Good franchise store overall. The service is usually pretty good and the food is fresh so no complaints here 👌🏼

Worst KFC location I’ve been to. Chicken is old, dry, and small. Ordered the 4 piece chicken combo for $12.99. Mashed potato side has gone bad and is sour. Literally had a piece of chicken that wasn’t even edible since it was so old. There is a lot of miscommunication within the staff members itself.

The Size of the chicken is so small. It looks like the Fairview location cut the original piece in half. We ordered 4 pieces meal and the portion is like 2.5 pieces meal. I went to show the staff where the split of the chicken as they are still attached. They gave me extra piece to make it up. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Wow! Reading the other reviews (with no response ever from the franchise owner) is telling! This location is garbage. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries at 11 am. It should have been fresh and hot, since this location opens then. Nope! The chicken was lukewarm and the fries were cold and tasted like they had been made hours earlier. The girl at the cash was unbelievably rude. To the franchise owner: Shame on you! You have a big problem here with food quality and service. You obviously never read or respond to reviews. Guess you do not care? I will be reporting this to your Head Office. Serving cold/old food could make someone deathly ill.

It looks like I am in the minority of those who had a good experience here. This might be because all I ordered was a small popcorn chicken. If you truly do want some KFC, I would advise choosing one with a higher rating.

The size of the 3-piece chicken combo which we got was so small, without the usual feeling of fried crispy chicken and the fries were not good as well. Overal quality was so so at its best. The only thing good thing was the orange crush! and thats it. I do not suggest this place at all Ps: there are many other options that you can choose in this mall food court Go for them

I was wondering why people don’t go to Kfc, there chicken explains it. The taste is disgusting and the size was so small. It was the driest chicken i’ve ever had.

STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN - Chicken is cold. Service is terrible. Employee litterally told me not to buy from here again if I'm going to complain about the food quality. Asked to speak with a supervisor - no supervisor available, even tomorrow. Chicken tasted worse than left over chicken! Stay away if you can.

I hate this location! Ì ordered zindgir burger combo! And my burger was swimming in sauce!!! Plus the chicken was nớt cooked well

The lady at the cashier let a couple cut in line and ordered before anyone else. I kindly asked the couple to go to the back of the line to line up. However, the lady still placed order for them. So I told her the couple was cutting the line ahead of everybody. And she said "SO?" Unbelievable

All the bad reviews should make you steer clear. Not only is the food old, cold and disgusting. They give you the wrong order on top of it all.

I love KFC food , But not here.. Ordered for a 4 piece chicken meal and the chicken served was overcooked , salty and very small in size . I went and informed the staff members and they were busy of taking other orders. Not recommended

Ordered 6 piece bucket chicken, worst taste more salt, oily not fried well. Unsatisfied with the order.

I got a 4 piece meal yesterday with popcorn chicken, coleslaw, fries, and a Pepsi. I got food poisoning from it. Would not recommend.

I went to this Mall-based KFC on a Saturday when the foodcourt was full. The food took about 13 minutes to make. The chicken was great, seemed crispy and fresh. The sides (coleslaw and Mac and cheese) were mediocre though. The fries were decent. I am not normally a KFC person, but on this occasion it was above average compared to the KFCs i normally visit in Brampton. I can not recall who was working there and made the chicken but i wish that i asked for their name to thank them in this review.

I got to this branch. The lady in cash was super super rude.she doesn't know customer service at all. She was super disrespect and once my son asked about tap water she told him the machine is broken. Although I was waching her and machine was working well. And once I asked her name to call customer service and complaine about her behavior sher got to the back wait until I gave up. I am so so sorry for KFC with this customer service and this employee. It was worst experience I had with KFC

I have been having kfc for years and this is the worst kfc I ever had in my life. We order two of the two piece chicken and fries for which the offer was going on. First of all the lady at the front did not even greet us, worst customer service from her end. Obviously we did not have to wait for much long for the food since the food was already made and kept. It was not hot. The chicken was too much salty and looked really old. I doubt the food safety of this restaurant. The chicken was stale and sticky. The fries were not hot as well and not crispy. I doubt if they even change their oil. While we were waiting for the food there was an old lady who came after us waiting to order at front. But the lady at the front and in the kitchen were talking and laughing and not prioritizing the customers. The guy ( who packed the food) also joined them and did not pay attention to customers.
