This is the worst jewelry store in the world. I made the mistake of buying our wedding rings from there, and in just a few months, 3 of the diamonds fell out, and my husband's ring was scatched all over. I took it back to get it fixed, and they charged me to fix it only to find that they missed one of the diamonds. When I called them back to let them know, instead of apologizing, the wife of the owner started yelling at me, was rude and very inappropriate. She had the audacity to yell at me and cause a scene saying that I shouldn't call her private phone that was listed as their business number. Please don't waste your money on their cheap jewelry and make the same mistake I made. Horrible service and terrible quality products. Hope this helps someone.

This is the worst place in Toronto I have ever been to. We handed over the chain for repair, and when we came to pick it up, at the first glance, it seemed to be a different chain. My aunt asked is it possible that you have mixed it up by mistake, and in response we have heard as many insults as we have never heard in our entire life. in addition, the chain was repaired terribly, they just baked it with a soldering iron and that's it. Now it's not a piece of jewelry at all.

Horrible! Gave them a golden ring to put back a gem that fell out. They put the gem in such a way that it is not leveled up with the other gems in the row, they scratched the gold metal around that gem and they were surprised that I am not happy that the ring looks as repaired. He said that I was not to expect it would look as new! Horrible quality, expensive low level service, returned me an even worse damaged ring, charged $35 and believes he did nothing wrong. He said that if I do not like it I should go back to the store where I bought it and ask them if this looks good. Disgusting place.

They are theives and they perform poor work. I brought in a 28" chain to be changed into two bracelets, adding a clasp in the meantime. The chain weighed 10.53g when I brought it in. When I received it back it weighed 9.70g, including the 'extra gold' I had to pay for in the form of a new clasp. I then took the two new bracelets and the remaining chain, and the total length was now 25.5". He stole 2.5" or almost a gram of 14k gold from me. He told me he needed the gold for soldering the rest of it. 2.5 inches of my chain. I will never look their way again. Pure scum.
