Nice place, very secure floor access as you have to use your room key to access you floor. Room could use a refresh as the wall paper in room 910 was peeling by the TV and fridge did not smell clean. Also dishwasher was full of dishes that I ran and put away as it drove me crazy. There was a hockey team in the hotel which were well behaved, but the pool was over loaded with 30+ people at one time, leaving zero room to swim or enjoy, so my family was unable to swim. Plus due to so many using the pool it was cloudy and dirty and only 5 towels were brought down at one time and with so many people were gone as the guy placed them down.

Our family stayed in TownePlace Suites by Marriott for 10 nights, I had the most dissatisfied experience at this hotel. Stayed at multiple hotels and wasn’t like this. We booked a room with one king bed and one sofa bed. Was a very small room for us. Wouldn’t go there again. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, saggy with thin mattress. It went down whenever we tried to sleep. We asked the front desk to give us a mattress or an extra bed or another room. And all they said was IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. After reaching out to them for multiple times, they give us a dirty saggy mattress, and we ended up putting the two saggy mattress on top of each other. We had to sleep in that sofa bed for 10 nights, such a bad experience. I read another person had the same problem. Another thing to mention THE WINDOWS DID NOT OPEN. Couldn’t get fresh air and it was horrible. The laundry is super expensive, you have to pay for each item you want to wash, a t-shirt costs around $6 to be washed. I read the reviews and looks like shampoo is not refiled before people check in to the room, it was the same for us. I took a shower and realized shampoo wasn’t refiled before I check in. Didn’t like pool, gym was clean. Wifi is super slow. Pet friendly hotel. Parking costs $6 per night. Housekeeping was excellent, they were very nice and friendly. Loved the breakfast: milk, chocolate milk, waffles, egg, scrambled egg, oranges/bananas/apples, coffee and tea, apple juice, orange juice. All you can eat breakfast Not even a 1 star hotel, I give them 2 stars because of the excellent housekeeping they have and their breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights with kids. The rooms are small and dated. We needed to reconfigure the room in order to get the sofa bed to open. The bathroom has a shower, making it difficult to bath the kids. Loved the in room kitchen feature, everything you need was provided. Fridge was a decent size. Pool was clean and heated. Parking was a bit far from hotel elevators.

Watch out for your car, they don't have cameras in parking. My car almost got stolen from their parking. Other than that everything is good.

Everything is nice about the hotel.Enough space with kitchen and office, tasty breakfast.People here are very nice to us.My only concern is smell. The room smell so odd.The odor is something like kind of smell after washing the chicken.poultry smell.I tried room spray..but no use after sometime facing the same issue.I was like throwing up all the time and couldn't eat.

I would have given 5 stars, but I can not believe the price of a room. I'm grateful for the availability as there was a big mess up at another hotel that canceled mine and one other person's reservation on a group reservation. The front desk staff were wonderful, the hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely!

Nice hotel, we redeemed Marriott Bonvoy points and got a really good deal on the points better than any other hotel offering at the time for two rooms two nights. Nice clean studio rooms and comfy beds. Kitchenette with a fridge, dishes and dishwasher. Good breakfast with omelette and waffles and more. There’s a pool but we didn’t swim. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking for $6/day. Easy 25 min commute to the downtown. Also close to the Ontario Science Centre which was our main goal of visit.

Clean and spacious. Kitchen was nice to have - but rather oddly stocked (Ie multiple forks but only 2 small spoons). Significant street noise. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower low volume and it took a long time to get hot water from any tap. No housekeeping unless you request it the day before which no one told us. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi often very slow - difficult to watch a show or load a website.

We stayed here while I had a hip replacement at Clearpoint Clinic. The Clinic was only about 11 minutes away even through a lot of traffic. Our room had a kitchette which had everything we needed. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were nice, polite and very helpful. They equipped the room with a raised toilet seat and a shower chair which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also included. There was a wide range of choices from cereal, eggs, sausages or bacon; toast, muffins, waffles, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My “go to place” in Toronto. First, covered parking which is great in the winter. Lots of it too. Service from staff is spectacular, each one is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Never an issue. This is a dual property meaning there are two hotels in one. It is the Courtyard Inn (which are the lower floors) and the Towneplace Inn which are the higher floors. At the moment, “free breakfast” is pre-ordered and picked up by the guest in a paper bag. It’s a muffin or something… I didn’t partake this time around. Usually though, it’s the typical hot breakfast with the eggs etc. etc. There is a small business centre if you need the computers and laundry facilities for washing and drying your clothes. A pretty large pool and a fitness centre if you’re into that. Location… Close to entrance to the Don Valley Parkway/404 Highway and not too far from the highway 407 entrance (407ETR). Restaurants nearby. A small indoor mall nearby. Have stayed here many times and will definitely return.

I had a great experience at this hotel and would like to share my thoughts. Firstly, the room was incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and move around comfortably. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere throughout my stay. Another nice feature was the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom. Moreover, I was delighted to discover a coin laundry room in the basement. It was convenient, and I was able to obtain detergent and coin changes from the hotel receptionist, making the process hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's basement also housed a well-equipped fitness room, accessible 24/7, which provided a convenient opportunity for a workout at any time. Furthermore, there was an indoor swimming pool in the basement, which opened at 6 am. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the entire staff. Every team member I encountered during my stay was genuinely warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their exceptional service added an extra layer of satisfaction to my overall stay.

So accommodating with every request. I’m staying with my disabled mother. They offered room with stand up shower. I missed the breakfast but Jen and Joy were amazing to assist me my mother is diabetic. Then the check out was amazing with Mari! Thanks for going above and beyond. Room with full kitchen is amazing.

The first room we were given was very bad. It had a terrible smell, the floors and carpet was so dirty that when my toddler went to take a shower the water turned black from her feet. The bed sheets had stains and a drawer in the bathroom was dirty with junk. The bathtub filled up so quickly/drained so slowly. Had we taken even an 8-10 min shower the water would have been up to our calf. So we had to stop the water every minute and let it drain. When we told the staff about the drain problem they wanted to try to fix it first and then if they couldn't they would move our room. This wouldn't work because we would be out all day and then have to come back and potentially move to a different room with our toddler. Too much at night to do. My husband had to basically force them to change rooms immediately. It shouldn't have had to be a challenge. When we got to our new room, all was fine in there. The room amenities are nice. The free breakfast was literally the worst free breakfast we have experienced. It was stuffed into the smallest space possible, making it nearly impossible to move around the space at all. the food ran out so quickly, and tasted just meh. The bathrooms in the lobby had 2 out of 3 sinks broken. I told the front desk and she said she knew about it. If so, then why not put a sign about it so at least you could go to the one sink that did work. We do not plan to return.

Just check in TownePlace Suite. We're so impressed with everything. The room is clean and cozy. The reception staff, particularly Joanna and Meiri, who have stepped out of our way to accommodate our request. We have a birthday person in our group. The receptionist team sent us a complimentary fruit plate with a personalized note. Everything is more than what we expect and much more. If I could give a 6 star for the services, I would.

Great cosy hotel with good Gym, Pool. The breakfast was reasonably decent. Good restaurants within 10 mins walk. I enjoyed restaurant called DUM PUKHT which is open till 6am so can enjoy late night dinner and drinks. This is contrary to the popular practice in this area where most restaurants wind down and close by 7pm.

Besides the fact that this hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it’s actually the front desk receptionist Lucy (I believe is her name) that made my stay more then memorable. After driving for more then 8 hours straight Lucy helped me get into my room with no issues. I know this doesn’t seem like a big deal but she really made an impression on me. She went above and beyond by dealing with my crankiness and reassured me that she would be able to help me. And she did! I hope you guys pay her enough because if it wasn’t for her I might have ended up sleeping in my car. Truly from the bottom of my heart thank you.

The monitor of air condition was not working during the staying. They sell Aquafina bottle of water in fridge but cannot provide/sell room temperature ones, not flexible. The purchase in restaurant was not timely manner reflecting to hotel bill. The speed of WIFI in room is slow. I use my cell phone data while whole staying.

Not a resort but an excellent business hotel. Location is easy to get around and most of all the front staff were excellent 👌

I would absolutely recommend this hotel! We arrived very late at night and we had the most friendliest manager assist us with check in. A HUGE shoutout to Nihad Jivani! He went above and beyond to help us out! He is a shining star and made our experience 100x better. I cannot say enough good things about him. The room was also very nice and there was a kitchenette included. They have a pool and breakfast is included too.

The breakfast included with the room was gross!!! For 350 a night I would have expected much better. I would not stay here again. Was an overall average stay. I don't recommend

Decent stay, but nothing that would make me come back to stay here. The breakfast is literally the same everyday and not a single item changes in the limited menu, which is kind of a bummer if you stay more than a few days. The dealbreaker for me is the wifi here. It’s the worst as it’s a completely open wifi and it keeps dropping the connection. You definitely cannot work or take any video calls from here. If work is priority then stay away from this place

This hotel has got a long way to meet the standards of a typical Marriott hotel. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness as a whole. The pool can be a nice area however the amount of filth certainly detracts from the area. The breakfast food was the worst food I have eaten in a long time and the options are extremely limited. When returning to the area, Towne Place Suites Markham will be the last hotel I consider.

Not a great place to stay, I was provided with a room with full of smoke first and got changed to another and that is also small not much kitchen items. I felt it wasn't worth the money.

Room was very clean but the staff wasn't very professional. The receptionist looked very angry and didn't even smile. I ordered breakfast from the 2 options they gave us the first day and when i ordered the same thing the next day they said i can't mix the options and only gave me bread and lots of oranges. Except for the staff, everything else was good like the swimming pool and the rooms.
