I had my hair cut today by Lizette and I have to say it was one of the best cuts I've ever had. I've had my hair cut here tons of times, but this is the first time I've had the cut I've always wanted. I have curlier hair and was always told I couldn't have many shorter layers. Lizette gave me a fantastic cut and did something amazing with the layers that created tons of volume and movement which I absolutely love. She also really properly listened to me and gave me a cut that fit my lifestyle and how I style my hair, which is literally braid it wet and pull the braid out when it's dry so it styles itself. I never want a blow dry when I get a haircut and most stylists don't love this or even insist on it to finish their cut, but Lizette didn't force it and let me walk out with wet hair and let it air dry the way I wanted. When air dried naturally curly, the cut was amazing! Meaning I can have the same hair again once I wash it myself.

I had haircut and style with stylist1, and she messed up my hair cut specially front looked chunky and ugly. I was so upset, but management addressed concerns. I was pleased that they felt my pain and understood the concerns. Also offered me complimentary service right away with a higher level stylist to fix my hair with genuine concern. They took care to minimize the damage and train me to manage the look temporarily and offered me service to fix my look once my hair grows a little longer. I was impressed with humble, polite, and compassionate client services. No one is perfect. They may seem pricey, but you are not paying for just hairstyle. You are paying for the service and their passion to give you the best experience and look.

I got my first haircut at Donato with Vicky based on reviews here about her. She did not disappoint. She was attentive, she made great suggestions about my hair and my haircut. She even showed me how to style my hair. Vicky took the time to even style it so I walk out with more than just blow dried hair. I will definitely come back and get my haircut with Vicky again.

He’s incredibly kind and patient, but also does a phenomenal job with ensuring you leave happy with his work. Had my hair coloured here and definitely gotta recommend it. Vy did an awesome job suggesting options for me, and I ended up with an amazing balayage. The vibe is great, plus Laura at the front desk is super friendly and always makes me welcome. Definitely worth checking out!

One of the worst haircuts I have EVER gotten. The stylist clearly did not understand what I asked for despite showing inspo pics (even though she claimed she did), and now I am left with one massive chunky layer that isn’t blended in with the rest of my hair (not even exaggerating) as opposed to the soft face framing layers I had asked for. Very disappointing considering the high price point.

Initially booked second level hairstylist. Upon serving found out they moved me to a lower level stylist. stylist could not handle voluminous hair. Kept complaining about how damaged my hair is and did not even cut out the damaged part. Towards the end she started complaining that I have a lot of hair and will charge me extra next time.. she was polite but complained through out the time which made me feel bad about my hair. One side of my hair is longer than the other. No proper hair wash Below Average cutting Pathetic styling. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

After reading reviews about Hayder, I can now vouge for them and say how truly happy and glad that I gave him a chance! I'm a very picky person in general, but particularly about my hair. I hadn't cut it in over a year. I gave Hayder the liberty of doing what he thought was best. I put my trust in him. I can happily say I love the cut. He gave a great head wash and took his time with the cut. He blow-dried my hair and then finished the cut with a flat iron. He is meticulous and will hear you out, while also providing his suggestions (if you wish). Thank you very much Hayder! I'll definitely be booking my next appointment with him!

I needed my hair fixed and I am so thankful I had the crazy British Rocky work on my hair. It is so fun the way he was working on my hair as his canvas. I never had a short hairstyle in my life and I couldn’t be happier that I decided to come in and experience something new. Came in on a whim this afternoon to get some highlights after growing out my black box dye for almost 2 years! I was booked with Patricia, who was extremely nice (and didn't mind that I wanted to relax and read my book the whole time!) She PERFECTLY executed what I wanted, in fact, it was better than I imagined! I love my hair and I will 100 percent return to her! Highly highly recommend Patricia!!!

My daughter wanted to get hair straightening treatment for the first time, she was extremely nervous and we weren’t sure what to expect or what services would suit her best. We showed up at the square one location… The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, but there was a lady named Nahid. She overheard our frustration with the front receptionist and promptly jumped in to assist. I am so glad that she did as it provided an exceptional experience and insight into the hairstyling industry. My daughters questions were thoroughly answered with explanation, she knew her brand inside out, and had a vast amount of experience, which was so helpful in selecting the right treatment geared towards my daughters hair type and understanding the process. Nahid was not only compassionate, but extremely patient as you can imagine we were nervous and choosing the right treatment for the first time for my daughter. I strongly urge anyone that would like some hair treatment to reach out and ask for personally, you will be extremely pleased that you did… it would award 10 stars if it was a function Google reviews… experience and compassion really matter, Bravo!
