This is my first experience with this Pizza Pan since the one near me closed. This place is outstanding! I needed a very large order for work; 10 1/2 sheets of specialty pizza and cheesy bread, and I needed it by 11:30 in the morning. We were out of their delivery zone but the manager Brian was more than willing to deliver it for a very small fee. We received the order on time, and it was hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken bacon ranch specialty pizza we feel is the best in Cleveland. It does not dissapoint! Great job Pizza Pan! Thanks for everything! We'll be back.

Well, it's New Year's Eve 2019, these guys are busy, and we are hungry. So hungry, that we ordered WAY too much food for this family of five. With an awesome spread before us, we did not even realize that the small antipasto salad was missing. Stomachs full, we settled in to recall the many blessings 2019 had to offer, and there came another knock at the door, this time unexpected. Curious, I opened the door to find another Pizza Pan delivery guy. Before I could tell him that he probably had the wrong house he apologized for forgetting our 3.99 salad. With a big smile he handed us a small dessert, a 2-liter of Coke and our prodigal salad, apologized for the mistake, wished us a Happy New Year and was on our his way. Not only is their pizza phenomenal, everyone is a pleasure to work with and apparently their customer service is out of this world. These guys just got a customer for life. Keep up the great work Pizza Pan.

Bland sauce, below frozen grade dough and even the cheese is terrible. With all of the amazing options available for pizza these days, (Domino's excluded) it's a mystery to me that this place is still in business. UPDATE: Mystery solved...their thin crust pizzas are pretty good, especially the chicken bacon ranch. Strombolis are loaded with cheese and absolutely massive and delicious. 4 stars now.

I love this place. I come here about once a month when I'm on my way back home from school. Brian comes to the school and set up shop. Thin crust, regular, wings, salad there is a lot of options. The customer service is good the food is good. Whenever I'm out in the area I go to Pizza Pan. So, if I missed Brian at the school then I'm pulling up on him at the store to put in my order. The prices are very competitive. I can't eat pizza every day but if I could this would be my first choice....

By far the best pizza in the surrounding Lorain County area!! The quality of ingredients along with the affordable pricing makes this my go to place. And the customer service is the best!! Brian and Nina (and staff) are some of the kindest people you will ever meet!! They do a lot for our wonderful city of North Ridgeville. Stop in and see them, check out the expansive menu, and grab a pizza and wings, or whatever you are in the mood for. Lots to choose from.You will be extremely happy you did!! Thanks Brian and Nina!! So good!! Stopped here on a whim because the turn pike service plaza was closed. So glad it was! We got 2 for 1 pizzas and an order of mushrooms. Everything was suuuuper fresh and delicious! Stuffed crust was on point!! 👍 Staff was very nice! Even brought our food out to the car for us.

They are great! Always friendly and the food is fresh and well prepared. I was late picking up my order, and I didn't realize they they had closed. My food was still fresh and ready to go, and the employees are always friendly. Never a bad choice to go to this Pizza Pan.

I placed an order yesterday. It was also late but once it was explained that a driver was in an accident, then it made sense. I have ordered from this pizza spot many times and have never had an issue. They have always been polite and accommodating. I always try to find out the reason before I assume and pass judgement.

I ordered a calzone and a pizza. The calzone was quite literally inedible for me. Filled with probably a half pound of diced onions and barely even melted cheese. Watery substance pouring out of it as well. Pizza tasted like whoever made it had never cooked before in their life. It's close to where I live and convenient, so I wish I had better thinks to say about it. Have no idea how this place has good reviews

Completely horrible customer service experience. I ordered pizza online at 4:46 to be delivered at 6pm. At 6:15, the pizza was late, so I called the store. I was told that the pizza was on the way. At 6:30 the pizza was still not delivered. I called the store again and was told that they would contact the delivery driver. At 6:36 the delivery driver arrived. He offered me 10% off. I told him that I would not be paying for the pizza. He handed me the pizza and said "okay" and then left. Later on I saw that I had a voice message from pizza pan. The lady stated that she would have offered me the pizza for free if I would have spoken to them in advance - even though I spoke with them twice before. I called the store back to clear the air. The employee that I spoke with, "one of the owners", told me that they called the Police on me for stealing. He lied to me stating that "he came to my house and knocked on my door and saw people staring at him through the window". This is completely false. We have a couch in front of the window, so nobody has access to the windows. We also had a party going on and left the door open for people to come in as they arrived. Had anyone been knocking, we would have heard and seen them, and have addressed them. We also have a door bell which could have been used, but was not used all night. This employee continued to speak over me anytime I tried to speak. Knowing that I was getting nowhere with him, I stated that I would be ending the call. Some time later, THREE Police Officers showed up at my residence. My children and their friends were completely petrified because "the Police with guns" came to their party. I expect a full refund and apology from this company. Completely horrible customer service and absolutely worse service recovery.

Against my better judgement, we ordered pizza online for my kids' party. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 6pm. My wife called at 6:15 and 6:30 after no delivery. Close to 6:40 the pizza was delivered, cold. My wife did not pay for the extremely late and cold pizza. My wife was on speakerphone with the Pizza Pan employee after delivery and I was flabbergasted at the way he was speaking "at" her. After feeding the hungry and crabby (from being hungry) children at the party, the Police showed up - scaring and scarring all of the children at the party. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life.

Never have I had a problem until now. Whitney if that is your real name. You answered the phone as you were totally overwhelmed. Fine, okay. We all have bad days. You gave a disservice to this establishment by your rudeness & "whatever" comment after placing an order. By the way that wasn't placed. Never have I had this establishment not deliver to my residence no matter what was ordered. Have the night you deserve.

There was a Pizza Pan near my house when I was a kid that my whole family loved. I thought they all closed until I found out there’s still a few. I order from the North Ridgeville one probably once a month or so and it’s always so good, just like I remember it being when I was young. The store is very neat and tidy, it always looks clean and the staff is friendly on the phone and in person. I drive all the way from Middleburg Heights to get their pizza, about a 40 min drive there and back and it’s always worth it!

I tried this place already with my friend and I am hooked since then. I enjoyed the awesome vibes and yummy food and beverages. 5 stars from me.

New Year’s Eve, 30 min before closing, and the guy who took my order was so accommodating and kind!! As busy as they were, I felt like they could have rushed my order or totally brushed me off, but they didn’t!! A few other places I called were rude, but Pizza Pan‘s service was awesome! From the ordering service, to delivery, and to the taste and quality of what we ordered and being on NEW YEARS EVE, I give them 5 stars for sure!

This spot never fails to deliver. They have excellent dishes for reasonable rates, there no long wait even when they are full.

Stromboli is awesome. They always have great deals. A lot of times with the deals you end up getting a free pizza!

Food and service is on point! Sometimes when you go to pick up I've had other customers who go there often have a great fun time with the crew. So the atmosphere is welcoming!

Clueless staff. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza you'd buy at the grocery store. All and all, I definitely would not recommend to anyone. YUCK!!!

Top 5 pizza spot in lorain County in my opinion. Thick soft dough, great sauce with a perfect amount of sweetness to it. Toppings are always fresh. And buy one get one on any pizza anytime! Our favorite pizza to get from there is the chicken club Supreme.

A smear in the bottom of pan 8.00 rip off wanted to take back and get my money back and manager never called me back girl said husband would call me. And never did good business

Wow...It's been a while since we order pizza from Pizza Pan, but what/when did their BOGO Deal change? It used to be such a good deal. Now it's just a 'cheese' pizza and they're going to gouge you for toppings on the free pizza. No thank you. I get the cost of stuff and inflation...but like many places we aren't going to anymore because of the price increase vs taste&value.

The plain cheese pizza was terrible, like Chuck E. Cheese, maybe worse. The chicken club supreme pizza was pretty good but they’re forgot the sides of tomato, lettuce and sour cream… so it was just essentially a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The Italian sub was not great and overpriced and the onion rings were decent. It was a mixed bag and considering there are plenty of better options for the price I don’t think I’ll be back.

This place is amazing. I have never received a bad meal from this place. The staff is always very friendly and courtesy . Pizza, wings, RIBS are amazing. I recommend this place over all others. Guys keep up the great service and fantastic tasting food. Lawrence Nolen

Website is not functional. I suggest fixing it and add more pictures. I might order next time. Only pages that work are locations and ordering. Decided to go to another pizza place since they seem to be operating.

Under new owners,but the pizza and service is great we had not had food from here for some time, very happy to go back and fine it to really good place to get some great food.

I've been going to this place since I was 7. Even as an adult now this place still makes some great pizza. Especially, when you ask to make it with love. The small bit of family I have, loves coming here. They prefer it over Dominos and the 50 other family owned pizza places in Wellington. Too bad they dont have a pan pizza out there. Glad I'm back in North Olmsted though so I dont have to worry about that. Lol I highly recommend this place here.
