    1 Star for Services Atmosphere and ambience One of the guest relation officer is very nice and she gave us a help bcos i have a 2 yr old kid. And a crew help me to carry my orders to our seats. 1 Star Building Amenities needs improvement and old. Push Touch Button on the entrance Is broken. And the Play place needs also improvement. Maybe they can put slides and some toys for todlers like for 2 to 3 yrs old to accomodate younger ones. Washrooms need also to remodel Like the tiles and sink. 1 Star for Cleanlines the woman incharge is very tidy and hospitable. If i was the owner i will give her a compliment for her work cleaning the lobby and maintaing the chairs and table for the next customers. As a current employee of worlds Biggesr Fast food Brand Mcdonalds thought me lot of experiences on hard work and determination, From flipping burgers, moving to customer relations, being full time crew i would say It became challenge for me and aim more better life for my future. I've gain a lot of friends on this Company, We treat ourselves like a family. I hope the soon the paygrade will be bumpup above more minimum to keep up the expensive way of living in Toronto.

    Absolutely appalled! My daughter and I took an excursion to our local McDonald’s in search of some good old fashioned junk food. Upon arrival, my daughter asked if I could accompany her to the loo. I gladly took her. To say I was horrified is an understatement. The moment I open the door to that decrepit bathroom, a warm musk of bodily fluids and SOLIDS assaults my senses. A urine decorated floor accompanied by human feces smeared in abundance across the walls. Used tampons hang from the ceiling, dripping blood onto floor, creating some sort of bodily art piece!?! As you can tell, this was of great affliction. My daughter shrieked in distress and turned heel to make a bee-line for the exit. DISGUSTING. How can one allow for a bathroom to become so filthy?? We will not be visiting again.

    This McDonald’s was busy and efficient. There was a play place that looked very clean too. The restaurant was clean but the mens bathroom had a hole in the wall that could have been covered for better esthetics and leaving no worry that bodily fluids would end up behind the wall and creating health hazards in the future.

    I ordered a chicken mcgriddle, added extra items to the sandwich and when I get to work I discover they put an egg on it instead of the chicken patty. How nice of them to give me not only something I didn't order but something I can't eat because it has egg on it... The egg is melted to the cheese so I'm eating a couple slices of bacon between two dry hotcakes for breakfast now, yay....

    Nice place for the family visit. Playing area is there for kids. Ample parking space. Food 3/5 : Because in most of the McDonald locations almost 65% location, they don't mix the tea and give it to you without mixing, which make tea tasteless. Thank you,

    Sadly, this review is based not on one experience but an extended period of time. After many visits to properly evaluate, this location is one of the slowest service I’ve experienced in my life. The staff are always polite, but the lengthy wait time on a regular basis leads me to conclude that this location can’t be visited if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare. I hope for the best that the order and wait time can be improved.

    When I went with my great aunt to this supposedly fine establishment I was absolutely aghast! The worker’s attire was scandalous to say the least! The floors were engulfed in mysterious grease that made my poor great aunt Gresnile almost fell over! The worker lady was blowing bubbles with her chewable candy known as “gum” that popped in my face. Once we got the food it was given to us lazily and the meat made my dearest great aunt Gresnile fall bilious. We immediately went home and once we got back she puked on the leopard skin carpet! My little cousin Derek ate it up and his mother or rather my older sister Gemmalon hit him! Overall not a great experience in my professional opinion and I would rather go to a k of circles or whatever the people call it. Maybe it would be better if the workers had a brain and weren’t seeming to be challenged.

    Whichever manager was in at ~8:25pm on August 20 is absolutely useless. Went through the drive through to order 3 large drinks. 3 different codes at the drive through apparently had offers already redeemed yet the dollar drink days don’t have a redemption limit in the app (haven’t used it in like a month anyways) Rather then honouring the price the manager tells us “only one drink per code” yet that wasn’t even the issue; I knew it was a lie too because when you redeem on the machine it gives you the option to get up to like 10 drinks or something like that. Manager insisted nothing was wrong on her side so we ended up going in store to redeem cause we felt bad for people behind us. No problem at the machine and the manager gives me a funny face when I go to the counter with 1 receipt that had 3 drinks on it. No “sorry for the inconvenience“ or anything; just gives me the cups with a blank stare on her face like she was in disbelief that there was more than 1 drink on the receipt The girl at the first window deserves commendation though, she tried her best and let us try various codes before calling her manager over even though her line was getting backed up. As someone who works retail I know what it’s like to work under trash management and I want her to know that we appreciate you trying your best to resolve the issue.

    ok so... they got my order wrong... 3 times in a row with items missing. i understand its a fast face work environment but the mistake happened because of the teleohone game. one worker asking another worker and asking another worker then. thing gone missing. they did end up fixing it by taking back the wrong order. and by ommiting a sandwhich though. but. almost got it right. at least they tried

    Drive thru was long, no worries, I don't mind going inside. Used the Kiosk to order with ease. Wait time was short. However, no greeting and thank you. I understand they were extremely busy, seemed like my business was undervalued.

    The food was what I was expecting for that time of day. The burger was dry and warmish. The fries were very clearly refried as they were super crispy and over salted. The drive thru employees could not be bothered to actually speak to me other than ‘hi what would you like’ at the speaker box. At the window, they said absolutely nothing to me at all. Just handed my items to me without even looking at me. Was not what I would have expected from any McDonalds ever.

    We ordered food from doordash. Came in, receipt was right but the food inside was wrong. We ordered 2 happy meals and a combo. I called the store asking if I can just pick up the food but they strongly refused. Good thing door dash immediately issued a refund and gave some incentive. Please make sure to double check the receipts and the order.

    Drive thru lady and inside staff during weekdays around 10 a.m are friendly. The men's washroom is very clean at this location. Very good service. The staff here need to educate the surrounding locations on customer service. YOU DONT NEED TO ASK FOR NAPKINS. THEY JUST GIVE IT TO YOU. THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. Great job 👍
