Doctors are great. Pharmacists there are amazing. However, Absolutely terrible worst receptionists. Here’s why: - they barely NEVER ever pick up the phone calls. I called 20 times one day and they picked up 0 time. And I had to go to book an appointment - really terrible attitudes and not friendly and helpful - regardless I sent my documents many times and the reception still couldn’t get the documents or be able to update simple items. And never even got our names correctly and brought wrong patients information We typically never write reviews, because we actually had great doctor and pharmacy experience but it’s been too many times and consistently absolutely terrible experience for the reception team we had to write this review to voice this concern.

Do not enrol here with a family doctor. Appointments are scarce, and when you do get one as others have stated it is a “phone consult.” I was hoping to have a more personalized experience as this clinic is newer, hoping to find a newer doctor with a passion for healthcare. What I got was a referral to services I stared I did not want, as well as an in and out the door phone consult. I swear the doctor did not even review my file before prescribing/referring. Not impressed. If you want to be heard, this place is not it!

I was pleasantly impressed with the staff at Improved Care Walk in clinic. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite. I was particularly impressed with Dr. M Singh, he showed concern and was very kind to my daughter, he ensured she was comfortable during her visit. Believe it or not, my daughter had a jewlery bead immersed in her ear canal, which Dr M Singh carefully removed. Thank you again to the team at Improved Care Walk in clinic.

I take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt. Seems to me the majority of negative reviews here are in one way or another related to the the fact that this clinic is no longer a walk-in clinic (though the company has yet to update it's signage). Contrary to what others have wrote, I had no problem booking an initial meeting with Dr Arshad in a reasonable amount of time; there was no suggestion of it being phone-only or anything like that; I was asked to come into their office. On-site the secretaries were as professional as I would expect from any other establishment; and I found Dr Arshad to be what I was looking for. My suggestion to the business owner is to update their signage; as doing so will likely have an offsetting impact of reducing the number of customers who enter the establishment seeking walk-in services; only to find no walk-in services are offered; leading to negative interactions with staff likely through no fault of the staff.

Receptionist sets up a meet and greet with a doctor by phone who is working from home only to not have the doctor call you. The Receptionist calls to tell you that the doctor called from a private or unknown number and that it's your fault that you missed the call and did not answer. Waited a month to book an appointment. Do not waste your time.

Receptionists are useless. Never pick up the phone, don’t expect them to use due diligence when accessing your medical files, expect to be there 2+ hours even if you have an appointment

Doctor Erandi is great , attentive and very knowledgeable. She cares about her patients and treats patients with respect and compassion. Highly recommended.

All the positive comments and reviews you read are TRUE please ignore the negative comments I personally witness this staff perform great while under constant pressure !!!! These clients that show no patience end up saying sorry realizing how good this clinic really is and STILL can perform with a smile on there face and assure that every single person is given what they need !!! Thumbs up to the Office Manager that goes out of HER way along with her great administration staff team !! and Doctors . Great work 👍
