Don't even bother spending your hard earn money at this place. Today was my first time ordering from them. I ordered the steak and the guy had the nerve to give me more vegetables than meat, 18$ for 4 small pieces of meat? That is highway robbery. The manager is so aggressive, loud , full of attitude and have poor customer service... maybe she's the owner. What happened to customer satisfaction?? All i needed was less vegetables. This is Canada where people are treated with respect. If your business fail, there's no need to wonder why. Great customer service keep customers coming back. Smarten up please.

I have been getting canadian chinese food here for a very long time. The chicken wings are gigantic and pretty delicious, I would recommend. Portion are pretty generous and will fill you up, I haven't tried their milk teas so can't comment on those but I think for a canadian chinese fast food restaurant, I think it is above the rest around the area. Also got them to cater for our parties, guests were also satisfied.

Pathetic. Leaving mall at 6:03 on a Sunday decided I’d grab dinner for the family here to take home. Buying for 6 and wasn’t concerned about cost. Wanted to take the rest of the food anyway as the obviously would throw out. Simply asked if there was any end of day special and was rudely told no. I mean I’m not looking for a hand out but that’s just plain greedy. They can throw the food out. I walked. Called a local Chinese take out and got the same amount I was trying to get for a better price anyway not that cost really mattered. Will never return to this place and it’s old lamp warm food.

Sent my teenage daughter to buy one order of white rice ONLY. She came home with the receipt for $15.37. I went back to explain that there must have been a mistake as one order of white rice can't possibly be that much (other Chinese food takeouts charge about $5 for same amount). The manager told me I was charged $1 too much and offered a $1 refund. So it should have been $14.37! INSANE! You can buy an entire meal there for that price with even fried rice. Very difficult to deal with, no concern for customer or value to consumer. The rice was also mushy.

Got lunch from here to go and had a one item combo and a two item combo. When they rung me up I was thinking the total seemed a bit high, but there was a line behind me so I just paid and left, but when I got home I did the math and realized I was charged for a 1 and a 3 item combo instead. And seeing as how the person who put the meat in the 2 item combo was the same person who rung me up she either was just incompetent or intentionally overcharged me. Either way the food wasn’t good enough to give them my business again after that. I liked the noodles and the sauce on the sesame and lemon chicken, but the chicken itself was dry.

Place used to be delicious and perfect but it is Slowly degrading over the years. I understand adjusting portions and cost. I’ve never been upset paying more for delicious fresh food. However I come here often and it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes I will get the best chicken and rice but some other times I get stale rice and 90% batter instead of chicken. I also came by late as they were minutes from closing, I didn’t expect to be served but I took my chances and asked. And I was told they are closed. A few minutes after I walked by and they were throwing out a bunch of leftover food!!

Don’t waste your money on this restaurant it’s so bad. I got the rice and bbq chicken and it was no nasty. It still had that nasty chicken smell and they use the cheap cuts of meat. Was vey gross and I almost threw up. Also very expensive for no reason. Was $20 for 1 item combo with drink

Why was it nearly 20 for ONE meal ? The portions are small too; half the squared container was $14.90. It would be a better bang for your buck if the portions were bigger. Good flavour but size is a rip off sorry.

Loved eating here. Food was almost always good and it was close. But will never eat here again after being told a 710 of dr pepper was $5. Not to mention, 2 people eating fast food should not be $40.

I have no idea what is going on but the portions are getting smaller and it almost looks like someone already got at my hot sauce why so little. Little frustrated. Really liked this spot. Plus they whisper to you the whole time with a mask on and plexy glass infont. Little hard to wanna keep supporting you.

I initially asked for the same amount of food but removed the rice or noodles that comes with the combo, but I was told that'll be additional $1.50. So I ended up telling the server to give me the noodle as part of the two item combo which was priced at $14.80 before tax. The server ignored my request and told the cashier to punch in as $16.30 regardless. What sense does it make when a customer has to pay more when asking for less food??

Sesame, general tao and sweet and sour chicken dinner w noodles $16+ tax. Really great customer service, good portions but flavours and chicken quality were decent.

Food was lukewarm. Tasted okay, but by the time I was half way through it was nearly cold. Slightly busy mall atmosphere. Cashier spoke through a 'might as well be broken' speaker. Was unable to understand her and she could not properly understand me or the person in line that tried to tell her the same thing I was.

My fav chinese place by far. Been going for a long time. They lose 1 star as the potions have gotten smaller than in thr past. You can tell when you see them go to get another spoonful of meat, and they scoop up 5 to 6 pieces, and then they shake a couple off lol. Just fill the container. Also I think it's odd that if you want 2 servings of say general Tao, it's an extra $3. Even though it's the same chicken as say the lemon chicken, but with a different sauce on it. That's kind of laughable really. Overall though, the food is delicious.

Don't go there, it's the worst place to eat. I was myself working there and trust me. It's the most unhygienic place you ever come across. They treat their employees like slaves. I recommend everyone don't go there not worth your money...

Ordered the Shanghai noodle 3 side meal. Got veg and the spicy fish. Didn't want to mix proteins so asked for fish twice. Apparently not. Said I would have to pay more if I wanted the same item. Just blew my mind. It's not like they didn't have alot and the amount they give you is small to begin with. Food was barely warm and noodles has 0 flavour. I ate it within 2 mins of getting it. 18 bucks for cold flavourless food. I'll try the other one in the court next time.

Love this place, Foods fantastic, great quick service and the boss is always kind to us we come here once a week to sit back relax and enjoy. Today was the first time we get to enjoy one of the new drinks passionfruit orange. Tasted super great not a lot of sugar with honey tea and love. Five star review

Amazing food, great service, nice workers....but most importantly DELICIOUS watermelon milk tea. I literally can't find any other location that sells watermelon milk tea, and it tastes fantastic, too! Would recommend literally just for the quality bubble tea

The worst food court in Oshawa Center, people that have no idea how to serve. I wanted 4 items which they said wasn’t doable so they added sesame chicken to the side. I got a pop and was charged $31.00 now let me break it down 3 item combo is $16.90 , pop $2.99, a side of sesame chicken is $7.99. For food that looks and tastes like puke you have the audacity. Do yourself a favour don’t eat here go next door to Jimmy the Greek where you won’t be charged an arm and a leg.

It shouldn’t take more than nearly 10 mins to make a slushie and I was the only customer at the time. I get they had just opened and so the tapioca wasn’t even ready but it’s not like there were several orders ahead of mine. When the lady who cashed me out said it’s gonna be about 15 mins for your slushie I didn’t think she was serious. I spent a little over 22$ for one meal and all I ordered was Shanghai noodles with general Tao chicken and a Mango slushie with Tapioca. Chicken wasn’t bad, noodles were bland

Seems to be new management because the service was prompt. Food trays were full even at 8:15 pm this evening. Presentation was beautiful. Portion sizes were definitely bigger. The main Server could've been the Manager was very helpful and courteous. He even recommended the most popular item ,General Tao Chicken. I had Combination C Fried Rice . Chicken Pepper Steak and Veggies.$15.70 +tax The Pepper Steak was tender snd juicy. The only thing missing was 'wok hei' for rice especially. Most chinese takeout don't have it. only one restaurant in Durham has that flavor. While paying I looked at the kitchen and everything was orderly neat and tidy. Yes! clean! Enjoyed my dinner. A little pricey but everything at the OC is!

I've been going to this spot for over 10 years now. Really sad to say, it is no longer worth the trip. The portions have gotten smaller and they charge you for choosing a specific item ie (only Broccoli, certain wings) I use to be able to order and have enough for seconds, now the portions are half as small. I won't be coming here again, that's for sure. At this point I'd rather just make the meal at home. This review is for anyone who has been going here for a while and KNOWS the portion sizes I've been talking about. It's sad now.

I didn’t expect the food to be good here, my friend recommended me this place many times, and today I finally got a chance to try it out, the beef was tender and juicy, the taste is just on the perfect point. The drink is also one of the best I have in Oshawa so far, not too sweet but also a really perfumey smell of the passion fruit. Overall a great experience, if you also looking for some great Chinese food and drinks, definitely check here out, I bet you won’t regret.

The reason I give it a 1 star is because I can only give it 1 star not lower, the customer service is as terrible as its food quality. I can not imagine it has hair in my Kung Pao Chicken, and the lady at the front ignore the problem and complain its my own hair... Do not go! Do not go! Do not go!

I have been going to them for years but in the last year the portions have gotten smaller, you ask for sweet-and-sour sauce they give you the tiniest amount you have to ask for 3 scoops just to get one and every time I try a different breaded chicken or go back to my lemon chicken it's always chewy and dry unless it's a nice big chunk, so I now only get the barbecue chicken and Pepper shrimp

The food is horrible and very costly. I’m warning you…please avoid eating from this place. I’m begging you please!! I paid $20 for a 3-piece meal and ended up throwing it in the garbage because everything was extremely stale. Furthermore, the serving was next to nothing. This is the most dissatisfied I’ve been in a long long time when it comes to take-out food. My question is ‘why is this place still in operation?’ It needs to be locked down. I want my $20 back! 😢 😡

They had by far the longest line at the Oshawa Centre during dinner time so it was the obvious choice. It was as I expected it to be and had lots of options.

I struggle with the menu board at these places, but that's just me. They have a few combo deals but until you get a good look at all the options you don't really know what you want until you are thrown in to a line to graze. In any event, the sesame chicken was very good. I loved that every piece was edible unlike some places where there is unknown chicken parts therein that you can't chew .. but the chicken here was exceptional and the sauce made it even better when it melted into the rice dish .. Mmmmmm. Happy belly. Now, the fact that we stood in the line to pay first only to realize that you were to graze by the windows and put your order in first was annoying. (Why didn't someone tell us we were doing it wrong? It wasn't overly crowded so we weren't sure how it all worked. I find that odd.) So after putting our order in we then waited to pay ... while our lunch was getting cold. Again, I find that odd. And, maybe it's just me, but I find tipping odd for this style of food service. I haven't eaten it yet, what if it's intolerable ... so how much do I tip? I have to carry this to a table in the food court myself ... do I deduct my delivery charge from the total? Weird. (Yes, for you angry readers, I did tip ...) I noticed that staff were very efficient in keeping food trays stocked quickly. As soon as a container was near empty, BAM, another one at the window being passed through to the front staff. Impressive. Fortune cookies are not free. That felt wrong. Also, they offer plates for sharing. Nice touch when you have a small eater joining you. Overall content with my first time there. Will definitely go back again and trying another chicken dish .. now that I know "how" to order.
