This is a great neighborhood mall that has a good selection of stores and entertainment. Some of what is available; LCBO, Groceries (Metro), Restaurants (Aroma, Pickle Barrel), Food Court, Electronics, Fitness (GoodLife) Electronics Repair, Makeup, Toys, Photo, Hair Salon, Jewelry, Clothing (Winners, Urban Outfitters), Books and Gifts (Indigo) and a large Movie Theatre (With multiple screens and a licensed restaurant). The food court on the P1 parking level has many popular fast food outlets (Including Tim Hortons) providing plenty of variety. Once construction is complete on the Eglinton Subway Station (Hopefully mid / late 2024), there will be direct access to the subway from the food court. As a bonus, during nice weather you can visit the Yonge Eglinton rooftop Patio. There is an elevator from the food court to the rooftop, which is considered a public space. It is usually quiet and provides some nice views of the area, amid a sea of construction.

Pretty disappointing place, especially for the heart of midtown. Indigo and the theatre is the only thing here that people go to. The stores are over priced. Not the most accessible place with many stairs. An elevator is provided and an escalator however. Dirty, low lights make it feel worse. The pickle Barrel is the only real restaurant and that pace is terrible.

One of the best shopping centers of Midtown where you find several brands and showrooms. It also has a Cineplex for movies. Lots of parking space available underground, food court and restaurants are also available

A colossal waste of potential and retail space. Located in one of the most active and populous city intersections, the food court is closed on Sundays. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Hours on their website are inaccurate. Maintenance standards appear to be very low. Parking payment and exit mechanisms are hit and miss. Some big name retailers, but very few.

Great place to be. Lots of options from grocery in metro to shopping in Sephora or Winners . You can enjoy latest movies in Cineplex. There is a game parlour at the entrance of Cineplex. Also, apparels and clothing shops with few eatery options too. At the end you are going to get some good time of your own and with your family too. It has loads of things to offer though. Conveniently located adjacent to Yonge and Eglinton subways station. That is big plus even new commers.

Beware the "parking deal"! If you purchase at least $20 at one of the stores you can validate your parking receipt for a free hour of parking. The catch? If you stay more than one hour you get nothing! No discount at all! Not at all what we expected. In fact, a major part of our decision to shop at this Indigo location was that we would save a bit on parking. Nope. In fact, while we spoke with the parking company to try to clear this up the price when from $18 to $22.50. An altogether rotten experience. BTW -- the Indigo store is not conducive to using a stroller, and an employee confirmed that and blamed the mall admin. Unless I am mistaken, that would imply that wheelchairs are not welcome, either.

Good shopping spot. Winners, ToyR Us Sephora, Rexall, instant photo studio, hairstyling, fast food and many more. Have Metro grocery store too and parking is free if you buy more than 20 bucks of groceries.

A proper development, only hampered by limited size and unending construction. Store sélection continues to improve, amenities are nice. The bathrooms are ridiculously isolated and cramped. I have hope for the future. If more stores are added and the facade is relatively unscathed post-construction, I think we will have a very nice mall on our hands

It’s a very good mall. Food court is underground and the cinema is on top floor. All the necessary stores/ companies are there. I used to work in this mall and I miss this place a lot. The construction is never ending here outside the mall.

Not the kind of mall to go just for shopping (not enough shops compared to the average mall), but the kind of mall you want to live close to. It has everything you need for a well rounded life. Also super clean and security guards always available. I lived here for 7 years without a car and it made life much easier.

This review is strictly about the Security kiosk and the horrible security "guard" that was supposedly "working" there on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 9:45 am. I went to the washrooms that are by the LCBO. Finding them locked and a sign saying they did not open until 12 pm! on Saturdays, I went to ask at the security desk if there were other washrooms open and what time the mall actually opened. I went to the desk and the female security guard was playing a game on her phone. I cleared my throat and she looked up, annoyed. I started to ask her a question and she put her hand up and told me to come to the other side of the kiosk. I approached and said "Hi, how are you?" She just glared at me, her expression angry and said nothing. I asked her: " Are there washrooms that are open?" She said "Yeah" and turned her back! Not being psychic, I said "Might you tell me where they are?" She pointed in the vicinity of the escalator that led to the food court. Pointed and said nothing. Clearly an educated class-act here! I then asked her "What time does the mall open?" She said " Each store opens when they feel like it." Wow! Clearly, this employee of this mall hates her job, hates people (or perhaps hates women of a certain race?) Coming back to the mall later that morning, I saw her laughing and conversing with people of her own ethnic group, so I guess it was a race thing. Sad. And really disgusting. In case anyone from mall management reads this, the security guard in question was female, short, with long unkempt hair pulled back into a ponytail and terrible acne. She needs a lesson on how to deal with the public, and needs to understand that Toronto is home to people of all races, religions and we all need to be treated with an equal amount of dignity and respect.

Wish it had more stores lot of empty places. It has Metro LCBO, Sephora and Winners like big stores. Food court closes very early because people do visit after 6 Pm for grocery in metro. The crowd is somewhat less may be due traffic situation due to metro work ongoing outside the mall.

It's a pretty dinky mall considering how much the area has exploded. It hasn't changed much in years. And while there are always some sort of remodels of the food court and/or bathrooms, it just looks dark and dingy, and like a constant mess. This mall gives you vibes of a suburban strip mall, rather than a mall you'd expect in an expanding and bustling neighbourhood. The food options are quite limited and not exciting. The fanciest thing about this mall are Sephora and VIP movie theater. The plus is that it does offer the basics, like Winners, Good Life, a movie theater, a grocery store and pharmacy, cell phone stores/booths.

Oh my god, I went to Toy R Us to get a gift for my son. The parking lot is soooo confusing. I was driving around in circles trying to find the pick up location. Once I finally got my parcel I drove off to the exit. Let me tell you, that hill to drive out of the garage is the scariest thing ever. It is so steep, I legit thought my car was going to fall backwards.

So, they call me to donate blood in the midst of covid-19, so I figure they're in need.. I bundle up in a hoodie, shirt and jacket and man the subway to get there.. I warm up easily, and when I got to the clinic (which I travelled to in the concourse path), I was warm, and my temperature was high - I asked if I could take my jacket off and get retested in 5 minutes, and they said their policy is to only test temperature once. I came home and took my temperature 3 times in 30 minutes (forehead and ear), and all came back normal.. What a waste of time.

Recent renovations have been positive and mall is growing due to condo projects and LRT. Still not many stores but has most essentials; Metro, Cineplex, LCBO, Pickle Barrel. There is an underground parking for shoppers. But the whole intersection is quite construction mess. Better to visit by TTC as might be hard to park on the side streets.

I like the Yonge Eglinton centre. Of late it is not crowded which I love. It has the metro, the LCBO, the drug store, eye glasses, clothing and many more stores. It is a great place to go for all your needs and it is really close to the subway.

It's always nice to visit there when we return to mall shopping it will be so nice! I have been going to that mall for over forty years. I remember all the different stores including Eatons .The Keg was there, Diana Sweets delicious food nice drinks oh the beautiful memories.

  • 4/5 Junius C. 2 years ago on Google
It's a good meet up location with a bar, LCBO, Metro, and most importantly, Cineplex. I guess it's the pandemic that made this place relatively quiet, but hopefully there's more interesting events in the mall that can be done soon to create more engagement? I'm interested to know, what's the key unique selling point/theme of the mall aside from it just being a typical mall?

  • 4/5 Ali P. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping center is pretty great and a much better place to spend than to be on the outside with all those noises. The variety of stores is awesome, the location is very good and easily accesible, however, the shopping center in general, could use some more signs and more details on them. I was wandering around for a while until I figured where was the place I wanted to go to. It was a bit difficult to go around and find the stores you had in mind, aside from that, pretty good place!

This is a very wholesome chill mall. Don't expect to do too much shopping unless you live in the area and know what you want. The theatre, the food, the stores really are great and the whole atmosphere is what gives this a solid 5 so as someone who grew up in the neighborhood who now lives elsewhere I won't lie I miss this gem. Great mall for what it is.

Accessible. At the entrance beside Aroma there is a disability door. Then inside there is a key lift (ask at information desk on the ground level for assistance or ring the buzzer at the lower ground level) to assist you. The lower ground level of the main elevators has an elevator to all levels of the mall. The Winners entrance has its own elevator from inside the Yonge & Eglinton doors up to Winners and the rooftop patio.

Not going back . Been there 3 times and each trip I spent 80 percent of my time trying to find a store. No signs or maps anywhere. If your unfamiliar with this place avoid it. You'll leave tried, frustrated and empty handed like me. Already posted pictures. Big empty spaces where may would help. They did happen to get the advertising up. Priority is not people

The most confusing mall, it's like a maze.. u will easily get lost. And the road construction blocking entries does.not make it easier either. You need to be a regular to understand the map of the mall.. was struggling to find the pick up parking spot of Sephora, food court and winners entrance too!!! , Giving it two stars since it is the nearest mall from me.

  • 4/5 Chris L. 1 year ago on Google
I really like this mall. There's a great selection of stores and services--groceries, LCBO, Rexall, Laura Secord, Metro, Goodlife, etc, etc. There's great underground parking and a few merchants (Metro, for example) will validate parking with purchase. Plus, the centre is home to doctors, dentists, chiropractors (Dr. Lauren Stethem is great!), and other professionals.

  • 3/5 Anthony L. 1 year ago on Google
It's got a Metro with narrow aisles, but a decent prepared food section. The Metro is open 24hours. The Indigo and the theatre are good. Food court is just okay. LCBO is decent. There's also a Winners and a toysRus. It's okay if you work in the area, but there are other more interesting places within walking distance.

  • 4/5 Emilia B. 1 year ago on Google
I pop in there on my way home at least once every week or two. My strongest impression of this mall is that it is always clean. I feel like 70% of the time that I go there, or walk by, there is someone cleaning, mopping the floors, cleaning the glass, the handles of the escalators. It happens so frequently that I started to notice it. This is of course something I greatly appreciate especially in these times. I have noticed that one or two of the shops have gone out of business especially in the food court, which is so sad to see, but the major ones are still doing fine. It's a great little mall to visit.

  • 3/5 William M. 1 year ago on Google
PASS ON THIS MALL . . . Stores are disappearing, unless you need books, shopping at Metro or a coffee....worse the parking co$t will astound you.....and only 2-3 stores allow reduced parking rebate!!! Drive a little further and get better service - Bayview & Sheppard centres have parking and all the shopping you need - 6-8 km away!!!

  • 4/5 Porus M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a very good mall with lots of shops across a wide range of categories. There is paid parking and a bus stand in addition to Eglinton subway station. The only issue I have is that the food court closes way too early as compared to some of the other stores and restaurants here. I believe that is driven by business volumes and a shortage of staff, but I don't see this pattern in the other stores at Yonge-Eglington and we are probably one of the most dense population centres in the GTA.

  • 5/5 Marie F. 1 year ago on Google
It is such a wonderful huge mall with underground parking and washrooms for the public. I think there are offices in the upper levels though I did not go upstairs. A big thank you to one of the security guards there for assisting me to find my husband inside the mall...Mr. Carter.

  • 3/5 Alex H. 1 year ago on Google
The layout of this mall is not excellent if you have a stroller. If you want to go to Metro and the store with a post office, that are probably 30 meters away in a straight line, and have a stroller, the easiest way to go is to go out Metro, take the elevator up, exit outside to Yonge, then walk outside all of the way around to the Eglinton side entrance and go in.

  • 5/5 Tanya K. 1 year ago on Google
Metro, Rexall, LCBO, Fido, Telus, Winners, Sephora, Canada Post, Subway, all are there inside this mall. Only drawback is that, it doens't have underground connectivity to Eglinton subway station. It has a small food court with nice and clean washroom. Great place to sip coffee, roam around, do grocery shopping and chillax.

My first mall in Canada! Its small but rich in stores. Everything can be found in this shopping center! I was happy to see "toys are us" again as it doesn't exist in the US anymore. There are 3 levels and the food court is all the way at the bottom! There is a escalator that leads to it. Security is also noticeable at every corner. They have a jewelry store with the nicest ladies there. Also there is a "Metro"supermarket for shopping

The centre has clean washrooms, nice shops from coffee to cosmetics. I like the fact that it is connected to the subway. You may not be able to find the underground food court with Tim Hortons. The fact that there’s a Metro supermarket is amazing with fresh products and great gluten free cakes and varieties for different tastes like vegan, vegetarian and Gluten Free.

  • 3/5 Blenda R. 1 year ago on Google
Overall a clean and well maintained mall with a decent selection of stores but all stores and even the washrooms have different opening hours so make sure you check this before your visit. While there are two accessible entrances (one off of Yonge and one off of Eglinton) and elevators, it can get tricky to navigate with a stroller as there's a separate accessibility elevator to the food court level which you need a security guard to unlock to use.

  • 1/5 bhagi v. 7 months ago on Google
I did shopping today and bought around $400 worth of products in Sephora. I came out of the shop and asked the security that is there any parking cost waiver but he mentioned only one hour they waive. Since I spent 2hrs I had to pay $10. I was wondering why they don't have parking waiver when people buy something from the shopping mall. I would recommend people to go any other shopping centers where at least parking is free if we buy something from any store.

  • 5/5 M. H. 7 months ago on Google
The staff in all the different retail stores have great customers, the mall is clean, and it is easy to navigate from one store to another. It is accessible to all abilities.

  • 2/5 Derek B. 7 months ago on Google
Eglinton Centre is a small shopping mall adjacent Eglinton Station. It is anchored by Indigo Books and Music, Pickle Barrel, Winners, Cineplex, and Toys R Us. The Metro grocery store is also an anchor there -- the kind that could sink the whole ship. Recently closed during the UNIFOR strike which affected some but not all franchised locations, labour relations are clearly just one of a litany of management's woes at this location in particular. It used to be the only choice for grocery shopping at Yonge and Eglinton, but competition has made the Eglodytes less reliant on Metro's lamentable service and quality. In the last 3 years with the opening of a Loblaws Superstore a few blocks to the east on Eglinton and Ottawa-based Farm Boy two blocks south of Eglinton at Yonge and Soudan have really improved life for the residents of this vibrant community.

Awesome, has a little of everything you could need, food shopping, cinema, places to get your hair cut or nails done. And most importantly for me a gym!

This mall bas everything you need from groceries to tax filling centre, including LCBO, small outlets for beauty, and a dedicated food court with variety of restaurants.

Loads of closed store places and kind of weird to navigate but it seems fine. I didn't visit the food court though so unsure how that is

What happened to these holiday markets??? I was here the past few years when the market was on and it was amazing. Now the best I can call this hodgepodge “local” aliexpress stuff is YIKES 😂 real mess, but I guess it’s just how things are nowadays in this tough economy. Pluuus all staff at these stalls looked like they wanted to go home reaaal bad lol. Definitely gone downhill. Only come here for the Metro now.

Not many stores and the stores they do have often close early and at differing times. I like that the cinema is wheelchair accessible during the day, but after 9 you can't leave from anywhere other than the doors at the top of a huge, steep staircase so anyone with mobility issues or aids can't get down. Employees are always fun and helpful. The Winners is a whole other issue: barely any space for wheelchair maneuvering and their elevator often won't work. I love the Mumuso, but it's embarrassing to go because every two minutes, my chair is knocking something down. Staff also leave boxes of stock in the middle of the aisles. I stopped going to the health store because the employees have been ignorant in regards to my abilities with my chair, not wanting me to go down aisles and I have received hostility (unsure if because of my chair or my pride flag or both). Employees also know little about their own products and get annoyed when you ask questions. On the flipside, the Rexall and Metro are very accommodating and employees have moved things out of the way for me.
