I had a pretty good experience here today. I bought a lovely ring marked 925. Owner was very kind to me as well. Just hope the ring really is sterling silver. As I just bought a ring from another shop a few days ago in the pen center that tarnished Edit. The ring is marked 925. But it is now tarnishing to copper. Pretty disappointing as he charged me 45 dollars for a ring that’s not real silver.

Absolutely destroyed my dads watch when my mom brought it in for a battery change. Guy was incredibly rude saying “how else would I get in” and we should’ve went elsewhere and that we came to him, he didn’t come to us. He then refused to give us a business card and then turned away from us, ignoring us. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The only reason we went to him is because when we went to one of the jewellers they told us he was the only one in the mall that did battery changes now and his signage states watch repair and battery changes.

Bought a chain for my husband for Christmas. Having no refund or exchange policy was never told to us until we realized it was on the receipt. Chain was 3” Shorter than promised. The owner was very rude and said he couldn’t exchange to protect his sales. Buyer beware. It’s worth going to another store in the mall. Worst customer service.

Sold my wife a silver chain that was 3” shorter than promised as a gift for Christmas and refused exchange or refund. He was quite rude. The reputation stands for itself
