Doctors seem great, hygienists seem great. restrooms are clean . interior setup and rooms look great too. The hospitality of front Office, doctors and interns are also great. Parking is good as they have plenty of space right next to the building. It’s a motivational because majority of the staff are women and this place has unique display of their staff details. The problem I had with this place is with their appointments scheduling and questionnaires. I liked the clinic so I wanted to begin dental consultation with them for me. They booked and cancelled 3 different times staying doctor isn’t available or doctor doesn’t come on saturdays and there is a mix up with the appointment. I got upset and cancelled after this because they didn’t seem to be interested in rescheduling and dates weren’t available for two months. Recently, I had my daughter for her dental checkup, for few mins they said there is no appointment and then they put me up with some doctor who I hadn’t original booked for. Another problem is they ask to fill up all the questionnaire and when I go there, I end up signing screening questionnaire again. Not sure why they send the questionnaires online if they don’t have the robust system to manage the responses.

My experience with Dr. Pannu was incredibly unpleasant. I had scheduled an appointment to get my tooth fillings done, but from the moment I arrived, I noticed the dentist's rude demeanor and evident haste to complete the procedure. Their lack of patience was evident throughout the entire appointment, and it felt as though the so-called "smile squad" was solely focused on maximizing their profits from insurance claims rather than providing quality care. Needless to say, I have no intention of returning to this clinic in the future.

My mom was referred by another dentist for a tooth extraction. The dentist charged an emergency exam fee, and asked to book the treatment. Seemed like a waste of time and money to just have another exam right after paying for xrays at the referring place

Everyone is very friendly. Facility is clean and neat and they respect the safety of all clients. My dentist, Dr. April is the best. she listens attentively to you and explains what might have caused the problem and immediately provides recommendation to help. She also checks to see if you are comfortable and not all dentists are like that. All the hygenist that took care of my cleaning were very polite and sets proper expectation. It was indeed a very good decision that I transferred here and have them care for my oral health. Good job to everyone! Cheers!

I went to this clinic for the first time on the 13th Nov 2023. I have only good things to say about this clinic. The doctor and staff were attentive to my concerns, were attentive to billing and what's covered or not, actually froze me for my cleaning (which quite a few other dentists refused) and took me seriously when I said I have sensitivity to cleaning or dental work (requiring extra freezing). I also got tips and tricks to improve my dental health. I definitely recommend this dental clinic over other I have tried in Mississauga!

All the staff that I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to or meeting have always been so friendly and kind. Dr. Nadia is amazing. Always so friendly, kind and takes the time to genuinely make you feel comfortable. And very accommodating! I have been to see her for two emergencies and am have been pleased with the service each time. I will be going back for a proper comprehensive exam. Thank you Winston Churchill Dental Team!

I have been visiting Winston Churchill Dental on Argentia Road in Mississauga, for all my dental issues for at least 3 years now. I found this place extremely hygienic. The staff is very polite, professional, friendly and helpful. I have mostly been treated by Dr, Nadia. She is a very pleasant person and easy to communicate. She quickly understands and finds the best and most affordable solution for all the issues. The best thing is that they have in house facility for all the issues from cleaning to implant. Being a very satisfied patient, I would strongly recommend this facility and Dr. Nadia to everyone who is looking for a decent place for any kind of dental issues.

This is by far the best dental clinic for children! The staff is super friendly, they always make my girls feel very comfortable. They are very patient especially with little ones, their "chair rides" are amazing and my girls always look forward to their "dentist visit"!

Went in for my first root canal ever, had no idea what to expect, but assumed it was going to be the most painful experience of my life. Luckily, I had Gwen and Dr. Daniela there! They made me feel comfortable, and the whole thing was quick, easy, and as painless as possible. Best dental experience I have ever had! 10/10 only dentist I will ever go to from now on!
