I would recommend coming here to get a watch repair or a battery replacement. I needed the battery replaced on my Daniel Wellington watch and the price of $15 + tax was very reasonable, which includes a one-year warranty. My battery replacement took less than 5 minutes and I will come back in the future for any other watch repairs or battery replacements.

Picked up my grandfathers old pocketwatch and it has been cleaned and repaired beautifully. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with it. We are lucky to have this fine craftsman at the center of the city tucked inside Union Station! Time is precious, so whether it’s battery for your watch or reconditioning of a family heirloom. Lovely place! Customer service is always friendly. Even if you just want to browse they have so much knowledge to share. For a small location they have a wide variety of new, classics, vintage watches; Japanese, Swiss, European. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in Union station!

Left 3 watches with them to quote for repairs. They didn't contact me for a month and I had to keep calling just to get a quote. When I picked up the watches, they had haphazardly thrown all three into a small plastic bag, with metal bracelets scratching each other and the crystals. One even still had the crown pulled out. The owners seem nice, but I was very surprised at the lack of care for the watches by their staff.

As a customer of this shop for multiple years - I appreciate the quick service. However I want to highlight the service and truly above and beyond actions from Tibor. I went in to have an old Seiko 5 repaired. Within minutes of looking at the watch I was told that there was no point in trying to fix it because the parts needed to get it working properly again weren't available. They could have easily charged me for a cleaning or asked me to leave it with them so they could open it up to have a look. I really appreciate their honest and will definitely go back the next I need something.

Edit to the below: While I was impressed at first, the crystal replacement on my watch was a complete flop. The crystal fell out minutes after returning to the wrist. Luckily the hard to find vintage crystal didnt break after sliding out. Took it back to the store and they fixed it again, but refused to apologize or refund me for the trouble. ----- Very expert repairs, as a watch collector its hard to find a good watch maker store that you can trust

Went in on Friday to look at watches and the lady working was extremely attentive and kind in helping me try on the watches I was interested in. Ended up leaving with a beautiful Casio and will be back soon to pick up something else that caught my eye. One of the best selections of watches I've seen in the city as well. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great. Reasonable prices for small work like changing a battery on a quartz or adjusting a bracelet, but they also do solid work on full services for a range of watches.
