The
facilities
and
equipment
and
decent
value
for
money.
However,
the
approach
to
cleaning
and
hygiene
at
this
club
is
the
worst
I've
seen
in
30
years
of
working
out
in
gyms
Since
covid
restrictions
lifted,
they
have
systematically
removed
cleaning
stations
and
there
is
now
1
station
for
the
entire
gym
tucked
away
in
a
corner.
when
I
complained
about
this
over
6
months
ago,
I
was
advised
by
management
that
this
was
mandated
by
head
office,
so
I
can
only
assume
the
same
will
be
found
at
other
JD
gyms.
At
the
time
I
was
assured
that
this
1
station,
along
with
a
couple
tiny
signs
asking
members
to
clean
equipment
after
use
would
be
sufficient.
This
was
down
to
the
change
in
employment
model
meaning
that
all
fitness
staff
and
trainers
will
be
accountable
for
cleaning
equipment
at
every
shift.
Well,
over
6
months
on,
and
I
can
count
on
1
finger
the
amount
of
times
I
have
seen
fitness
staff
cleaning,
and
that
goes
for
all
times
of
the
day,
not
just
peak
evening
times
when
they
may
be
busy
helping
members.
Instead
I
witness
on
almost
a
daily
basis
2
or
more
members
of
staff
just
hanging
around
the
desk
or
in
the
office
As
for
members,
I
can
count
on
1
hand
the
amoint
of
times
I've
seen
equipment
cleaned
after
use.
And
lost
count
of
the
amount
of
times
I
watched
people
dripping
in
sweat,
walk
away
leaving
their
equipment
in
a
similar
state.
To
be
blunt,
the
only
thing
keeping
me
here
is
my
PT,
who
is
fab,
and
it's
he
left,
so
would
I.
If
you
are
considering
joining
this
gym,
I
would
recommend
always
wiping
down
equipment
before
use,
and
only
leave
personal
items
of
clothing
nowhere
near
most
equipment
as
they
will
come
away
covered
in
dust.
I
would
love
to
leave
a
better
review,
but
there
is
a
huge
amount
of
improvements
that
need
to
be
made
to
get
the
basic
cleanliness
and
practices
up
to
a
sanitary
minimum.
