I've been to some bad KFC's, but this one has to be the worst one I've ever been to. The terminals were nice, but my meal consisted of brisk ice tea that was literally just yellow water, mangled chicken, and greasy fries.

What a joke... Never ever again.. - ordered through their app and app did not save order properly..called store and got "what would you like me to do" only after the person on the other end stopped and took the time to listen to me and on the worst phone connection ever. - when the order showed up it was wrong as 14 tender strips turned into 10 crsppy straps and 4 mystery pieces that came from the bottom of the fryer. Once called the store ...this time no answer at all. - oh yeah let's not forget the driver who forgot using the doorbell and knocked on the door and simply said here while shoving the food in my chest. Never again !!! The Col. Sanders must be turning in his grave.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If you want to experience a restaurant with rude staff, bad service ,gloomy ambience and utmost importantly the unhygienic standards you can go for it. I haven't been to restaurant this dirty and if u ask the employees they argue with you. No cleaning at all throughout the day. All bits of food on the table and floor, water spilled, tissues everywhere its all trash. The worst ever.

Awesome stop for fresh food. There was a Misscommunication with my order. But the manager stepped in and went far and beyond to fix the small issue. Food was great.

This is a beautifully redesigned KFC. New self-serve kiosks and neon lights. Unfortunately, it's downhill from there... The customer service is lacking severely, I wish I placed my order through the kiosk to make it a better experience. This was not only me but 3 out of 4 customers that came in while I was waiting were greeted with eye rolls or just indifference. The manager was proactive and kind to a customer that had an issue but the rest of the team were best described as inactive. One rep even made fun of a customer's name after they left the counter. After I received my food I looked for a clean table or spot to eat and nothing was found. Sadly it seemed that outside was cleaner than this redesigned location (and if you know Jane and Lawrence, that is saying something). The food was like the service rushed without thought, the chicken tenders were hard and certainly not fresh (despite waiting 10-12minutes). I like the look of the place but I wouldn't go back.

This is a newer location. The decor is fresh, and they have kiosks to order from. The chicken was a good size. Let's hope they keep it up

When I went there for lunch, I was waiting for my friend for giving order. In the main time, I wanted to use the bathroom but it was locked. I asked to the guy please open the door. He told me that u have to give an order first. He didn't open the lock. No matter what I said, I couldn't get the door to open. Then, I changed my mind to give order and left that restaurant, to never come back.

I get my meal and go to pull it out of the bag and the box is ripped so everything spills into the bag. Then I pull out the gravy and get it all over my hands as it is allover the outside of the container. Also every time I have been there the tables are filthy. You really need to hire some adults ( not teens ) who will take some pride in their work. As others have said worst location I have been to.

Please hire better workers. The employees are rude and not very attentive then gives you attitude for not getting your order right. Dine in is disgusting! You’re no longer in INDIA! This is Canada! Be hygienic and don’t scream at the drive thru when a customer verifies the order which should’ve been your job! And clean the damn tables and sweep the floor!

If I could I would give zero. Unhygienic place. The food is horriblely oily. I ordered 4 dark meat, they gave dark and white meat mixed. When I said this is rib not dark meat the girl who was working there confidently told me that this is dark meat. She didn’t even agree that the meat was a rib piece and white meat. While eating I found that is white meat. I bought that for someone who was staying in hospital taking care of a patient so this was horrible situation for that person who don’t eat white meat.
