Horrific management, lazy super, roaches and creapy crawlies that are impossible to get rid of. They turn off electricity every other week and constantly have false fire alarms. The nieghbours steal mail and you have no one to talk to in the event of a problem.

The worst renting experience I ever had. The laziest superintendent. The least responsive landlord. Horrible smell. Walls are literally full of rotten things. Cockroaches everywhere. The hot water is not always warm enough to get shower. During the renovation they just paint on top of dirt. Be also ready for false fire alarms every other week. Better add another hundred or two dollars monthly and stay away from this place.

Run for your life!!! I ran away from there. The place is infested with bed bug and roaches. It's an old and neglected building. Superintendent rude and stupid and the management does not even exist.

If you care about your and your family’s well being, please rent a unit anywhere else but here!!

Used to be in bad condition but it's been fixed and the bugs have disappeared. Not bad for the price but the management really sucks!

Uhm… I wouldn’t even put a 1 star but for the sake of leaving this review I will. Management doesn’t do anything, and everyone’s talking about roaches but it seems that the building has now upgraded from roaches to now having mice infestation. I’m pretty sure garbage disposals and checks haven’t been done properly so now there’s mice. So, yeah. Definitely not worth it living here. Someone needs to either replace the super or change management entirely. This is unacceptable.

Lived here for a year. This place is great for the price. I'm on the 6th floor. No bedbugs. I keep my place spotless and rarely see a bug. Bugs go where food is left. Its an old building. There are benefits to an old building. Lots of space. The bacony is HUGE. Great sound insolation. Good value period. Pool is nice too.
