My buddies decided to steak here. I was like I steak buffalo wings! and a burger. Okay... It was too much I ended up sharing my buffalo wings. It is chilled for those lazy moments. Unfortunately the service lady was a bit slow for us. But I will still return.

I have experienced great service at this Spur location each time I have visited. The cleanliness of the restaurant seems to have been up to standard. The staff have seemed well trained and willing to do their job. The food has been great and was prepared correctly to request. Overall a good eat.

Wow, thank you to the manager on duty. Even though they didn't have the vegan option we wanted on the menu, they knew what we wanted and were able to make it for us. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great service. Went on a work trip which just happened to be on my birthday. Food was just great!

We had de best waiter even organised another restaurant for hubby to have his bevs

Very noisy, however most Spurs are because they are known to host childrens parties, when there is loadshedding the restaurant has no generator, so they can only supply burgers that they fry on the gas stove. Food is consistent as all Spurs are, thats the nice thing about a franchise, you get the same food everywhere in the country. Good place to go with your kids, they also give free icecream 🍦 if its your birthday, and sing you a nice song. I would not recommend this if you want a dinner for 2 or meetings, you will end up shouting across the table to hear the other.

The staff are quite friendly, the food quite good (they were very generous with the guacamole 😂). The place wasn't over crowded (or maybe it's just me who doesn't like crowded spaces so that's why this aspect stood out for me 😅).

Food was cold. Restaurant was not even that busy. Expected more from a Spur franchise. Food also did not seem right. My wife and I felt very nauseous later in the day. Never visit there again. Was contacted by Doctor to apologise for the experience we had. Quickest response from a food franchise thus far. Good work in following through and rectifying the issue. Well done.

Our waiter was great . Food was bad . Took long and was not fresh and not very warm. Third time in a row now that i have this happen

Table was dirty when we arrived. Had to ask for it to be cleaned before we sat down..

It is great, like every stur the food is great and a wonderful service from waiters they make sure you enjoy the food

It was my first time eating out within Mall of Africa. I had a great time with fam. Would visit again when I come back to South Africa 🇿🇦. More love from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼.

Sat for a light meal and drinks. Had the most delicious dessert of cake and ice cream, also had crumbed mushrooms which tasted Devine. However when it came to paying, the waitress who served us had disappeared. Waited for 30 minutes until we stood up and eventually got assistance. After begging from the other waiters around.

Great place for a family outing. Their kids play area is great and has a supervisor at all times, they also offer face painting. Their kids menu is also good, with a wide selection. We ordered the mac and cheese and it was really tasty! Staff were super friendly and checked on us often!

Firsly our order was placed wrong. Instead of chicken strips for our child, we received calamari strips. Secondly, only my wifes food arrived.. If I hadn't asked for my food I would probably still be waiting. The waiter just couldn't care less it seems. Never had these issues before and we go there probably once a month hence I will rate them 2 stars and not 1. There is always room for improvement.

My husband enjoyed. Me personally I didn't enjoy buffalo wings not enough space 400g too small.

My son had a waffle that was as thin as toast. Its not as thick as the photo. And stil a bit under cook. But we made the best of it. Overall it was nice.

Went for supper had Buffalo wings and Ribs, one could taste the oil on the wings. Not nice and I made the supervisor aware. Wash down with Rooibos tea.

My favoutite place.... My kids love it especially the play area,it's safe and kids get tags with parents contact details and table number. The service is awesome, the food deserve 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Is situated at waterfall mall in Rustenburg. Is very good place to have lunch and dinner on site. U can book the place for birthday party and they can sing for u with candles. A very good place to chill with ur friends, family and businesses partners.

I was only happy with the fresh salad we ordered..the wings and crumbed mushrooms were dry and wings not fresh at all,i had to throw them away,wasted my money and i was very hungry.I don't know if it was because we were not sitting in that we had to be given food like that.The service was good from the front cashier but your food very bad.

This Spur never disappoints where food and service are concerned. It's been years, and I can never say anything bad about it. It's absolutely outstanding how you always make sure to be consistent. Great place for family and friends.

Had my Xmas lunch with my son. There was too much food, we couldn't go pass the starters. Theo the owner also came to check up on everyone. It truly didn't miss being away from home. Thank you guys
