Food was fair. Beer was cold. Good happy hour prices! However, somehow a cracked glass slipped into the freezer. It was served with dark beer. Bartender missed it, server missed it, then I missed it. Cut my lip. Hooked it grabbed like a fish hook. Pulled away and I'm bleeding. Asked the manager what he could do to make it right. He comped one $5.00 beer. Best he could do. That was less than my expectation. Try eating spicy wings with a cut lip. Good times. I'm probably not going back here because of manager's cavalier attitude about my experience.

Every time I pick up an order, they never loom over at me. It's like once these little girls see the phone in hand they know it'd a pick up so choose to make us wait longer. This is not my food, I'm just delivering for yalls customer. Last time me and my wife ate here was the same attitude / service witch is why me and my wife haven't gone back. The attitude is horrible here, rather drive to Grapevine for better service.

Service was horrible! Chelsea was too busy sitting and flirting with customers that it took my family and I awhile to receive our checks. A couple of us only had half of the food we ordered because it was “forgotten”. Definitely would not recommend going to this location!

I can honestly say today I had the worst tasting wings ever. Also they were so large. I would give zero 0 stars if I could . I only had six wings ( breaded). Fries subpar as well . First and last visit today.

The food was good and the service was good, she was friendly and attentive. The food came out good and warm. The onion rings that ordered with the means didn't have very much, though.

Polite staff, super busy. Food was so so. Got "Lots A Tots" and 10 piece hot bone in breaded wings. The tots were more greasy than normal, bacon was burnt and no green onions. Wings were mushy. Sent them back. I can endure bad food but it was too much. New set comes. Hot and crunchy but barely any sauce. Just seemed like they had a new cook or kitchen staff that couldn't cope with the crowd and let the food quality suffer. Probably won't go back to this location. Oh and $50 for 2 order of 10 piece and tots is insane.

Visited this location today for lunch. Breakdown of my visit. 1. Wings 5 out 10 2. Grilled chicken salad 4 out of 10 3. Atmosphere 2 out of 10 4. Having eating utensils available at lunch 1 out 10 5. Hooters girls personality/energy 2 out of 10 6. Cleanliness 1 out of 10 The service was pretty rough today. The atmosphere was comparable to watching paint dry on a old shed. I remember hooters being entertaining and energetic. This hooters needs a revamp badly!

The food was ok but the service could have been a lot better. My companion and I asked one of the waitress how tall was she ? She snapped and very rudely said she was busy. Which has nothing to do with anything very pretty girl but very nasty attitude. Half way through our meal the meat topping I requested for my ceaser salad at the time of ordering still had not come. I was all done with my meal and the meat topping was presented. The service at this location is below average I do not recommend

Sad that I’m required to give 1 star. Went in today and they are out of beer completely which I thought was very odd. Once I got over the no beer thing I ordered my wings and tried to modify my order and the lady said the kitchen doesn’t modify anything and I will have to take it as it is. Hard pass, don’t see this location being opened much longer

Server had no personality. Food was decent although the wings with dry rub tasted like fish. Had one beer and was never offered another, waitress just brought out a ticket. Decided that was a hint to just leave and drink somewhere else. If you get a chance, definitely skip this Hooters.

The employees here were to occupied texting on their phones & conversing amongst themselves while appearing unconcerned customers were waiting for service. Additionally 'Hooter's' has a reputation for attracting & attractive females however, all were skinny & grossly undeveloped & not what was usually expected for a 'Hooter employee. The wings were spongy & overcooked & I certainly would not patronize this establishment again.

The worst service ever. Never even got our food! This place is horrible. The manager gave me a fake number for corporate. Absolutely the worst ever! Do not do internet orders or call in orders. It will not be ready and you will wait 45 minutes after arrival hoping to see your order. I dealt with the same issue 2 years ago, but was compassionate to the pandemic. To see it even worse now is insulting.

I have been to this location a lot in the past and restaurant chain at multiple locations in several cities. I arrived at 1145 pm and they close at 1 am so over an hour until they close. When I arrived went to restroom and it was awful (see attached pictures). I sat down and was greeted by server who was overall good. I ordered 10 wings bone in, french fries, and a soda, a current special that was being ran plus a salad. The salad came first it was fine. Soon after the wings arrived and were ice cold like they had been cooled earlier and just tossed with the sauce. I was almost finished eating when hot french fries arrived which told me the wings were pre cooked and the fries were not. It was over 10 maybe 15 minutes from the time cold wings and fries arrived. Wing quality * DP drink ***** Salad ***** Fries (hot and fresh .***** Since the mainstay of restaurant is chicken and wings, over all WEAK 1 star. If the restrooms in public are this trashed what does the back look like where we can’t see? The service was good over all but food was not up to standards and restaurant filthy in public areas. The first pic outside the door looks like someone peed there and paper towels put down to absorb piss but never cleaned or picked up in hallway outside of door.

Beca is fantastic. We sat at the bar and were able to watch her in action. Fast, friendly and fun! She effortlessly moved from task to task, from customer to customer without missing a beat. What an asset to your restaurant. I've been in customer service roles along time, She is top-notch. Not sure why she's not a manager, must make to much in her current role 🤔

I ordered Big Fish Sandwich with side of curly fries. Sierra was the server, and when she served my food both sandwich and fries was cold. Food tasted very average and nothing special. I do not recommend to anybody.

Congratulations on giving me the worst the dining experience of my entire year. From the start things were not good. We had to wait five or 10 minutes before we even got a waitress to take our drink order. Then I had stop her as she was walking away so we could get an appetizer order in. The appetizer came out quickly, and that is the only positive of the entire experience at this place. Also the only time that we saw our waitress again. She ignored us the entire time we were sitting there, got my order wrong, never came back to check on us, and never refilled our drinks. 30 minutes later they finally brought out the main course which was wrong , not what I ordered. The restaurant wasn't even busy. After sitting there for an hour, my wife already having eaten, and me still waiting on my crab legs, I decided to ask for the manager so we could get our check and get the hell out of there. The manager was great, but the waitress, Esmy, was practically useless and absolutely needs to be fired. She has no business working in the service industry and only came back to check on us after she saw the manager at our table. Our food that we did get was brought out by other waitresses and was substandard, except for the fried mozzarella. Not something I would ever come back to eat. This ruined my entire evening and my date with my wife. I will never be back to this establishment.

I've tried this location a few times now and everytime I have the worst service. This time I had terrible service and the food was awful, it was like it had been sitting out all day and they threw it in the microwave to heat it up, there was no sauce on my wings or shrimp either, I had to ask for the Buffalo sauce that it should have been tossed in to begin with. I will gladly drive further away to have a much better experience and better fresh food than go back to this location any day.

Hadn't been in Years!! And as a former hooter girl 😁, I have very high standards. Had buffalo shrimp(must have) done in spicy BBQ sauce and it was phenomenal 😍. Server tryed but still seemed so lost like most people are these days.😒Seems many are like robots...no emotion, no personality....Earn that money...make me want to tip you🤪

Ordered to-go (8/18/23) Twisted Texas Melt w/ fries... stood for 10min finally got floating bartender... fries are dried melt looks barely cooked... won't come back I can see why 3.9 rating

My husband and I both had long days at work and just wanted some dinner. We entered Hooters and it was busy due to football. Understandably, as we also wanted to catch the game. We waited for a bar table to come available and then we were seated. Mariah was our server and was great! She was extremely busy but was on her game. Dinner was good and we ordered extra food for dinner tomorrow as I am a professional chef and a long day ahead. We ordered 100.00 worth of yummy food for take home enjoyment tomorrow. We paid, left, got home and realized we left the most important goody bag behind. We called and called with no success knowing the store was busy, I drove back hoping the Togo goody bag was still there. I entered and spoke to the manager Eric and explained about the missing Togo bag. He and our server weren’t able to locate it, as I feared, it had been thrown out. As I stood in shock for my mistake and realizing I had left 100.00 worth of food behind I was gravely disappointed. Eric offered to remake the food and pack it to go for me. OMG! Yes! I would have usually just blown it off but it was expensive and very important to us for our dinner the next day, so i thankfully accepted. I have been in the industry for over 30 years and definitely know how a busy night can be in a restaurant. Eric was running from end to end helping his staff and taking care of guests. My appreciation and heartfelt thank you is extended to Eric and his hard working staff for everything they do every day! Thank you for your empathy Eric, and understanding my position and making it right when it was my fault. May you all be blessed! Thank you!

Disgusting experience. Food made me feel sick and not only that the server Sydney is the most arrogant self obsessed stick up girl I’ve come across. She looks sweet until you ask her to just simply change the tv and because you’re not old with money, she’s too busy to be able to do that for you. Honestly she feels she’s too good for this place so maybe Hooters and her should go their separate ways

Food hasn't changed in years, doesn't have too. Good comfort food. Wait staff isn't as fun as they used to be and they def give prefenccial treatment to some guests over others. Doesn't have the same fun anymore. I miss the days when the girls made you feel special and made you want to come back. There was a time that the Hooters girls had fun and made the experience. Now it's a family restaurant. I rather go to knockouts or twin peaks. They have that old Hooters vibe

Well, we walked in and stood there waiting for 5 minutes to be seated and no one in line ahead of us. The employees just looked at us as if we were invisible. After we were finally seated, we placed our order, wings & fries, a bud light, and a strawberry margarita. The wings were undercooked and the fries were served later for some reason and they were room temperature. The beer was cold, but the frozen margarita was partially melted. I didn't find the need to speak with a manager because the server told us the wings looked just fine to her when we complained about the food. A server who tells customers their complaint is not warranted is a direct reflection of the manager and I refused to allow them to totally ruin my night. Needless to say, I am done with Hooters.

Took my son for some wings. Our server Chloe was super nice and attentive. She Got all of our food and drinks out in a timely manner and food was hot and delicious. Kudos to teamwork and the kitchen staff and the bartender that made me an excellent Bloody Mary at 9:30 at night.

Always have a great time here. I've been helped several times by Hannah and always get great service from her. She makes great recommendations for food and drinks. Plus, who doesn't like hand-written notes!?

Disliked the waitresses under dressing for the job. Way too much skin showing. Women at work should be viewed as worthy not as sexual objects. Not a family friendly place. My waitress was nice during a customer pickup order.....the one star is for not treating woman as honorable and worthy.

This place is known for what it's known for ... yes, "the wings." Having said that, I wish the To Go pickup process were a little more friendly for us delivery gig drivers at this particular location... allow me to elaborate. While I'm standing in the foyer waiting for orders, staring down at my phone, trying with all my might not to notice "the wings," customers are piling in the whole time wondering who this vagrant is, laughing at memes, seemingly waiting for someone to show up, only for no one to appear. Option number 2 is to stand at the hostess stand, blocking the already narrow, high traffic walkway used by staff, customers, etc. (And I dare you to try and not notice said wings standing in there, lest ye be chased away and branded a pre-vert. Forgive me, I digress..) I suppose that wouldn't be a big problem but sometimes you have to wait for 15 minutes or more for the order and that's a long time to be in the way of a busy restaurant staff. I'm sure there are a couple more things I am missing but this is what I notice most as I tend to try and stay out of the way, however it is sometimes difficult to do so. Now, after all that, the restaurant staff itself is always awesome. Don't know his name but dude with the hat and combat boots is always polite, accurate, hospitable, and working. Never seen that dude just standing around, he's always doing something or helping someone. Keep up the great work guys, I'll come eat one day. Until then, "I'll just be waiting for my order out here, thank you."

Food was great, service was good, parking lots was trashy, and Men's restroom was FILTHY. Both doors on the only 2 toilets were off there hinges and 1 was "out of order". The paper towel machine was flashing red and out of paper when we got there, and completely broken and taken apart on the floor and counter when we attempted to wash our hands after 1 hour to leave. Perfect example of how a few things can ruin a trip. Fix the the restrooms and clean up the trash in the parking lot.

I was ripped my was fish& chips which was 13.00 dollars and some change my drink was 4.50 .I was charged for tater tots 1.59 and 108 for to dipping sauce 1 was tarter and the other was cocktail sauce when I confronted waitress she informed that tarter tots were extra and curly fries came with the meal which I didn't get .when she asked me at the time which did I want waffle fries ,curly fries or tarter tots failed to inform that curly fries came with the order and that tarter tots were extra charged and 59 cents for each dipping sauce that should . have came with the order at no extra charge I will not make a return trip . I give zero stars. And didn't receive any curly fries with my order the server made it sound like it was my choice of which potato products I would like with my order

I am literally ONLY giving this place on THIS DAY 5 stars and ONLY because ERIC, the manager or whatever position he holds… I don’t know because he literally filled them ALL today! You are amazing Eric! You immediately let us know that you only had 2 girls today on this snow day and there would be a little delay which made everything seem like it was running right on time! I appreciate your dedication to giving the BEST service you can while short-staffed and snowing outside! You are truly the REAL MVP! And to the girls who showed up for us today, y’all are amazing and did an awesome job. I couldn’t even tell y’all were short-staffed! Thank you for being so awesome y’all!!

Everything was great, food was fresh fast friendly service.And our waitress top our drinks off the whole which I always love.

The breaded buffalo wings was real good very moist very spicy. Their curly fries was hard and extra drive with no flavor like it's been sitting there for over an hour nasty! 5stars for wings. 1star for curly fries
