Oh, no! Definitely not a large fries in the meal. No salt added, overcooked to a crisp. Substandard food, not worth the £8.09 meal.

£11.00 on a Cold Big Mac, unsalted dry and cold fries, flat coke… and 6 nuggets I wouldn’t even give to the dog… Ordered in the drive through… was so tempted to turn around and bring it back but it took that long to get served…. I decided to take it on the chin… Disappointed is an understatement…. !

Parked up and ordered on the app. Fast service and staff were really polite when answering a question about the numbers on each parking space

It's a lovely restaurant that has not been modified with reduced seating in favour of online orders. It's relaxed atmosphere is very welcome, I would drive from Coventry to Bassett's Pole to enjoy the Mac's...the Coventry stores are cramped and unwelcoming 😎

Staff were brilliant and helpful. Staff made the children also feel welcome giving them activity sets and making sure everybody had one even my little one who's 18 months. Fast service 😊

We had a great experience at the restaurant and Jenny and a new recruit bought our food to our table. The food was hot and the atmosphere was great! Like a real burger restaurant should be! We really admired the decor and the wallpaper! 5 stars 🌟 JH

Very busy though the staff do very well to keep up with the cleaning food hotter than most McDonald's custom orders delivered promptly still very busy very busy drive through small toilets cleaning signs always in the way

Fantastic service and the food was really hot, which my mum enjoyed. I had a black coffee which was very good. I explained that I only had cash on me however, the lady who served me said it's no problem.

Good food but disappointed it was only drive through at 10pm. We had a long drive and looked forward to sitting in.

I always have a hit and miss experience with the food at this restaurant. I find quality is better when the place is busy. Never had a problem with the staff but they could be more personable.

Good generally. We received 2 medium fries that had massively different amounts of fries in each and smoothie which was only two thirds full, but were given another free of charge when we asked for it to be topped up.

Restaurant was exceptionaly clean. Food was okay. There was alot of shouting going behind the counter, man in a white shirt. Made me feel uncomfortable on how he was interacting with other staff members.

Wow what an experience. The food might not of been that great but Tracey was! McDonald’s is McDonald’s, the same as any other restaurant I’ve visited, however, Tracey is the oil in the engine in my opinion. This is the first time I have been to this franchise and she made it the most pleasurable experience I have ever had. Tracey is McDonald’s Bassets Pole… thank you!

Drive through review - Absolutely poor service during later hours. Kiosk attendees were playing by kicking around some happy meal box and making customers wait when there is no one in the queue. Missed things off my order multiple times so i have started confirming if they included everything and last time served absolutely stale food, but couldn't do anything as was already on the road. So i guess will check the food condition as well before driving off.

Food was cold but not just me there were other guests taking their food back - obviously having a bad morning so let’s hope the afternoon improves
