No
structure!
People
were
all
over
trying
to
get
service.
Customer
service
was
not
good.
Their
faces
looked
like
(I
do
not
want
to
be
here)
my
order
was
not
completed.
I
had
to
walk
back
to
get
what
I
paid
for
originally.
For
people
with
online
orders,
the
pickup
service
providers
walked
in
and
entered
the
space
as
if
they
worked
at
McDonald.
How
can
you
manage
so
many
people
in
that
area
and
have
1
cashier
counter?
Help
me
make
sense
of
that!
I
have
never
been
at
a
McDonald
and
waited
so
long
to
be
served.
No
one
looks
ready
to
help.
The
ketchup
pallets
were
out,
so
I'm
assuming
I
need
to
put
the
ketchup
on
a
tissue
paper.
The
environment
is
too
small
to
accommodate
so
many
people
at
once.
Figure
out
a
better
way
to
do
it.
It's
not
working.
I
asked
for
hot
fries
and
still
got
them
cold
because
I
ordered
3
meals
that
took
forever
to
prepare.
As
a
team
y'all
need
to
regroup
and
make
the
service
better.
