Filthier than a horror movie gas station. Employees are very nice but can only do so much. The "be patient while we renovate" signs are old and yellowed. This is the only one even kind of close to me, and also the one that has me considering cancelling my membership.

The north Syracuse location is my most favored location to beat winter and soak up some "sun" . I'm venturing out on my first cruise ever and am afraid of getting sunburned. I figured the best way to acclimate to the sun's rays is to tan. Plus it's relaxing. The staff here are extremely accommodating and quite nice. They offer many products to assist in the best results. The spacious rooms here don't make you feel confined and allow for plenty of movement when getting ready to tan. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable. Only 5 days til the cruise I probably should go again

I like it. The stand up only beds kinda sucks, it is what it is. They do have pretty good deals on spray tans and uv tans during the month along with 50% off lotions and that's a good thing because they can be expensive. Staff is always friendly place is always clean.

I went to Zoom Tan for a spray tan because I’m going on a trip this weekend. I stopped at another tanning establishment at 4pm to find they had closed 2 hours early (cool). I knew Zoom Tan needed an ID( which had been lost a few days ago) so I printed out a temp ID hoping it would work. Jenelle scanned it and it pulled up a different person’s info. It was so weird, but Jenelle was so patient and figured it out and I was able to get my spray tan. :) I paid for the membership and Jenelle showed me how to cancel if I decided it wasn’t for me. She was super helpful with walking me through using the booth as well. I thought I was going to be pale and sad on my trip but Jenelle saved the day.

What a wonderful Christmas commercial. I will be absolutely giving them my business. Jesus is king.

Janel the manager is so welcoming to everyone who comes into Zoom. Her employees are too. They’re always dressed so professionally, and all of the staff is so willing to help with any questions or concerns. They continue to remind me of specials on memberships and sales. Janel continually makes sure Zoom is clean. The rooms, the bathrooms and the lobby are always spotless. Janel is an exceptional manager, and her employees are phenomenal too. Zoom is very lucky to have such a great manager at this location that truly represents the definition of customer service.

They actually have a expiration date on zoom spray tans , I purchased 6 and still had 3 left and they said they were not valid.But I did not receive any notification of any kind that they would expire. Now 33 dollars for one spray tan ! That’s in Shane ! Used to be my favorite place for a spray tan…. Bad business practices

If your a business owner and wanna teach your employees about outstanding customer service , have them visit Zoomtan and observe Janelle. She is always so warm and welcoming and always smiling!! She is so patient with any questions I have about tan packages, products or any services zoomtan offers that fit my best needs. They hit the jackpot when they hired her. Also, her positivity must be contagious with her co workers because they too are always so pleasant to deal with. See ya again when i take my next beach vacation !!!

I loved feeling young and pretty and zoom tan was the key! Who needs Botox when Zoomtan is available?
