Completely
horrible
customer
service
experience.
I
ordered
pizza
online
at
4:46
to
be
delivered
at
6pm.
At
6:15,
the
pizza
was
late,
so
I
called
the
store.
I
was
told
that
the
pizza
was
on
the
way.
At
6:30
the
pizza
was
still
not
delivered.
I
called
the
store
again
and
was
told
that
they
would
contact
the
delivery
driver.
At
6:36
the
delivery
driver
arrived.
He
offered
me
10%
off.
I
told
him
that
I
would
not
be
paying
for
the
pizza.
He
handed
me
the
pizza
and
said
"okay"
and
then
left.
Later
on
I
saw
that
I
had
a
voice
message
from
pizza
pan.
The
lady
stated
that
she
would
have
offered
me
the
pizza
for
free
if
I
would
have
spoken
to
them
in
advance
-
even
though
I
spoke
with
them
twice
before.
I
called
the
store
back
to
clear
the
air.
The
employee
that
I
spoke
with,
"one
of
the
owners",
told
me
that
they
called
the
Police
on
me
for
stealing.
He
lied
to
me
stating
that
"he
came
to
my
house
and
knocked
on
my
door
and
saw
people
staring
at
him
through
the
window".
This
is
completely
false.
We
have
a
couch
in
front
of
the
window,
so
nobody
has
access
to
the
windows.
We
also
had
a
party
going
on
and
left
the
door
open
for
people
to
come
in
as
they
arrived.
Had
anyone
been
knocking,
we
would
have
heard
and
seen
them,
and
have
addressed
them.
We
also
have
a
door
bell
which
could
have
been
used,
but
was
not
used
all
night.
This
employee
continued
to
speak
over
me
anytime
I
tried
to
speak.
Knowing
that
I
was
getting
nowhere
with
him,
I
stated
that
I
would
be
ending
the
call.
Some
time
later,
THREE
Police
Officers
showed
up
at
my
residence.
My
children
and
their
friends
were
completely
petrified
because
"the
Police
with
guns"
came
to
their
party.
I
expect
a
full
refund
and
apology
from
this
company.
Completely
horrible
customer
service
and
absolutely
worse
service
recovery.
