Antique store

👍👍 Huge variety of goods to peruse! You can find some real gems here. Some vendors are better organized than othes (hard to see some price stickers). Rarely do I I walk out with nothing. Great place to go shopping for gifts.

What an amazing place for antique collectors to all kinds of collectabes ... from glass, crystals, books, cloth stamps, jewelry arts furniture, coins, old records, and even early comic editions. I was really fascinated with the displayed items while walking through the aisles. This place is a museum of history and the good thing, you can buy a piece of history with discounts on all items. It's a place that must be visited when you are in Waterloo

I'll preface this review by saying that this was our 4 year olds choice. He is obsessed with anything old, specifically toy cars, so we decided to go here and try our luck. The amount of old things here is vast, some really cool antiques, some hidden gems and great deals. I'd say some items are priced outrageously, but some others are very competitive. There are still plenty affordable items here, so if you want to buy something neat without breaking the bank, you shouldn't have a problem. I'm sure next time we're here, we'll stop in again and check it out. 5/5.

Very clean and well lit. You'll need to take time and look for treasures that are relatively cheap. Bought the lovely Imperial Glass spooner, one of the few I saw that was good for my budget. (I'm a vendor, so let's just say I'm a disciplined buyer. I'm cognizant of the market value of my purchase.) Would have loved to see the same volume of people on Market Road as in St Jacobs, a 3 minute drive away. It boggles my mind how dealers make rent and profit. Rent ain't cheap, that's for sure; it's a year long commitment. Was pleased to speak to a friendly staff who cashed me out. More power and all the best, Market Road Antiques.

Loved this place! You could get lost for hours taking in all the treasures and deciding which ones are special enough to take home!

Extremely rude service at checkout. We politely asked about a price match and the lady next to the one helping us, quite aggressively yelled twice the prices are what they are and something else. We've always enjoyed our time and have been coming in since 2008, not sure if this was a change in managment or the lady was having a bad day.

Great finds! Really big, lots of vendors. Between this and the st Jacobs antique market next door, I'd say this is bigger and slightly more focused on more antique items rather than just vintage. More furniture, especially teaware, but you'll find some overlap in both.

Fantastic service. Many great stalls, with a lot to explore. But our favourite is stall 24, which includes a small selection of wooden furniture (on any given Saturday, you might find a couple of kitchen islands, 2-3 benches and a few shelves with hooks) crafted by this gentleman Bill, who drops off new pieces about once a week. Super affordable. We love our new island and bench.
