    Do not trust this subway with open time. Sign clearly says til 9pm for weekdays and when i stepped in employee told me they close at 8pm.alright than explain to me how these people are buying sandwich. Its after 8pm, refuse to serve me and employee was able to serve other customers? Being unprofessional, planning to report to their headquarter.

    This is the worse Subway location we have ever been too. The place is not clean, which seems to be a common problem with most of the stores in this plaza. But the main issue was the attitude of the staff (owners?). My son likes Subway steak sandwich, so we order it frequently at different locations and what we get is consistent. But not at this location! The amount of meat they put in the sandwich was almost half of what we usually get, same went with the toppings. We asked for only two toppings; olive and pickles and my son asked to get "a lot of pickles". They added 8 pieces of pickles to a foot long sandwich (no joking). When he asked if please they could add more pickles, the lady rolled her eyes and added 4 extra pieces! Without exaggeration, the sandwich content was less than half of what we get at other locations. It was one of a kind experience!!!

    New guy is working extremely slow, I understand he is new, but does manager need to arrange another person working together with him? Three of us are being waiting for long time while he is serving another customer. It takes him about 15mins to serve one customer! I am the last person in line, and waited for 45MINS! So ridiculous management/training...

    Cannot follow special instructions I ordered my sandwich through the app and wrote down special instructions: "Please cut and wrap into two separate pieces" and another dietary instruction. I gave extra tips for a take-out order because I had special instructions, and wish I could take it back and give NO TIP. (Which the tipping system doesn't make sense in the first place... how could I know how much to tip when I haven't been served yet?) The first time, they were able to follow the wrapping instruction but not my dietary instruction, and missed some ingredients I ordered. 3 out of 6 cookies are crumbled. The second time, none of my special instructions were followed with missing ingredients. I wasn't expecting they didn't follow the common, simple wrapping instructions, so when I took my sandwich out of the paper bag I wasn't expecting the need to support a footlong sub all wrapped together and ended up spilling half of my meal to the ground in my office!! So embarrassing!!!! Lettuce and tomato and all kinds of things that aren't easy to clean up! Plus now gone my meal. Luckily it's in the pantry (cause I wanted to heat it up again). If it was spilt on my cubicle's carpet... I would have given them no star if allowed, and gave 2 only because at least the servers were polite and nice when I went to pick the orders up. Unbelievable!

    Fountain machine ice has dark particles in it, poured that out right away, fountain drink itself is almost just like carbonated water. Sandwich wasn't toasted enough and they got cold almost as soon as leaving the store, I live just a minute drive away and had to microwave to warm up.

    Yesterday i visted subway around 11am and as i entered there was a line up of 4-5 people. I waited patiently for my order the girl working over there named CHAITRA was so quick in her work she was alone handling everything with a smile and was so friendly. Even though it was busy, i really enjoyed the way she made everybody’s subway and mine. The food was good. The store was clean. Will totally gonna visit again

    I went to the location at Picle Barrel plaza to grab a quick bite and go as I was rushed for time.there was not a single customer and I was the only customer at the time.There were two people working and they continued to do their thing and kept me waiting after I told them what I want. So is this the way Subway operates? The customer needs to wait till they finish whatever internal stuff they were doing or should they have simply taken care of my request and then continued to do their thing? Eventually I walked off as I could not wait any longer.

    i was craving a nice fresh foot long sub with crisp lettuce pickles cucumber you know the works.. so i walk in am greeted and asked what i would like. i tell the man who i find out is the owner as he makes my sub. what would you like he asks as i tell him each ingredient then we get to the pickles.. and he tosses a few on there and im like pls can i have more sir... and he tosses another one or two on.. and now im a little drawn back.. can you pls add more i enjoy the salty and sour crisp i say.. as he gives me the dirtiest looks curling his hairy knuckles as his gold ring tightens he snaps NO. i cant it affects my bottom line he quips. shocked i look at him and say its just pickles man and he tells me no again.. so i tell him to pound it and refuse to pay.. as i walk out i tell him you know what pickle man .. you suck
