I'll never go to sports direct coalville again, a group of staff standing around chatting and still chatting when i tried to get passed them to look at trainers.. the look of disgust i got because of was interrupting there mother's meeting!!!! When i asked for a certain size of trainers, i was told there over there!!! It must be great to get paid to stand around and do nothing .

If I could of scored zero I would, absolutely shocking store, won't sell items at the price advertised on sticker, accused me of putting the sale sticker on myself, as no other items had that sticker on even though you can tell when they have been peeled off.Manager doesn't have the decency to come and talk to customers, they have to go to him as he is watching the door with 2 other staff! Changing what he says previously and has no customer service skills what so ever!

Refuse to give refunds only store credit. Place is a mess and poor quality stock. Staff are inexperienced and poor customer service.

Walking around look to buy some clothes and I stepped on a pin 📌 what is bigger then usually took it to the counter and the guy who was working black with hat on just laughed and said sorry about that I I asked to speak to manager and he said no manager is in outrageous what if a kid stepped on that they need to clean the store never coming her again

Useless wouldn’t help us when our sons metal stud came through on his boot after wearing them twice because we didn’t have the receipt. They clearly sell these on the shelves still not many places do sell metal studs and we use the shop regularly will not use them again after the policy there referring to is clearly useless

The only reason we went to the shop was because my son ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong size. Nobody answered the phone. The shop was busy on a Saturday morning. The staff were quite helpful and polite. I am much more impressed with the staff at the branch than the staff for online purchases.

Lack of staff. When you do find them, they are rude and have little understanding of consumer rights. I won't be returning.

The trainers are not very good poor selection, looks a bit run down ,will go fosse park from now on.
