Took my kids here for their eye examination and purchased eyeglasses here. They initially stated that the glasses will arrive in 2-2.5 weeks. After 3 weeks, no phone call or follow up. I had to call several times for them to even give me a call back. I'm approaching a 6 week mark and still haven't received a proper update regarding when I can expect my daughter's glasses. She asks every day when her glasses will be ready as her eyesight is deteriorating and she's having an even harder time seeing the board. They rarely pick up the phone and don't respond promptly to voicemails. Very disappointing.

This was my first visit. I found the Office easily accessible even for the handicapped. The staff was very friendly and personable. They have all the necessary testing equipment and have a nice selection of glasses to chose from if you're in the market for a new pair. Finally, Dr. Chiasson was very informative and also has a great sense of humor which is really important these days. I've now made an appointment for my spouse to go there.

Beware of puns: I had a wonderful experience at FYidoctors! The staff was a *sight for sore eyes—friendly, efficient, and amazing people. The optometrist made the eye exam a breeze, and he explained my prescription with *crystal clarity. Truly, he had an *eye for detail. The frame selection was a *spectacle in itself, lots of choices. I left with a renewed *outlook on my eye health and a perfect pair of glasses. It's *clear they're passionate about what they do, and I can confidently say I will be *seeing them again!

Dr. Chiasson's office office is following high standards from pre-screening to full staff use of PPE. I felt comfortable throughout my eye exam. They are thorough and explain all steps along the way with detailed results and recommendations. This is a very welcoming and professional environment. I am a long standing patient and will continue my patronage for a long time.

My family and I have been regularly coming to see Dr. Chiasson for many years now. He and his staff have always taken great care of us. Very friendly optometrist and we have happily referred friends and other family members to his clinic.

Dr. Chiasson is the best - I've been going to him for a number of years and I always very much enjoy my appointments. Booked an appointment online only to be called and told that appointment doesn't exist. Was offered an appointment time a full week and a half later. If you look at other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue with this office. Not recommended.

I had an appointment booked, they called a few days before to cancel. They offered me a new appointment over a month and a half away. Great new patient experience. Seeking alternatives now.

Visited this office for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience! From the friendly reception team to the knowledgeable (and humourous) Dr. Glen Chiasson, everyone was professional, personable and helpful. Highly recommend this location! 10/10.

Dr. Wong provided excellent care and thoughtful feedback as she did the first time I came to FYI last year. Michelle continued to also be very welcoming and helpful on the front desk. Jaynay was efficient and fun as she performed my eye tests and Blerta was very patient and provided many details as I thought about what glasses I might want to look for in future. A consistently positive experience as it was last year.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chiasson since I was a kid, and he not only knows his stuff but is super friendly, funny and easy-going - all of his patients feel super comfortable. The staff are also very pleasant; I'll be going back soon to learn how to put in contact lenses and I'm sure it'll go fine. Recommended!

Tried multiple times to book an appointment at this clinic only to be rebooked several times. Twice cancelled on the same day. After 4 months we finally gave up.

Had spots in my vision and called around. Luckily this office was able to squeeze me for a same day appointment. Dr Wong was kind, patient and thorough. Dr Wong correctly diagnosis my issue and directed me towards the next step.

Etobicoke Optometric Centre is an exceptional eye clinic! The entire team is welcoming and they always go above-and-beyond to meet all my eye care needs. They are great at accommodating emergencies and Dr. Chiasson always takes time to answer my questions or concerns. It is an absolute pleasure to be a patient at their clinic and I look forward to my next visit.

I want to start off by saying I REALLY love this place and I would recommend it to anyone . Dr. Vesco is an amazing and thorough optometrist. She is also just a joy to be around and doesn't rush the appointment. The receptionists are also very lovely when you are there. Unfortunately, I've been having a hard time getting a hold of them for 3 weeks now and still have not received my new prescription via email. I left the office with trial contacts which I love but I am out of them and cannot order more without my prescription. It's very hard to get a hold of the place via phone and email. I don't know if they are understaffed due to covid or if they are just not good at picking up the phone or returning emails/voicemails.

The rep was pleasant, professional and made me feel good. these glasses were the right move. Thank you.

Dr. Chiasson provided us with great explanations of how my elderly father's anatomy and neurology were working together and how it related to his change in prescription. He and the Manager, Blerta (who dispenses glasses and was especially patient and supportive) also took extra time to help us to determine which way to address his needs through a new pair of glasses.

Dr Lisa Tay was extremely kind and professional, definitely recommended. Whoever I talked to was very helpful and polite towards me. This was my first visit and became my favourite.

I damaged my frames and thought they would have to be replaced. I called, they had the exact same frames in stock and asked if I could come right in. Yes! I went down, Blert took a look and said she could repair them instead of replace. Awesome! Blert did repair the frames and I was on my way again in a very short time with no cost to me. Thank you Blert for your excellent customer service.

Wonderful experience as usual. Dr Chiasson is always pleasant and ensures you leave feeling you have been looked after. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Glen was extremely professional and easily one of the best optometrists in the GTA. I will come back again in 2 years for another consultation before attempting laser eye surgery.

Been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Always a hassle free visit, both Dr. Chiasson and Dr. Wong are fantastic, very easy going, and always quick to address any of my concerns.

I went for a standard eye test to renew my prescription. The exam was very thorough and the equipment was quite modern.
