I
had
one
of
my
teeth
filled,
which
had
occasionally
caused
me
a
little
pain
before.
After
the
tooth
filling,
I
experienced
continuous
discomfort,
so
I
contacted
them
for
a
correction.
I
got
an
appointment
for
two
days
later,
even
though
I
had
mentioned
that
the
freshly
filled
tooth
was
hurting.
I
was
scheduled
to
arrive
at
9
AM,
but
I
ended
up
sitting
in
the
dental
chair
until
10:45
AM
before
Dr.
Chai
finally
showed
up.
After
a
brief
examination,
he
informed
me
that
I
would
need
a
root
canal
treatment.
Following
this,
his
assistant
appeared
and
told
me
that
Dr.
Chai
wouldn't
have
time
for
me
today
because
he
was
very
busy
but
would
be
happy
to
see
me
for
a
few
minutes
between
two
other
patients,
which
would
have
taken
the
whole
day.
She
also
mentioned
that
the
earliest
available
appointment
would
be
in
two
weeks
because
Dr.
Chai
was
going
on
vacation.
In
the
meantime,
she
presented
me
with
a
cost
estimate
for
the
procedure,
which
seemed
unreasonably
high
to
me
considering
that
they
were
responsible
for
causing
my
pain
due
to
their
lack
of
thoroughness
during
the
previous
filling,
even
though
they
had
expensive
X-ray
reports
at
their
disposal.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
at
the
reception
and
expressed
my
outrage
at
this
attitude.
I
work
hard,
have
limited
free
time,
and
had
scheduled
my
appointment
for
9
AM.
It
is
not
acceptable
that
they
wanted
to
treat
me
during
breaks
between
other
patients.
It
was
quite
humiliating.
In
the
end,
they
allowed
me
to
leave
the
clinic
with
a
painful
tooth!
I
would
also
like
to
add
that
their
pricing
is
extremely
high!
I
was
forced
to
contact
other
dental
clinics
and
received
quotes
from
several
of
them.
This
revealed
that
their
prices
are
on
average
30%
higher
than
the
others!
