I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mikhail and the fantastic office manager, Janet, along with their incredible team. From the hygienist to every member of the staff, their level of care and expertise truly stood out. They handled insurance matters seamlessly and the implant procedure was executed with precision. The entire team was attentive, considerate, and provided the best customer service I've ever encountered. I highly recommend their services!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr.Mikhail was incredibly friendly and patient. He sat down with me to explain my situation, and what the options are for treatment going forward. I'm visiting from out of town so likely to go back to my regular doctor, but he still took the time to talk things through with me and make sure I understood what he was seeing. The nurses and hygienist were super professional but friendly. Lastly the front office admin setup shows how much they've thought about and invested in technology. I booked the appointment online. All the registration forms are easy online. I received nice SMS reminders and a detailed COVID screening before entering the office. Super simple and fast. Really a great practice that makes me wish I lived in Barrie.

The staff are so friendly and professional. Everyone sincerely took the time to explain things every step of the way. They were very understanding and paitent with the nerves that come with going to the dentist. It is very clear from how knowledgeable all the staff are how just how passionate they are for dental care.

My family and I have been patients of this office for many years ... the level of professionalism, quality of care (both preventative and restorative) and general warmth of the office is second to none. Dr M and his staff have gone the extra mile to help resolve some dental issues and find preventative measures outside of dentistry to alleviate future dental issues/concerns. Most recently we had a dental emergency, called up the office just as they were closing for the day ... they took the time to take our call, stay late waiting for us to email pictures to them and confirm they got them. They got us in the very next day and Dr M and his staff performed a small miracle for a temporary repair until a permanent solution can be done. I would never trust any other Dental Practice with my family's dental care.

Simcoe Family Dentistry is an amazing dental office. DR. M is absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with all dental procedures. His team is very welcoming from reception right through to the clinical staff. Janice the manager is extremely helpful and makes sure we are given the best treatment and customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best office in Barrie. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! After having a dentist in the mall for years and them trying to over charge for work that didn’t need to be done as well as the dentist getting very abrupt with my children enough was enough. We were very lucky to find Simcoe Family Dentistry these guys are professional, nice, and very good with my children. They explain everything throughout the visit. The dentist even came back in the room twice to explain what had to be done next with my son. Very compassionate and caring. I will never go anywhere else, so visit these people you won’t regret it. And a huge thank you to Simcoe Family Dentistry for everything and keep up the good work we need more people like you…

I use to go to another dentist office in the mall. After years of being traumatized and being made to feel bad about not being able to afford care as much or as frequently as they wanted me too, I decided to find a new dentist. Simcoe family Dentistry has been amazing. They have given me back so much confidence and ensured that I never feel less than for having to space treatments around my financial needs. Janet was remarkable and took the time to ensure I always felt comfortable and explained everything along the way always looking to ensure I understood what I was signing on for. Dr. Mikhail has given me back my smile and is always very honest and upfront about work that needs to be done and how to get the results that will make both of us happy! He's always willing to do that little bit more to ensure best results and outcomes. I never have to worry about cutting corners or bad results because he plans ahead for all possibilities. He is down to earth and very passionate about his profession. I highly recommend this team if you are like me and have had horrible experiences with bed side manner from other dentist offices! I won't trust my dental care to anyone else. 10/10

Simcoe Family Dentistry is AMAZING! I've had multiple experiences with this dentistry and every single time is greater than the last! The personalities of the doctors are unmatched. All of the staff from the receptionist to the doctors are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with. They genuinely care about your health and are very professional. These guys got me out of a dental emergency a few years back! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and courteous. Truly felt like I was under the care of experienced professionals, because they are! I’m still currently using their services and highly recommend calling in if you need a dentist.

I can honestly say I have never had a dentist and dental office like this. My kids and myself have been patients of Dr Mike and Dr Jason for years now. Dr Mike has gone above and beyond for all of us and his office Manager Janet is the same way. They treat you like family and not just another patient. Not to mention how much they give back to our community. Truly a gem 💎
