Ive been to this firehouse subs before and they’re usually nice. I asked the girl for extra BBQ sauce with my sandwich and she said ok (I usually do this without issue). I even verified with her that she put 3 extra sauces in the order. When I picked up my order the kid making the sandwich said they can’t give more than 2 sides of sauce. Although I usually get 3 sides, like a did last week. I offered to pay for an extra cup of sauce and he said they don’t sell it. Then when I got home the sandwich is made wrong, it says No mayo on the receipt, but it’s slathered with Mayo. They also forgot the soup crackers. Terrible service today and the attitude of the kid making the sandwich was horrible. The other kid beside him took my order the other day and didn’t mention their rationing of BBQ sauce at all.

It was my first time at Firehouse. I purchased a Hook and Ladder sub. The sub was very tasty. Ingredients were fresh. No long wait time. I placed my order through the app on the way and it was prepared and ready when I arrived. I like that a pickle is included with sub and not on the sub.

Came in today (Thursday) at 7:45pm and was surprised to see that the workers had already begun their closing duties. I stepped up to the counter to order a sandwich and the gentleman asked me to wait while he completed cleaning out the toaster oven. Then a girl came up and said “what do you want” in an annoyed voice. She took my order and shooed me away. I asked to use the restroom and the same girl sighed and said yes I cleaned it already so turn off the light when you’re done. That half of the restaurant from the drink machine back, was closed off and mopped. I came back out to where I set my chips & drink cup down on a table, and realized that the girl removed all chairs from the table, insinuating that I couldn’t sit and enjoy my meal. The gentleman who was cleaning the toaster before, finished my sandwich and I left with it. I understand wanting to close early when you’re slow, but not making customers feel welcome or rushed is ridiculous. I was out by 8pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Who kicks people out so early?

I revisited Firehouse Subs today and they did not disappoint! It has the firehouse theme with all the gear as decoration. Very inviting. Greeted at the front counter courteously, I placed my order for my sandwich and added on chips & a drink. The display of chips is next to the counter so once you pay you have plenty of time to figure out what kind of chips you're hungry for! Their drink machine is an all in one: ice dispenser and push buttons for various drink choices. Their sweet and unsweet tea is freshly brewed (my favorite) on the drink counter. I also inquired about their $3 red pickle buckets and found out all I needed to know. Their pickle spears are delivered in these great 5 gallon buckets and are for sale for $3. Proceeds help support first responders and public safety organizations. Their service was quick and my Italian sub was super delicious. Remember to load the app and earn reward points.

Took My daughter here as a substitution away from schlotzsky's deli which she always ask for. Now she's constantly begging me for doordash to get another firehouse sub. Making a sandwich is pretty easy but they make it an art form... The club on a sub and hook on a ladder were perfect.

First time visit and exceeded expectations. Sandwiches were ok, but only had a choice of white or wheat bread. A pretty good selection on the menu and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The establishment was also clean with excellent service. Will go back soon.

Usually a fan , however since the new app update Consistently wrong , and certain options were taken away from the app as well. Also no place for special instructions in instances where there isn’t a button for said function. Most recently selected “no” for all veggies and condiments as I was picking up to have later at work. Receipt reflects accurately so this just seems lazy.

Ordered delivery - New Yorker hot sub - so much mayo it was impossible to eat - I scooped as much off as I could, but it was on both sides - wasted $20.
