Mary-Jane Wilson managed my re-mortgage for my home. I changed lenders. All it took was one phone call to her office to advise that my broker would be sending her the file, and she took it from there. Once she had all the documents required, it was a visit to her office, with appropriate social distancing practices in place. I have used Karen for a couple of real estate transactions now. She is extremely helpful, professional and transparent. My most recent real estate transaction was 7 days from subject removal to completion and Karen and her team were able to pull it off. Which was amazing and I am very grateful she was able to do it. We first met Mary-Jane Wilson several years ago at a presentation she gave at a dinner hosted by our financial advisor. She was a good speaker and very knowledgeable about estates and wills.
