I called this plumber George to check a leak. His price to change a kitchen faucet is an exaggeration price for a basic low end few years older model moen faucet to $720 unbelievable gouging.

Pro: George was very quick and succinct. Got our drain working perfectly again. He explained everything upfront and had integrity. Con: I had to supply him with a bucket for the drain. I would think they’d bring their own. He also opened my swiffer floor wipes to use when they were sealed and unopened. Would’ve been nice for him to ask first. I also had to empty the scum bucket at the end myself. Good work but room for improvement. 4/5

Have called twice requesting fairly urgent services (once when we accidentally broke our toilet while installing a diaper sprayer and again when our garbage disposal malfunctioned and was leaking water all over the kitchen). Our plumber was super quick to respond! I hired one of his team members to replace a wall-mounted toilet in my bathroom. Wall-mounted toilets are not standard, but he was able to pick one up from his supplier and we scheduled the replacement within 48 hours. From beginning to end, the entire team at Expert Plumber in Abbotsford was a pleasure to work with. They assisted us with a broken cast iron pipe drain line that was beyond repair and installed a brand-new line for our kitchen and laundry under our house without tearing down any of the interior of our home (exterior only). They were extremely professional, offered a number of options for how to complete the repair, finished everything quickly, and cleaned up everything to the condition it was in before the repair.
