    Dirties Mc Donalds branch I ever visit. Asking them twice to clean our area but not their priority I think. Garbage all over the place!

    I ordered via the McD app and went to the restaurant to pick up my order. I would imagine by ordering in advance in the app, it would save time from waiting. But it turned out I was wrong, there were people who ordered after I arrived at McDonald's and received their order way before I did. My triple Cheeseburger was super sloppy (see photos).

    No room to sit in the dining room full of all the geriatrics using the place of the community center so you buy your food and you hope to sit down and enjoy your lunch or meal and absolutely no One person buys a cup of coffee and the whole community joined them for And very short staffed when it comes to serving for people who are physically in the store they pay more attention to the drive-thru then to a Walk in customer

    Came in on a busy day. Ordered through the app for pickup inside the restaurant. It was very chaotic in the restaurant. I could see my order ticket but no one looking at it. After 15 minutes I asked what's happening to my order the person behind the counter said they'll take a look. Then he just left to the back. I had to bother another person for them to work on my order.

    I am so happy with the service I received with them. I went in to get coffee, fries, and muffin. The person behind the counter was happy to tell me that she will do the muffin and coffee a combo. I never expected it. This is proof that little gestures could make someone’s day good. The service was fast and efficient, as well. Good location.

    Triple check your orders. They screwed up 3 out 4 of my orders. - forgot shredded cheese on one of the wraps - forgot to put in yoghurt in the happy meal - forgot cantaloupe in happy meal - forgot the drink in the happy meal - forgot the book for the happy meal They also double charged me. I ordered through the app which has my credit card on file but they insisted on payment at the window since their system did not "accept" the payment. I showed them my credit card app for the transaction. Not only that, I made 2 previous orders via the app and they went through no problem. No idea what's going on at this location. Never had this problem even when using this app for years. The manager kept insisting that I wouldn't be double charged but surprise surprise. I was. But at least after I left, the manager must've double checked her transactions because McDonald's issued the refund for the double charge amount.

    Double check your kerwin frost box! They didn’t give the collectible to me and they immediately handed out a new one from the prep table when I come back asking for my collectible!

    Went to But a Big Mac . Ask for nothing on it . There had whatever and I didn’t like . I then ask to change . Got it back wet like there’s spit on it . I ask for a refund . Without saying sorry . They all gang up on me . Even manager curse me then another worker came down saying maybe i spit on it . Worse McDonald’s. They very nasty and rude in there. Went Feb 14 2024 1:30am to get food the staff was rude my nuggets had black things on it and I ask for no salt they dunk the salt in my fries I had to throw away $16 food

    Brunch of idiots working as a team. They will make sure to take your order wrong. Wrap and sandwich is same for these guys. They don't understand without ice drink meaning. They will just ruin your mood and day. Their manager( lady )is good but she is hardly seen these says.

    saw a mouse outside while in the drive through. Attitude also needs some adjusting. Ordered food late at night. The girl told me to go to the second window when taking my order which I didn’t second-guess since that always happens at night. Started driving by the first window real slowly after stopping at the first window. No one’s there’s at the first window and then I hear some attitude field girl yelling at me where are you going? You need to pay here. Like she didn’t mess up and tell me to go to the second window. Guess that’s what happens when you’re talking to two people at the same time, taking peoples order and telling them to go to the first window while the people paying at the first window you’re telling them to go to the second window.

    No structure! People were all over trying to get service. Customer service was not good. Their faces looked like (I do not want to be here) my order was not completed. I had to walk back to get what I paid for originally. For people with online orders, the pickup service providers walked in and entered the space as if they worked at McDonald. How can you manage so many people in that area and have 1 cashier counter? Help me make sense of that! I have never been at a McDonald and waited so long to be served. No one looks ready to help. The ketchup pallets were out, so I'm assuming I need to put the ketchup on a tissue paper. The environment is too small to accommodate so many people at once. Figure out a better way to do it. It's not working. I asked for hot fries and still got them cold because I ordered 3 meals that took forever to prepare. As a team y'all need to regroup and make the service better.

    They can’t even prepare 1 tea on time. I have visited this location many times and every time they just forget my order as they’re busy attending either the drive-thu cars or Uber orders. I have to remind them that they haven’t prepared my order yet. Worst service!! Come on guys, it’s just 1 small cup of tea/coffee. It shouldn’t be that hard!!

    Service was quick, but the dining room was such a mess and there were wasps and flies flying around inside. I asked one of the staff that the tables needed cleaning because I wanted to sit down and eat, and she just started at me confused. They had full staff in the kitchen but couldn't even get 1 person to clean up.

    I would give it a 0 but can’t. I came in the drive thru asking for water; that’s fine I asked for an additional cup because my boyfriend was bleeding out in the passenger seat and needed some napkins to wipe him down immediately, the man gave me three napkins I asked him for some more and explained the situation with my boyfriend he began to be stingy and petty giving me 2 more napkins. I told him this is not enough he began to say “why don’t u buy something then”. I find that in humane and disrespectful after I had just explained the situation also Mc Donald’s is a multi billion dollar company that won’t be missing out on some napkins neither will his pay check. The manager came and proceeded to pass me three more napkins… not much but what ever. Never again. Disrespectful. In humane. Rude.
