Nice selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have promotions with most of their branded dog food which is what I like. Example buy 7 get the eighth free. They have natural pet chews. Pictured below is rabbits feet. Please dress warning as you may need to wait outside if they are over crowded.

Wonderful customer service, they have a great selection of harnesses, leashes and sweaters/jackets. They keep well stocked up on their food and have good quality treats and supplements. Highly recommend, worth going out of your way for!

I had some questions and flip flopped between some things a few times but the employee Nico was super helpful and understanding. He really knows what he’s talking about, I would happily return anytime especially if I have questions.

This is our favourite dog shop in Vancouver! With a great variety of food, toys, & gear, it's always a one-stop-shop for me. The staff also provide great tips for training, diet, & health. It's just a great little spot that genuinely cares about our community.

Spent $30 on a chew toy, designed for heavy chewers, my dog destroyed it in 20 min. They would not exchange or return it.

These folks are the best, they really know dogs. I've been super happy with their grooming (nail trimming) services for my nervous/sensitive dog. Also a great selection of products.

Absolutely the best pet supply store I have had the pleasure of shopping at! Friendly and knowledgeable staff (thank you Kat and Blake) who went out of their way to help me fit the right harness for my dog, answer all of my questions and suggest quality products. They were even able to help me obtain a refund when my pup damaged an item that we had purchased. I was so pleased with all of my purchases and will definitely be buying all of my pet needs there.

I didn't catch their name but the employee who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I told them about my concerns and they took their time walking me through potential solutions and recommendations so that I could make the decision on my own. The store was well stocked and there was no pressure to make a sale at all. The other staff were also very friendly and pleasant. Will be back soon!

I used to buy K9 Naturals, freeze dried raw dog food from here (8lb bag) because of the price that was $10-$20 cheaper than the closest competitor (either $209 or $219 vs. $229) The price is now approx $245 here. When questioning the store employee, they tried telling me that the manufacturers prices have gone up. However, I checked with K9 Naturals and their standard list price is still $229. I guess it’s just another form of a local business jacking up their prices. All that means is they’ve lost my business of $3-400 a month.

We shopped at Discover Dogs for the first time on the weekend. They were very helpful and steered us in the right direction for a bully stick holder. They were honest and happy to help. Another customer brought their dog in just to make her pooch happier. Good vibes, great advice. We will be back.
