Camellia was the 3rd location I went to and was by far the best experience. The staff was attentive and took into consideration the style I wanted as well as my budget. They didn't leave me to do everything myself or hover as I took my time looking at the dresses and seeing how I felt in them. Everything was explained in detail and their communication while waiting for my dress to come in was truly appreciated. I truly had an once in lifetime moment when I put on the dress that I chose and I will forever remember the experience.

Camellia has the most unique & beautiful wedding gowns! It's been over 7 years since our wedding photos & everyone we know is still admiring the beauty of this dress!!! Beautiful boutique with super amazing /friendly/professional service. Reasonable price and unique style. Compared with others, the service here is super warmly welcome, patient (I went there 3 times), not push to get the dress right away, etc., especially when I’m not sure which style to choose, Zoe provided very helpful advice & recommendation as she figured out what style may fit me during our conversation, which is very impressive. Found my perfect wedding dress here! Was greeted by one of the staff when I walked in, and was shown multiple styles. After the fourth or fifth dress I tried on, I fell in love with a dress! Ordered the dress the same day, and it came a couple months after! The staff recommended me to go to an alterations place, which helped me fit into the dress perfectly! It was a nice experience and what a lovely surprise! Little did I know, I am gonna say yes to the dress! The moment I came to the shop, my heart tells me to go with slips/sheaths but trying a different one - like A-line for instance caught me. It made me fall in love! Amazing selection and customer service (especially for petite and slim girls) I needed to pick a wedding gown for my wedding that is less than 5 months away. I wanted something special - light pink but not too pink, lace-look but not too lacy, a little sparkle and not too much, shorter train, rows of button down the back, simple to put on, not too heavy.... - geez, you name it. I was looking at several different stores in different provinces and the ones that I do like were either too expensive or on backorder (8 months to order). I went to Camellia by chance while visiting my mom in Toronto. I didn't have much hope to find "the one" at this point but the shop girls helped me find my ideal dress at the right price. The moment I put on the dress, I knew it was the one. It was unique and elegant and not from a catalogue. We were able to do a custom-order to perfectly fit my figure in less than 2 month's time. And no extra alteration or fitting was required after. I was also able to pick up a second red dress to do my first waltz in. Needless to say that I highly recommend any bride to try some dress at Camellia. I know you will be able to find "the one".

I rarely post reviews but my experience here exceeded my expectations. The dresses were so beautiful and Kiki was super helpful and sweet, I highly recommend this store.

I had a good experience at Camellia's with Kiki as our consultant. She's very patient with us and not pushy at all. The shop itself carries a wide variety of show stopping dresses starting at $1.2k and even couture dress that are $8k plus! I was ultimately looking for long sleeves options and even though I didn't find what I was looking for I would still recommend giving this place a try! Especially if you love the glitz and glam!

It was such an incredible experience to find the dress of my dreams at Camellia Wedding Gown. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses. My consultant, Eliza was very nice, patient, super attentive, detailed, honest and of course professional. The store was super clean and very well organized. Eliza is amazing at pulling dresses that match what you are looking for. She picked out a few dresses to try on and my dream dress ended up being one of them. She also gave great advice for how the dress can be modified to fit my vision. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to go for such an important item. This place deserves more than 5 stars. I found my dream dress at Camellia with the help of Eliza. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and wants. There were a lot of beautiful dresses that I wanted to try on and Eliza was very patient and made sure that I got to try every one (some multiple times as needed!). The dresses here are top notch quality, you can definitely tell the difference from the other boutiques (many of my vendors made comments on the outstanding quality of my dress). I could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend them to any future bride! :)

Great collection, great service. I tried on dresses at Camellia in October and liked a few pieces. It was a bit out of my budget and I told my consultant if there is any promotions coming up, please let me know. After 2 months, she still remembered me and gave me a call telling me about their boxing day promo which includes the dresses I really liked. I went in, tried on my favourite 3 choices and said "Yes" to my dress. The picture I posted was my 2nd favourite =). I really want to thank the Camellia team for helping me finding my dress and made my dream come true within my budget.

I drove from New York to Toronto for Christmas and dress shopping. Camellia has been really help from booking an appointment to help me select a few dresses before I came in to make the appointment more efficient. There was plenty of parking in the plaza, store was clean and beautiful. The difficult part was the dress I liked didn't fit me well as expected. Elva suggested me a different style that I never thought I would like. However, I loved it once I tried it!! I said "YES" to my dress. Funny story I went for a completely different dress, and Eliza was so patient, focused, warm and professional with me and my party. She got all my information ready, everything I needed to make my decision (had gone to 3 other bridal shops) I'm super happy with the decision and the quality and variety they had. Every time I call they are very helpful and on the ball. A week later went back in for final try of THE dress, and decided to get it. Eliza, was there with me helping me out with veils and more questions. It felt like i was shopping with my friend.
