I am a current resident of this building and I can’t wait for the lease to get over. We haven’t had heat and hot water for two straight days now without any notice. Also this is happening in the coldest time of the winter. There are constant drilling and other construction noises that go on for the whole day which disturb us all and are so loud that they cause a headache. We also face the pool which is never covered and is forever dirty.

I like the management as they are pleasant. The residents of this building are mostly families. Parking is in basement and preallocated for each apartment. The view from our balcony is fantaaaaastic. And the evening summer breeze is so refreshing. Ample storage space and well designed apartment layout.

They charge $1825/month after parking for a one bedroom. Didn't even bother to properly maintain the pool before winter. All winter it was a brick of ice and uncovered. Even witnessed kids skating on it during winter..The ice has melted now and is completely green and full of algae. Last time the pool was even maintained was probably August 2020. Condos are a lot cheaper. I wouldn't rent here even if they gave me 3 month's free of rent.

Occasional water shut-offs occur, no hot water for days and maintenance requests may take months to receive a response unless it's an emergency ... still clean building expect the weekends

I lived here for about a year with my family and it was a great experience... until we left. We rented a new 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor. Just 2 weeks after moving in and after their renovations, the parkay floor started peeling up because it was not glued down sufficiently. Their washers and dryers were way too expensive and most of the times they were broken down. I had various issues with the management and rental company after leaving. I was told when moving out to give 30 days notice in which I did. Two years after being moved out I get a call from a collection agency trying to get me to pay for hydro that was "never disconnected". I told them I didn't live there but they insisted I did until I get a notice from management stating that I moved out and are no longer a resident. I called the management and they tell me they can't do anything for me. Instead of taking a hit on my credit, I paid the $1,300 and called it a day. Two months later I get another call from Enercare stating that I owe them MORE money. They tell me that if I still live in the unit I need to pay for the bill, however I moved out almost 3 years ago. I call the landlord and management AGAIN and get them to give me a notice stating I do not live in the unit but they refuse to do so. They tell me that I still live there and need to pay for the hydro... THIS IS 3 YEARS AFTER I MOVED OUT!!! How the hell do you NOT KNOW who lives in your units?! I may as well walk in there and tell them that I forgot my keys so I can waltz into my apartment that I apparently STILL LIVE IN. They are extremely unprofessional and their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. They don't care about you or your concerns. Let's not get started about the cockroaches, constant water shut downs due to renovations, and the landlord just waltzing into your apartment without notice. This is a complete shame considering the building is nice and in a good location.

we came for viewing and that horrible old lady was abusive to us. I am thankful to god for showing the truth at the right time. Management is horrible and they don’t know how to talk. The lady hardly knows english and judge our profession. why the hell they hired such poor staff with no sense of talking and normal humanity.

I can honestly say that it is the worst apartment I have ever moved into. At least once a week we have the problem of not having hot water, the house is so cold that most of the residents use heaters for heat (we have to pay for the electricity ourselves). The entrance doors of the apartment and the parking lot have problems and remain open on different days. The internet speed is very low and we did not have internet for more than ten days due to the cabling problem. We deeply regret moving to this apartment. My advice to all my friends who are looking for a rental apartment is to never choose this place as a place where you will relax.

Two cars were stolen from this building. November 2023 Visitor parking. January 2024 underground parking.

Only if I had the option of giving zero star, I would have given that. To be honest, this place stinks a lot. No cleanliness whatsoever, garbage everywhere. Gym equipment's getting stolen. Worst place to ever live in and above that I have to pay $2600 for this.

Worst building ever. Heed my advice and do not move into this building. I moved into this building after a friend lived here because the square footage, window to window walls and view was the best I’d found in the city. Unfortunately poor management destroyed the cleanliness of this place and there was a huge problem with roaches towards the end of my stay. An unlivable amount. They did two sprays and 1 gel and that did nothing but make them come out more. I was told caulking would help when I asked. I foam caulked everything but still the problem was so persistent. They would come through the drains a lot. Not just in my unit but common areas and stairs had eggs hatching which is scary witness because they run in many different directions. There are huge problems with the garbage chutes being over filled and the garbage compressor not working and tenants still leaving garbage on the floor. It’s unfortunate because I had to move and buy everything new again due to how serious of an infestation this building has. I had never even seen a roach in my space in all the previous years I had lived there so it’s shocking to see how downhill this building got so quickly with the staff change. New staff were rude and aggressive on multiple occasions which did not create a comfortable living environment. I was once threatened with violence until the staff realized I was the wrong person. After moving out not only did I lose all of my furniture and belongings but they billed me for the caulking they told me to do that would help after failing to provide a sanitary living space. These are not good people. Avoid this building with the high rent prices they charge at all costs it is not worth it and will end up costing you much more in the long run.
