Excellent service and food! Got seated right away and had our drinks coming out fast, even with refills throughout the dining experience! Our waitress was literally amazing! The food came out hot and there were no issues with any of our food. Everyone left happy and full. Definitely coming back!

I REALLY enjoyed this location Waayy better than the one on Hulen. Our food was hot and for a Saturday we only waited 45 minutes without a reservation. I will say if you get the Shrimp Scampi, be mindful that “it’s not like Olive Garden”, as we were told, and it has no pasta. That was one of the downsides of our visit. As well, our waitress was HORRIBLE. She was so slow, never checked in on us, and we literally waited 20 minutes for her to comeback so we could pay for our meal. We did let the manager know and he acted as if he had so much on his mind, he really wasn’t focused in. We still tipped her accordingly despite her awful customer service. I also noticed this location ISN’T very cultural, but our food was fresh, and our only con was the clam chowder soup. It was cold and tasted watered down, definitely not homemade. I would recommend trying this location. I can’t say that you’ll love it, but it’s worth trying.

Went here for my Dad’s Birthday, the staff was really friendly. The biscuits took a little bit to come out but the waiter brought us extra because of that 😋 I am not a fan of seafood so I just got the side of linguine alfredo(x2) to make it more a meal size and it was only $12 vs the $18 a pasta is with meat. I was fairly surprised! It was good! This location needs a remodel but other than that good experience and would go again!

We had the Ultimate endless shrimp feast deal. We picked choice of 3 types of shrimp from the menu. Out of Garlic shrimp, Coconut shrimp and Grilled shrimp skewer; we loved their New!Crispy Dragon Shrimp 🍤. That was the best one. Beside that the other types did not taste so good. We gotten tired at the end of the endless shrimp feast. We recommend going early if you are going for dinner by 8 PM. Because it looked like this restaurant has short staff. We had to wait over 30-40 minutes after we got our ordered shrimp. The staff service was friendly. There are better Red lobster 🦞 location than this one which we experienced. We would definitely order different items on the menu next time.

Service was okay since they are overworked. The fish and chips can be a hit or missed. Some places it’s greasy or not , or too much breading . Surprise how much coleslaw they give. Some other Red Lobster locations only give about 2-3 bites. The crispy cod was very good, not too greasy nor too much breading.

An authentic and icon in seafood restaurants. We celebrated our anniversary and Adriana's birthday. We had an evening to remember with great tasting food and outstanding customer service.

I come to Red Lobster about once a year to see if the service has improved. I was disappointed to find the waitress we had was the worst I've seen in quite a while. I asked for iced tea and sucralose. She brought saccharine. I asked for splenda and a spoon to stir the tea. She asked "what?" I had to repeat spoon several times and then explain I didn't want to stir my tea with my knife. She brought a soup spoon. Does Red Lobster have tea spoons? My daughter ordered the soup and salad unlimited lunch. The crackers were so stale I had to spit them out when my daughter asked me to test them. We asked the waitress for less stale crackers but it was obvious she just brought more from the same old box of crackers. The waitress only came by the table 3 or 4 times so after we finished the meal I asked my first tea refill. She brought the refill, picked up the plates and then disappeared for 15-20 minutes. When I finally stood up to look for someone to get us our check, I saw she was sitting in the bar area with the host from the front and several other people. I finally had to walk over to the host who was running checks out to other tables and ask for a check. I told him I saw our waitress sitting in the bar area and just wanted to leave. The waitress finally came over and asked if we needed anything. (LOL) and I said again. Check please. She finally loaded our check into the pay system at the table and then came over and proceeded to plug in all the information in the system. I asked, "Are you going to put in your tip too?" She replied ,"yes". I couldn't believe her answer so I asked her if she heard me and she said , "yes!" Then she set down the pay monitor and stood over my shoulder watching me. I asked "Are you going to stare at me while I do this?" and her reply was, "I'm not staring" but she continued to stand over the table and watch me. Finally my daughter said "thanks, we don't need your help anymore" and she left. I thought zero tip was appropriate but my daughter left her a tip anyway. I thought she was extremely rude, inattentive, unhelpful and unmanaged. Where was the manger? Who would let servers sit in a booth during the day with a restaurant full of people? Needless to say, I won't be returning and will be posting this review on all the favs. Added note, when I tried to send this information on the Red Lobster website, I kept getting an error message. You can't report problems. lol.

The service was great! I ordered marine lobster tails, it tasted pretty good. My husband ordered salmon, I had a bit, and I'm not big fun of the salmon. The crispy Brussels sprouts was pretty good.

The food was great and the service was great. Peyton was our waitress she was attentive. The cheddar Bay biscuits were delicious. The place really does need a good cleaning. Ceiling tiles are filthy with layers of dust as well as the curtains.

This was the WORST experience i’ve ever had, the salmon me and my mom got was over cooked AND THE BOTTOM WAS BROWN??? The service was so terrible it was an hour before they closed and servers kept walking past us while they cleaned or as I overheard while sitting and waiting for someone to actually take our order for drinks or anything they were waiting to get off of their shift and saying they don’t want to do anything else. Our server finally came after 10-15 minutes and she seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. The only good think was the lobster artichoke cheese dip and even then it was small for the price. Our lobster was dry and extremely small for 40 dollars and our shrimp was rubbery and tasteless. The rice under it was DISGUSTING. It tasted like old rag water and the broccoli was even worse. Our server didn’t check on us once to see how our food was or give me a refill (I had been out of my drink for over half of the meal.) I am extremely disappointed. Do not come here spend your money on something better. Below is a photo of how much food we had leftover because we just couldn’t eat it because of how terrible it was.

Went here this evening about 5 pm. had the endless shrimp for $20.00, which was pretty good. Lobster mashed potatoes were good and could have been better. Or a little more Lobster on top. Cole slaw definitely doesn't recommend it. The server has so so. My cup sat empty for 15 minutes. I even asked for a refillbrought drinks for the table beside me, but still no drink! Had to ask again for a refill. Asked for 2 refills of shrimp waited and waited and waited. I believe she forgot. The server reached my table and wanted to take the sugar off my table. I was using very odd and rude. The manager, all he was worried about, was walking around with his head stuck in the tablet. Never check on guests! It was ridiculous. He walks around not once to speak to anyone. The woman's restroom is no toliet paper, and you should really take a good look at the back of the bathroom door. The stale doors are black, and the flity! Shame on yall!! My first visit here I was like eww gross .

Had a great date night with my wife I got the crab linguine pasta and my wife had the Southwest shrimp bowl for our appetizer we had the crabby cheese fries great service, and the food was hot and fresh we had a great night

Endless Shrimp! Yummy 🍤 All you can eat, Good Price $20 per person. Coconut Shrimp is So Good with flavor, hot & crispy. Shrimp Scampi & Red Dragon Shrimp very Delicious! This place is a go to spot at least once a year for the endless shrimp. We love it here it’s always so inviting and delicious food. Tonight’s experience was a little off, there was trouble in the kitchen it seems cause it took about 30 minutes and still never got my refill of “endless shrimp “ I’ll go back because I like it just seemed to be a tough night for the kitchen.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The endless shrimp was delicious. Loved the new TEQUILA LIME & the addition of popcorn shrimp. The coconut shrimp are still our favorite & the Shrimp Scampi in garlic butter are yummy. Our server ASHTON did such an amazing job!! He was attentive and friendly. I ordered the crunch fried fish sandwich via grubhub and I’m disappointed with how the sandwich was prepared. There’s absolutely no tartar sauce, which is what I enjoy the most about this sandwich. I’ve ordered from this location before and this is the first time I’ve had any issues.

Biscuits were amazing. We had the fish and chips and the Seafarer's Feast. Everything was absolutely delicious. Was our first time trying. Location was nice and clean. Staff were kind. Our server Jacob was awesome and gave great service! Will be returning!

This is one of the best Red Lobsters in DFW. I drive from Arlington just to come eat here. The wait time and people waiting was pretty long but my husband and I only waited for about 15 minutes. The service was excellent and food was on point. I'll continue to drive from Arlington to this one because of this. 🤤😋😌🙌

It was a belated Mother's Day lunch with my eldest daughter! The food was excellent! I had an unsweetened ice tea. The taste was flawless. I ordered the Admirals Feast to eat. I've included a picture. The broccoli was cooked to perfection! I had to get a to go box it was just so much food! And of course the Red Lobster signature biscuits...mmm yummy! I'm never disappointed when I go there. The waitress was attentive and made no mistakes and her supervisor asked how she did at the end of our meal. I'm coming back!!!

My brother & I shared a steak, lobster, shrimp & mac & cheese meal for two & we each got to pick a side. Dinner was delicious! Everything was cooked perfect. Server was great!

Absolutely disgusting! The shrimp was rubbery, and bland, the rice was dry and cold, no flavor. Very poor quality food, taste like something shipped in and cooked in a microwave. Just horrible! Very disappointing! I use to enjoy Red Lobster but not anymore. The food is more expensive, but very poorly prepared. Its more like fake or GMO.

Service was good, food great as always, they are short staff like other places therefore you might wait your table.

Excellent service valentines day. We ordered the admirals feast and the shrimp Rangoon. Everything was hot and delicious. We will be back for sure. Heidi was courteous, attentive and quick to refill drinks. She is to be commended and should lead the wait staff on how to provide 5 star service.
