The young girl working there is the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER go back!

Typical subway but the sandwich was quite good! Lots of toppings so will go to this location again

Been there few times and noticed attitude of the cashier . Her tone lacks politeness and doesn't sound like she understands the basic concept of customer service. I understand that due to COVID-19 certain restrictions have been introduced, but aren't there any friendly/respectful ways to speak about maximum occupancy and asking about proof of vaccination rather than making one feel guilty or inferior ? She acts as if you're a criminal or a burden on her. I lost it finally and didn't forget to show my reaction and give my verbal feedback before walking away. There's an A&W right beside the same intersection and those guys don't deal with just customers walking in but drive-ins as well. However look at their employees and then do an honest comparison

I was super impressed with the catering order that I received yesterday. It was amazing customer service from Pritesh, he was genuinely suggesting and patience while I was ordering, delivered the food at corporate office. Multiple sandwiches packed separately and sandwiches were fresh and on side sauce were provided as well. Definitely I will reorder it from same place and will recommend to someone else as well. Have it for multiple tries, the service is amazing.

the worst experience i have ever had is in this subway. the cashier was so rude and disrespectful that i wouldn’t suggest any person to go their and buy the stuff. she is full of arrogance. the customer is paying for having the food, they aren’t getting it free, so deal with modesty. i would highly recommend the owner of this place to remove such kind of people give another person a chance if they want their business to grow. the girl is working in evening shift-5:30.

Love the way of customer service. Prefect on standards. Welcome as you enter. Very hygienic, was always changing the as gloves as new order being prepared. Fresh vegetables and bread freshly made . Clean environment. Perfectly made as per my order.

Honestly i love Subway, but the girl working there is super rude and there was hair in my sandwich and she didn’t apologize btw this was in early 2021 hopefully its not the case anymore

Just visited this subway and I have really good experience overall ,Food is very fresh and quality is excellent. Customer service is great and very friendly.They cater to special requirements especially for vegetarians and vegans. Hard working guy and pleasant staff. I also used washroom here and found very clean.

If only 0 stars were an option. The cashier (whom I just found out is the manager) is extremely rude. I ordered a 12 in sub and a 6 inch combo with a fountain drink. When I went to fill up the drink there was no diet pop. I requested a refund as the drink was for an individual who is diabetic. After receiving attitude for requesting a refund, I was told I should have asked if there was diet pop. All fountain machines have a diet option - just not at this location. Will NEVER go back.
