    Horrible. The young girls that work there on the weekends, their attitudes need to go!!!! Clearly ordered a biscuit and was given something else, they even wrongfully charged me and still didn't make the sandwich the correct way. When they did correct the order they still got it wrong. This is the second time this restaurant has stolen money from me. The first time was I made a mobile order and they didn't give my order to my boyfriend..... I even contacted them several times and they still never reimbursed me or gave me the food I ordered. I have low blood sugar so when I need to eat, I need to eat. I will never return to this location again.

    My mcrispy was just that. Dry and looked like it was cooked 2 or 3 times. The fries were only partially filled. The tea was gross. Not worth the price paid. I asked for a new tea but that was all they had. Disappointing experience.

    I was in drive thru for 20 minutes to get a double cheeseburger med fry large coke. It took about 15 minutes to pay get to window handed me my coke and said to pull ahead sat there for 5 minutes then fries cold. By this is worst McDonald's in the tri state area. So much for being fast food. I would recommend to go across the street to Taco John's.

    The service was friendly, efficient, and quick. She was informative and helpful. The food was exactly what I ordered and what I expected. The dining room was clean and had lots of seating available. (I was there just after lunch rush.) As a traveler, it's nice to rely on certain things when I'm out of town, like McDonald's and the friendliness of Iowans.

    When I order the curbside delivery it's always very good. When I order through DoorDash it's more miss than hit. Missing condiments that were requested or paid for, messing up special orders like no ketchup, and once the dasher had to wait 45 minutes. I called the establishment and basically was told they were understaffed so DoorDash orders were pushed and repushed to the bottom of the queue until they got caught up.

    The McDonald’s app wouldn’t let me claim my points. lost points over the span of over six months. I lost over 14,000 points. I reached out to McDonald’s on the app and I got an email. They never responded to my reply with the information and it’s been a while since with hearing anything. I have pressed redeemed on my points and it hasn’t let me redeem them. I deleted the app it still doesn’t work.

    We finished a 1,000 miles trek and used Door Dash to order from this McDonald's. When our meals were delivered, both sets of fries were missing. I suggested the store order Door Dash and have that order delivered to us(1/2mile away) and they said they couldn't.

    Went to McDonald’s at 10:43 pm and the cones were in the drive through, sat n line and the girl came to the window and asked us what do we need and that they are closed. 🤬 Not in my day!!! You are open until you are closed at closing . She said if the cones are in the drive through they are closed.

    I would no stars if I could. 2 managers working, one that couldn't be found and the other had a conversation with an employee that was not working but keeping everyone else from paying attention. Ordered inside from the kiosk, and somehow, our order got put in a few different orders that went to drive thur. We waited 33 minutes to get two plain burgers, 1 normal burger and one fountain soda, and a carmel frapachino which we never got . While we were there, they messed up 7 different drive thur orders. The fountain area was disgusting as well as the dining area.

    Some people may think this is low, but even McDonald's knows that they aren't a 4 or 5 star place. That's not a slam. They are very good at what they do. It appeals to the masses. Obviously, the fries are kickass, but, for me, along with the fries, I have to get a QP w/cheese. With few exceptions, they rock!

    Had sausage mcmuffin combo and 2breakfast burritos cost over 14 dollars and gave me diarrhea!only thing I could eat was breakfast there now won't even it that!don't know what they are doing to their food but it makes me feel sick every time I eat the garbage!

    This is LadyM from Atlanta, the food at the Dakota Dunes and the service was absolutely Wonderful Everything was hot and fresh and the service was with a warm Smile! Keep this up, not many locations can!!!
