I tried going there many times and although it says online they close at 5pm they close at 4pm and 3pm. I can never get a sandwich because they are always closed.

I had a good foot long meatball marinara, cookies a little stale but it was 4pm

The guy who is preparing sandwiches can barely understand and speak English! His mask was only covering his chin! I asked him for a toasted and grilled sandwich, but the sandwich he gave me was cold!

I went there 2:30 Monday and she could not give me roast beef because that was not sold and they dont bring it and not the Steak as she could not warm it up but said u could have tuna or Turkey instead. the google search shows they will be open to 4pm and there is no sign for working hours there. Hello this is north America, forger you habbits, do service proper.

Most of the ingredients are stale especially the lettuce (it was partially brown). The meat was also not fresh. I had to throw out the whole sandwich since it was inedible. Complete waste of $12.

This was the most haphazard sandwich making I've seen. Meat was just thrown on willy nilly and not spread out evenly. The lettuce was pale yellow. Even the veggies where just thrown on and not spread out evenly. Then it was cut 1/4-3/4. Very disappointing for a $16 sandwich

The crew working is rude, there was this lady trying to fight over 2$ she told me to choose from the menu i told her make regular sub she charged me forcefully from the new menu, when i asked charged extra she said don’t argue over 2$

What a disgusting experience from this subway. I even had a few bites, now I am concerned about my health.The bread was full of mold# fungus

The food here is disappointing. I ordered a crispy teriyaki dish, but it tasted quite bad. When I inquired about the presence of crispy onions in my order, the person serving (who I believe is named Singh) was quite rude. Their customer service skills definitely need improvement. The management should consider providing them with proper training in customer service. It seems like they prioritize making money over enhancing the quality of their service. In my opinion, this branch ranks among the three worst Subway experiences I've had in Toronto. The other two branches are in downtown also had issues with pests like flies and rats.

Was at Subway getting a cookie, the employee named Shivan (I believe) was super nice!!! The service is very good, I don't get why there are so many 1 star reviews.
