The open sign is never lit up, so you can never tell whether they're open or closed, the service behind the counter is lacking in enthusiasm, the food is pretty much would you expect from any KFC ever, when we mention the open sign was not lit up, the staff said "I'm shocked", yet no one went and turned it on, I think this might be a ploy on the staffs part so they're not that busy ... even after the renovations to make it more modern, still the staff are lacking in caring...

Super rude customer service. They advertise their new "seasoned fries". So i asked em what flavour. The cashier couldn't tell me. And she gave me that "look" as if I was crazy for asking a simple question. All I wanted to know was what flavour that was: cajun, spicy, salty,.. she instead threw shades at me w another customer standing by who then attacked me and called me an idiot for asking a simple question. I'm not sure who the idiot here when she was the one who didn't know the answer to my question even if she worked there. Lack of knowledge, bad and unprofessional customer service. But again, what should I expect from a Kfc in the corner of Jane and Finch? I went home to find the fries completely unseasoned. I feel like they did this to get back at me despite the fact they asked me again if I wanted the season and I said yes. Super unprofessional and unfatisfying.

Trinidadian female who works here is so rude and unprofessional. She placed the order wrong and shouted on the lady inside as if it wasn't her fault. Kept customers waiting because she couldn't find someone who ordered a 3 piece combo. I asked nicely to get served and was totally ignored while she kept looking for someone who wasn't in the store to grab their order. Unprofessional to the highest. Please retrain!!!

The worst chicken you can ever have!! full of oil and greecy, I guess these guys fry the chicken in low temperature oil Tables too dirty, probably clean once a week! Just eager for money Check the oil in my picture I will report to US office

Worst workers ever! Worst service ever! They cancel orders after accepting them and make customers wait 30 minutes before deciding to cancel!! Definitely calling corporate about this. Yeah. They really are that bad. Everyone that works at that location needs to be fired immediately!! Seriously! These people can't even get fast food right? Wow!! That's pathetic.

I stopped buying from kfc because of the food quality but today was a joke lol I ordered on Uber eats the chicken tender bucket which brings a LARGE popcorn chicken and don’t I get a small container of popcorn chicken in stead lol they put the container in the bucked and tried to tell me that how they do it when I payed for a large popcorn chicken. The manager Tina seemed to understand but I’m afraid this is what they’re doing to other customers . Don’t buy from this location ! Or simply buy from Popeyes lol

Tip - if you order online check the package at pick up. Got burned again tonight when they didn’t include the gravy. Fries were usual mediocre quality. They didn’t answer the phone when I called to complain.

Absolutely disgusted with this place i cant even leave one star...well turns out i have too...first off they don't answer the phone....secondly.... 5 pieces of chicken had pieces of hair in it and my daughter swallowed a piece, the hair was pulled out of the chicken like it was cooked inside of it.....pictures don't lie.....$70 wasted for hairy chicken and poor quality...14 PC bucket...I did not order hair with my chicken.

First let me say I've been going to this location for years and yesterday was the first time I had a problem that required me to go back to the store so hopefully it's just a one off, I went there to buy a Tuesday's special and a small gravy and there was about 5 other people at the time, the cashier at the till who looks Ethiopian or Eritrean took my order and I waited my turn got my food and left but when I got home and checked I only had the special minus the small gravy so I felt my pocket for the receipt to see if l was charged for the gravy but there was no receipt so because it was an interact transaction I checked my bank account only to find out I was charged $18.03 for my Tuesday special minus gravy so I went back and protest to the cashier what my issue was and showed her my bank statement so she tried to put the money back on my bank card as I requested but she was having difficulty so I told her to give me the cash instead if possible which she eventually did as by then the store was full of people and thankfully they were very patient up to the time I left the store, I wonder if it a regular occurrence there🤔

My experience is very horrible. The food was smelly, rough quality even it was not eatable. I have to throw all the food. They made my time, money and food waste. The girl in hijjab on front desk was very rude with weired looks. Food was not fresh it was smelly and expired date. I called them multiple time but they did not pick up my calls. I will never go this place ever again. Popeyes is much better and they serve fresh fried chicken.

they need to fix the time for holiday schedule, they show inconsistent holiday closing time information, they'll say theyre open on their site, but then they end up being closed, when you go, which is worse especially when its freezing, and you dont live close, dont drive, and worse especially if you a disability, and end up going only for it to be closed. Another frustrating thing is that they also hardly ever answer the phone even they are there, so its a gamble because youre unsure whether you should go or not because they ignored the phone.
