum!

We ordered the family meal and got mash potatoes, briskets, cheese sausage, pulled pork, Mexican corn, Mac n cheese fries, corn bread n rolls. I thought everything was excellent except the mash potatoes was a bit dry, but still flavorful. My favorite was the Mexican corn and cheese sausage. I would come back.

Patriotic Pig is part of my “Mount Rushmore” of DFW BBQ. If you aren’t familiar with the term I’ll say it’s one of my all time favorites! We went to the restaurant multiple times and had them cater our wedding! When we booked for the wedding Gina offered for us to come in and try everything which we did since we wanted to try the things we don’t usually get. I’m glad we did because I never used to like sausage but after having theirs it’s the only place I want it from! She was incredible going over everything and their service the day of the wedding was flawless and everybody raved about it! I bring coworkers down from Gainesville to go here, it’s that good!

Always great BBQ. Local beer on tap. Clean and great service. Solid place to eat!!

Patriotic pig catered our wedding and the food was fantastic! Our guests absolutely loved it. The set up looked great! My only feedback was that we had a few guests share they had some negative interactions with the staff. I think there can be some improvement on their service, but overall we were very happy with the food!
