Do not eat here. They serve fresh nose hairs in the food.

We stayed on the line over 45 minutes at a time one of the customer service was on a call...then with no communication customers started to move to the nearest Asian Gourmet. Only then they said their point of machine does not run well. I stayed longer just because my grandkids like the chicken popcorn and KFC burgers. The employee's could still have dealt with orders to we were online for a long time manually.

I ordered a meal. all the chicken pcs were old and smelled. I took one pc and asked them to change it. They were so rude. They told me i always ask to change. In front of other customer they insulted me and made false claims. It was my first time there. I will never go to this place again. I almost hit the guy, but felt sorry for them.

A standard mall food court KFC. This one is not combined with Taco Bell. I was here on Sun 13-Aug-2023 for lunch. Good competent service, good ol’ familiar KFC taste. I would love to see this get expanded to include the Taco Bell menu some day!

Poor service, employee coughing while serving customers not waring any mask 😷 it took 15 mins to get a 2 peice chicken 🍗 with frys. While unber eats take away is was being served when I was first I had to wait 15 mins unacceptable! Just to get a small meal for child . Terrible service, I could have been served way sooner if the guy would stop chatting and server his customers!

KFC ain’t what it used to be. ESPECIALLY at this location. Asked for a 3 piece combo, white meat got a 1/4 of a breast and 2 small little wings, tiny fries. Asked for gravy and had to go back to get it because they he forgot to put it in there bag. When I complained about where’s the white he says that is what is considered white. I said this is just skin and bones he said talk to the manager it went back and forth between us. The person at the counter was rude, the service is terrible, the chicken is baby sized. Basically paid $15.35 for a kids meal consisting of skin and bones. If you have a craving for KFC avoid this location. Would have given them a 0 star if I could.

Chicken had a funny taste. Couldn't eat it. Not sure what oil their using but. Horrible Chicken I have ever eaten. Healthy inspector needs to check this store out

We paid $80, and received chicken that literally tasted like burnt rubber and toxic chemicals. As a result, we sincerely decided this would be the last time we would ever eat at any KFC ever again.

KFC is making the chicken pieces smaller like chicken thighs. They cut into 2 pieces as well the other pieces and not just that they increase the price.

Waited 10-15 minutes due to they didn’t have any pieces ready, we got our food and drove out as soon as my son started eating the chicken he was complaining that it taste weird when I check I had to post a review it was disgusting especially supposedly they’re freshly fried also it did made my son feel sick
