    I noticed for the first time saber hummus products redline crossed.. This product is on an international boycott list... shame Starbucks.. You have another option Canadian company summer fresh products.. I went out and purchased a delonghi expresso machine 5 star rated and I saved eight thousand a year. My barista she's amazing my wife Rethink your negative actions..     Worst North York Centre Starbucks Store experience of my life. I even remember the employee's name Aaron of this store. I accidentally ordered two drinks at a wrong Starbucks location thinking it was this store, I was waiting for about 30 min and was frustrated to wait for so long so asked if my drinks were ready. The employees told me there are no drinks here and I must have ordered to a different store. I stood in the line and when my turn came I asked Aaron if he can kindly make me a drink as I've been waiting so long and don't have time to get to another store. He pretty much bashed at me saying it's my fault and told me he will not make any drinks for me at this store and go run to another store to get it. His poor service made me feel like I would never want to go to Starbucks again. This is a huge corporation that succeeds due to its reputation. Service like this is a spit on the face. How hard is making two new drinks which I showed my mobile order receipt of? Hope Starbucks Corporate sees this.

WOW it's really amazing! Even though there's a legally required sign on the door that permits exemptions!

    The Starbucks at Mount Pleasant and Eglington has a section right in the front window that clearly shows a wheelchair accessible table. 99% of the time that table is taken up by people with computers. When someone comes in who has a walker that can’t go upstairs, no one typically likes to move for them unless you argue with them, even a seniors has to argue. I usually go to the manager, some young person to ask him to have the person move and they just look at you like huh why should I do that. This is one of the disadvantages of this Starbucks. They have taken out the side tables that they used to have and only have the front table. Starbucks doesn’t realize or care that there’s a lot of seniors and people with mobility issues that still would like to come in and have some dignity to enjoy a coffee and a tea with a treat. Starbucks has really declined not only in that location, but in many other locations when it comes to people with mobility issues, they really have forgotten them.

    So your red cup promo was such a scam!!! I drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home at 9 am to get a cup for my daughter who has so much of your over priced merch but of course you were out of them! At 9 in the morning!!! I WAS a Starbucks fan but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth! You have lost a customer for life over this ridiculous promo! And as I spread the news over my media I know that others feel the same way! Mrs J Lynch

    The staff do not understand the orders and the supervisor Tina was SO rude to me....I have never been treated so bad. Very rude staff. Shame on you all.

    Just visited what I used to consider a great coffe shop that cares. I Find that now it seems that starbucks is about profit and nothing more , while our visit was short we found that the coffe shop lacks the companion respect that a Disability person /people deserves . While at the visit your disable tables were filled with people that we know do not have a disability your staff do not even question it . & further more the table for wheel chairs ,scooters ect can not sit about safely very hard to excess the table . Time for a change . Store is at Front street east Toronto . Please make us believers that starBucks really do care still . Yours truly Mike .

    At Markville Mall Starbucks September 19 afternoon I have a really horrible & really bad experiences for me & my family decided to buy coffee from this Starbucks & we have order some coffee then I really remember this sales & cashier name “Jenny” cause she have a really black face & her attitude super bad to me & my mom for (first) the coffees ( it just regular dark roasts coffee with one cream & all coffees was made badly, she put too much cream & of course we expected Starbucks a big brand have good service & everything is good cause is a famous & they have good coffee always, but from this experience this person “Jenny” make me have to think about to go to Starbucks anymore caus I have a really bad & terrible experience with this lady, first she have made all coffees wrongly & put too much cream, second when we ask for change all the coffees this person gave us black face & really bad attitude that she don’t care & even said badly that she said she not going to exchange cause we ask her & bore her too much! We only ask what we needs like honey, less cream & hot water! Is it Starbucks pose to have good & smile to all customers! I don’t know how Starbucks train her but this employee of Starbucks make all Starbucks badly image & really really poor service! And also make my days feel bad & upset! I hope Starbucks if they want good images don’t hire this kind of employee! I give 10000 & over Dislike to this lady (Jenny) to Starbucks! Hope Starbucks can be improved! Thank you!

    Starbucks for life event is such a scam. I won multiple instant win prizes but NONE of them were ever emailed or transferred to my account and it’s been over a week. Secondly, you guys added extra rows in the possible prizes when I haven’t even received ANYTHING, and simply remembered to spin once per day. Do you even want to give out the prizes? If not, don’t advertise the event as if we can win ANYTHING good. Just disgusting.

    If I could give the location at Weber and Parkside in Waterloo a no star rating, I definately would. Aaron, staff # 2831092 is RACIST towards Indigenous customers and DISCRIMINATORY towards people with mental health issues. Head Office CAN'T even fix this recurring issue, I'm done with them and when my friends mention going to any location, I say no thanks and let them know exactly why.

    Starbucks Findlay creek sent a half filled drink with a rude note “Sorry No Butter :( also new Starbucks policy no ice is a extra charge ( $1) next time put extra base if you want it filled!” Complete price gouging I guess it provides a visual for how much watering down of product goes on. Poor customer service.

    I was here today at the Starbucks Warden Centre, 7080 Warden Ave., Markham, Ontario, Canada, L3R 5Y2 at approximately 5:40 pm. I ordered a Grande Iced Americano with 4 milk and 1 Splenda. I had to step outside to take a quick business call, then came back in to sit and wait for my drink order. After approximately 5:58 pm I went up to the counter to enquire about my order where I received very poor attitude from the barista Raquel. I had asked why this was not called out, Raquel instead of apologizing, snapped that she had called it out 10 minutes ago. I asked her why it was never called out again? Raquel answered that she had other drinks to call out which was perceived as very rude and unprofessional. Also when I went up to enquire, there were no other drink orders on the service counter. I care about people in general, however, Raquel's attitude was not warranted, if she is having a bad day or bad personal life, this is not any customers' problem. As a customer, I am quite impartial to any employees' personal issues. All I am concerned about is the order my drink, and receive my drink in a professional manner. Very disappointed!

    The IT fellow that I spoke with helped me to retrieve my points that were lost. The other people that I spoke with just promised me that someone else was going to call me. I never got a call from them.

    Horrible customer service, got told that being treated like dirt by there employees isn’t there problem and then they hung up on me. So I guess treating customers horribly and making up rules is the Starbucks motto now. I’ll go to any other coffee shop for my over priced burnt coffee.

    Chantel (I hope this is the proper spelling) at your Saint Jerome location in Quebec, is a phenomenal employee. She is so patient with my broken french, remembers my order, my name, and hustles. Protect her at all costs!!!

    Huge lines way too many staff in the back yet very slow service, Unorganized unclean and please clean your washroom. Manager and staff start coming out in line asking people what they are having which means they don't even have a system! Won't be going back

    I was at the king and John location on Sunday. Ordered our drinks and as we were leaving I fell down their stairs. I had 4 family member witness the fall from the top of the stairs to the bottom. It took my sister to call out for some one to come to my aid as customers are coming in and out with me sitting their injured. Till this day no one from that location has contacted me back to insure I am ok. I feel like star bucks does not care if a customers slips and falls on their wet floors. Just want to let everyone know the staff at this location are heartless and I will never go their again.

    I went to the drive-thru located in Barrie at store 29969 at 3:16 pm on October 27, 2023. First the drive-thru attendant was quite rude, and second she gave me the wrong order. I called to speak with someone at the store about this, and she was the one who answered the phone. How do I know? I know because, she gave me that same attitude as she first did at the drive-thru. Continued to be snarky and rude with me. I can honestly say that I will never ever set foot in that location again. I had ordered a venti hot Apple oat macchiato, and was given a tall black! Extremely disappointed!
