DO NOT ORDER FOOD RIGHT HERE. If you don’t mention the “buy one get one” that is plastered right there on the wall, they will charge you full price. 4 tacos for $12 instead of the bogo price for MONDAYS. It’s Monday. Anyway, as I’m sitting here eating my scammed tacos, they pulled off the sign. Check photos for before and after they took it off after I complained. Horrible customer service basically blaming the customer for not demanding free tacos even though the sign is right there. Never got my money back as it’s “my fault” but they removed the sign. Pathetic. Don’t give these people your business.

I had ordered alot of food for the family. It has been at least 10 years since I went to taco bell because I had a negative experience then. Thought I would give it another chance. Never again!!!! I ordered 3 fries supreme and ended up getting nachos with a a piece of tomato on it.The dorito tacos were stale, there was no sour cream or meat in it . In fact none of the the other tacos had sour cream just a pinch of meat. I think it was meat!. I ordered beef burritos as well with a surprise of hair on the inside wrapper and in the the burrito. You kidding me! THIS IS A CRIME.Soooo disgusting!!!! Also I'm not sure why I got an order of kfc chicken when I did not order it. Ministry of health needs to get in there immediately!

I went and bought a whole meal for my family. Let me tell you, I was very disappointed in this food.... I found a fricken BROWN CURLY HAIR IN MY FRIES. At this point I was enraged and angered in this order. My mother almost choked and died on this fry that was oddly shaped seems like they don't know how to cut fries here!!!! ANYWAYS back to the disgusting food I ordered. The food was awful and was very cold the meat wasn't even cooked right it was RAW MEAT THAT LOOKED LIKE BRAINS!?!? My kids and my family were very upset and enraged by the food. Never would I ever go here again in MY LIFE TIME! I hope some real workers work in taco bell and not the lazy people who cant cook...

Food at the mall big mixture ok taste

This is probably the worst taco bell I've ever tried. First of all,,28 bucks for 8 tacos..plain tacos. But they had a special on ,,,that I was not informed of. No sauces... why don't they have hot sauce? And the tacos leaked through the bag before I got to my truck. Straight grease. It looked like lack of training was a big thing there. Won't go there again.

Was at this location on Friday Sept 30th. Took them forever to get the food ready and I was not impressed by the amount of tomatoes and cheese on the tacos. Fries supreme were very short of toppings as well. Do yourself a favor, do not eat here

I didn't know a Taco Bell could be this bad. The other reviews echo all the issues with this location and shows how consistent they are at being terrible as a franchise. No matter how much you want Taco Bell just eat something else.

First and last time I ever eat Taco Bell. Got the crunchwrap supreme, and all it tasted like was lettuce wrapped inside a tortilla. Virtually no meat or cheese inside and the taco shells were flavourless. I would've gone to the store and got a head of lettuce and a tortilla and I would have saved half of what I payed here. Their only saving grace is the Mountian Dew Baja Blast, and that the staff were excellent... but you come here for the food right?

This place needs to be shut down!! Terrible service. No food was coming out of the kitchen. I waited 13 minutes for my food and what was disturbing. Literally no meat in my chili cheese fries. Check the picture. Almost no meat or toppings in my tacos. The soda was warm, the tacos were cold. Also, I waited 13 minutes for food when i was the only person in line. After me a lineup of over 12 people built up and I watched in horror as people waited 20 minutes for food and were ready to riot. There are 6 people in the back kitchen running around doing nothing. I might wait 20 minutes for goirmet food but not taco bell, and baaaaad taco bell at that. Disgraceful!! Please close.

This is how they serve now, no paper over the tray and tray is wet, so unhygienic... and the order taker says sorry taco doesn't do it anymore...wow

Found a tip of cut plastic in my borrito. Did not get an apology just made a new one and demanded I take the tray. Service was slow management lacking ability of customer service

After processing my order incorrectly and I went in to get the right food, they took the old food and put it back into circulation into the warmer. I had taken that food to my car already and unwrapped it and theoretically could have done anything to it but they were quite happy putting it back into circulation that's gross
