We are regular customers of Chicko Chicken and tonight we were more impressed with their customer service. We ordered half and half (Haek Buldak and Soy Garlic). Waiting time is 20mins. However, while picking up the order, the staff informed us they made a mistake and made snow cheese instead of soy garlic and have to wait again. While thinking if we should wait again, they approached and offered to give free the snow cheese plus the right order.They were apologetic and while handing the order, gave us free drinks too. It was a above and beyond customer service! Quality and portion is as usual very good. Highly recommend this place!

Really fresh fried chicken as all meals are made to order. So far I've had the full box and meal both fresh and delicious. It's definitely a unique taste and the second to spiciest was just right as in not spicy at all with a hint of sweetness. Will be back for sure.

Very good chickens. Taste may not be the best Korean chicken I have tasted but for the local fried chicken place, this one more than qualifies. The place doesn’t offer place to dine properly but is more like fast food settings.

All the chicken looks to be nugget style. The chicken was too dry for my liking (might be because of the size of the pieces - too small and over cooked???). The fries were like Costco fries so again, nothing special. The price was average for a meal pack but the quality made it not worthy imo.

Great place to satisfy your fried chicken cravings! I tried a few of their selections and I have to say that their soy garlic boneless chicken is the BEST! Super delicious, crispy, and so juicy. I've only evered online, so I can't comment on how service is.

The chicken is really tasty and they make everything from scratch so it’s always fresh! I love the complimentary pickled daikon that comes with it.

It is a quiet location just north of Surrey Central. The service was incredibly friendly and patient with us as new customers. We ordered the Half and Half and got a ton of food (way more than we had anticipated). It came with a complimentary drink, and the meal was perfect. We had plenty of leftovers which was a fantastic snack for later. Could not recommend the place more!

Heard good things about this place, ordered an original half boneless and Shake Shake Fries. The chicken is plenty crispy enough, and tastes very clean with a nice mild seasoning. Not very greasy at all and properly drained. The price was reasonable for the quantity, I was apprehensive of the Shake Shake fries, but when I tried the fries with that seasoning on them... It made me say OMG. Salty, Cheesy, Sweet in just the right ways. When you go in, you can see they actually really do prepare and fry everything to-order and they seemed to keep a very clean kitchen. It takes about 20, 25 minutes tho because of this, so call to pick up / dine in.

Can’t go wrong with a half-order of Garlic Soy boneless chicken from Chicko Chicken. Eating it as I type this short review and it’s delicious. Highly recommended!

compared to other branches, this location doesn’t seem to cover their chicken with sauces and powder properly and right. Ive dined in here once, they offer a free drink when you order half&half in person but not in deliveries. Ive ordered delivery here twice they’ve failed to cover the chicken cheese snow compared to other branches theres always excess powder on top while here it seems to get delivered always melted. I recommend chicko chicken but not this branch wont be worth the buck specially cheese snow if thats your favorite.
