Extremely disappointed with the service and food. I ordered PadSew (large noodles with Chinese broccoli, egg and added chicken) I noticed while they were making it that there was no Chinese broccoli and egg. The lady handed it to me and I told her I did not notice any egg or Chinese broccoli. She argued and said yes there is. I opened the box and ate at the seating area and there was one leaf and no egg! I went back and she insisted it was at the bottom.. I asked for a plate and poured the food out. There was nothing! See the photos. She continued to argue and would not remake the order or refund my food. I will NEVER purchase food there again!!

Not like any pad Thai I've had before. Not traditions noodle, too much of sour sauce, zero colour to dish except for slivers of gree onion. No lime, no peanuts. Disappointing

Great for a quick Thai food spot! Loved the deep fried dumplings and their cocktail pad Thai.

I love this restaurant so much. The environment is so neat, sitting arrangement is very convenient. I haven’t had any issues with this restaurant. They always get my order right and the food is always delicious.

Amazing when ordered on Uber Eats. The noodles come fresh and very hot. The chicken pad thai is the best.

The manager is a doll I love her so this 3star hurts me but the food is so bad lately . Not sure why??? It's just bad . I can't eat here anymore : maybe staff need Re trained on the cooking? it used to be my go to but now :.. after 5-6 terrible meals I won't be back

This is the best Thai Express (in Oshawa by Costco) that we go to in the Toronto area. It’s excellent! The owner and the staff are always really nice and the food is of excellent quality, hot and delicious every time!

They offer an amazing selection of food and each option tastes great. We love the customer service and presentation.

It’s hard to find Pad Thai locations that have the trifecta of great standards. This location does it well. Ordered here several times and each time it was a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Worst Thai rice I’ve ever had. So bland and the pineapples weren’t even sweet. Might as well been Cambodian rice. Container was falling apart. Rice was 2/10! I can’t believe this place still has the lights on

Luckily I had Aayush at the counter who guided me with the whatever i wanted to know. This place is clean and tidy and food tastes good. Portion size could have been a bit more as I expected it to be a bit more but still No complaints and thus the 5 star. Moreover if you give a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review here then we get 2 free imperial Rolls.

This place is wonderful and I can't even complain about a thing. The store is extremely clean and well organized. Staff is super friendly and helpful and ofc willing to go above and beyond to help the customers. The food presentation is wholesome as they decorate it so beautiful I can't even explain by words you gotta try it out. The owner is super nice and I really appreciate all of your help!!! Hope to visit this store soon in the future!

It's "okay". Pretty standard for a Thai Express. Clean. Neat sit-in restaurant. Speed is not their strong point, though. It took 22 minutes from the time I walked through the door, to the time I sat down with my food. But there was only one person in front of me at the cash... Very odd.

Terrible consistency and quality at this location. I literally regret ordering almost every time. How can my husband order the exact same thing at the same time and his is normal, and mine alway had almost no sauce and underdone tofu ordered the exact same way. I’m so over this location I’ve given so many chances (edit* I live down the street and have gone like 20 times, so it’s not a second chance situation, this has been years) Train your staff properly and try being consistent.

For $14, it’s good and fair! Staff are nice.

One of the worst Tom yum soup I ever had. All Indian ppl changed the recipe don’t recommend this place

Delivery option: vegetables in steamed dumplings smelled as if it were no good anymore and my thai soup tasted like dish water with vegetables. Partner is experiencing digestive issues the day after eating the Tom Yum Rice (requested mild/no spice) as I never ate the soup or dumplings. Do not reccomend ever again.

Used to love this restaurant. Went in, no other customers, took them several minutes to acknowledge our existence. Pad thai was awful. Chicken was so overcooked and chewy, onions were so large and not completely chopped through. Very disappointed as this was one of my favourites in the past.

Came here when they were busy, and there were 3 staff members in the prep area. I waited by the cash register, and no one greeted me. Some members looked at me a few times but didn't acknowledge me or say anything. A simple "hi, we'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed. I left after waiting a few minutes.

We gave this place a couple of tries before writing this review. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Thairacha Pad Thai and Chicken Basil Fried Rice. The noodles were under cooked. The chicken was very chewy. Fried rice was very dry. The Thairacha Pad Thai was a totally different dish from what we have had in other Thai Express restaurants. Overall I would skip the place completely in future. I do not recommend this Thai Express.

I like Thai express as a franchise. This one store in particular has done a great job making the food. I've never been disappointed here and will continue to come back.

Your paying for the rice mostly 😐 no meat what so ever. Poorly

Overall great food.. my takeout order missed an item and my dessert was the wrong one. I didn't notice until I came home. I shouldn't have to verify before leaving, I trusted that all I paid for would be there but it wasn't...

Went in to redeem fido coupon for the spring roll and drink combo. The lady at the counter looked at it and scanned it quickly. Right after scanning, she said oops we don’t have spring rolls today. So I asked her why did she scan in the first place as I could have gone to another location … to that she said you can come tomorrow as I am working tomorrow as well. Such a stupid response and dumb customer service.

Very bad service and lie to customer. Big big sign in front of the restaurant advertising Sunday special. When my wife order the Sunday special. She was charge full price. When my wife ask what about the special. They told her it doesn't apply to the Oshawa location. What a crook. My wife was too soft to argue with them and took the order and left very unhappy. If I was then I will just return it and and ask for money back. You think you get a few cents more for this order and won UT the fact is we will never go back to this location. I will also tell everyone at my work (in oshawa) not to visit this location. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you not being honest to your customer. You will not last for long.

I ordered red chicken curry, the same order I've been getting for nearly 20 years at multiple Thai Express locations. It was nearly $14 and the chicken was terrible, old, dry, chewy pre-cooked leftovers. The flavor was decent, as well as the portion. If the meat was cooked fresh like other locations I would consider eating here again.

THIS IS THE WORST THAI EXPRESS IVE EVER BEEN TO IN CANADA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ve never reviewed any place in my life but oh boy this place was so bad that I just needed to post and review. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken (battered) and they gave me plain plastic chicken! I didn’t want to argue with the cashier so instead I just ask for the manager. The manager was terrible refuse to change my order and/or pay me back! If you are the owner you really need to fire your manager and really train your employees with customer service skills. Changing the order shouldn’t be a big deal for big corporate like Thai express. Terrible way to handle things. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!

This is ridiculous..you guys charge for extra sauce and gave my fried rice so dry!! So not really sure why I'm paying the extra dollar 😖..

Thought I would give this location another chance and order the curry chicken dinners, our usual. Chicken was overcooked and terrible for both of them. Not only that, for $26 you now get LESS than you used to. They don't use the plastic takeout bowls anymore (900g), now they use much smaller (580g) tall plastic lined containers. What are they thinking? Ya great idea...charge more and give 'em less...Not impressed. On top of that the red curry chicken was so bad that my bf refuses to eat it. I feel totally ripped off. A waste of hard earned money. The last time I ordered from there I picked up an order of Red curry and yellow chicken curry... the difference in weight was very noticeable...so much so that we got out our kitchen scale and weighed each. The yellow chicken curry was 300g LESS then the red!! If the store wasn't so much out of the way I would have taken both back to get an explanation to the half bowl of yellow chicken curry I paid for. 50% less when I paid the same amt is inexcusable. The chicken was way overcooked and rubbery unfortunately.
