Unfriendly staff, dry chicken, we were told no peronaise in stock, ordered a large one to then take home. When order arrived, peronaise appeared. Ordered cranberry juice, told no stock, had to explain it is in the fridge and then point out the juice in the fridge. Tables dirty, left over food scraps.

Please, that chicken was so well cooked. The rice was amazing.

They Greek salad didn't have fresh and tasty olives

To be honest everytime I order at nandos they always burn my garlic bread and you can't even smell or taste the garlic in their so called "garlic bread" they also tend to forget to put some sauce in the meat.

Food was great but service from the cashier was not a good one, service was even worse from the waitron who brought our food, there was no cutlery, I got an attitude when I went to ask for cutlery

I need a good explanation from Nandos as to Why must i still stand in a line if i ordered my food online and paid for it as well? It seems very unfair to me especially when theres a long line.

I hate how they don't wait tables, you actually have to go stand by the till.. and service is a bit slow especially when full, no variety of drinks, and the table arrangements are kind of too exposing. But that's just Nando's in general.
