The food was terrible! Literally got food poisoning!! Never again, do not eat here cross contamination issues!! They cut their pieces of chicken in half and charge you the full price

Worst KFC outlet I have ever tried. Super small miniature chicken pieces and no refills for drinks. Not recommended!

Food is old. The fries were hard and tasted re-fried. They tasted stale and like the oil in the fryer needs to change and clean. It was gross. The popcorn chicken was cold and wrinkly.

Horrible poutine. Drowning in gravy. Will never go to this location again.

Skip the dishes driver Natasha left our food in the Parking lot. Complained, and got a credit. Ordered it again and again we didn't receive our order from a driver named Jaseet.. People in the building have said that the drivers are either taking the food or leaving it outside. I will never use Skip the Dishes again. We didn't eat this after we found it in the parking lot. But even this KFC location doesn't care about the quality of their food. Look at this...

Not too bad for time getting your order

The cashier asked me for 5.65 $ including tax for 2 Bun even though i just spent 40$ for two meals and to make it even worse she printed on the receipt small Gravy i had to ask her to write its a bun not Small Gravy on the receipt . Is this robbery or what ?

I was surprised by how little food you get for the money and it didnt even taste good.

ZERO!!! Nothing good about this place. I ordered fries and they were cold. I asked for new fresh fries and the lazy cook at the back just dropped my fries back into the fryer for 1 minute and then served me the greasiest most disgusting fries. They don't care, but KFC corporate if you're charging $30 for 2 Big Crunch meals with fries, they should be reasonably decent. You hire people who don't care about customer satisfaction and then charge so much for garbage. Will NEVER go back to KFC.

I ordered the burger combo with popcorn chicken, but the order came with fries. When I asked the cashier about it, she claimed they didn’t offer that combo deal. I was frustrated because they didn’t inform me when I placed the order. The cashier refused to correct the mistake without an additional payment of over $8, even though my toddler was upset about the missing popcorn chicken. It’s disappointing customer service.

Cheating, scam! Is this called upper sized fries, are you kidding me? That is what I got for an extra $0.99+tax, not even mention the fries are cold. The life is hard, but you guys cannot make money like this. It is not about $1, it is about they way doing business. I would never want to eat KFC again .

Service was good but I find the chicken dies not have much taste.

I like a feed of this great greasy mess every once in a while. This wasn't as good as I anticipated....staff were great but the chicken wasn't as crispy as I liked. Prices are creeping up as well!

This KFC is unliked other good KFC. First time I was there chicken they put in my box is totally dry. Second time the new fries was cold and dry. Come on…. This is very bad practice and definitely I will not return. This guy with beard at back needs to retrain.

This place is disgusting ordered two piece chicken and got a hair as an extra ,return to the counter they said nothing just replaced it and gave me a dirty look ! This location should be checked by a food health inspector, or just shut down . Do yourself a favour and do not eat there !

Staff service is fine. The food that they give out is soooo old. Do not take your kids or family or frequents this location.

Me and my daughter went there for dinner last night and got food poisoning from them because the chicken was very undercooked we ate it and like 2 hours later we both started puking for most of the night definitely will not be coming back to this establishment and when I tried talking to them about it they refused to do a refund or anything very disappointed

I know it’s mall food but this location is absolutely terrible, easily the worst I’ve had in my life. We got two zinger sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The sandwiches were drenched in oil, it was dripping oil as I took bites. Secondly, the drinks tasted so terrible I’m surprised they are allowed to serve this under the Pepsi brand. Something, somewhere, in their fountain drink machine, is horribly wrong, unclean, or faulty because I have never had a fountain drink taste this disgusting, ever. We went and returned both drinks back to them and got a bottled drink. They need to do better.

Courteous staff however I found some of the products to be a little overpriced but other than that good quality.

Spent almost 40 dollars there for me and my wife the other night and the chicken was so dry and gross it was disgusting idk Mary browns might be the new go to idk what the problem is but there chicken is so dry I got the new scorcher sandwhich combo the meat was so hard I could bang it off my coffee table disappointed as I used to love kfc I couldn't even be bother to call and complain I was so upset over the whole thing

I just paid for two.pieces of white meat and got a leg in my order. Also asked for Macaroni salad and got Coleslaw. I noticed when I got home. Not happy. Will be going back tomorrow to get a refund!
