We visited at about 2 pm on a quiet weekday. We were seated promptly inside, were not offered outside seating by the hostess. The waitress came around and was pleasant but straight to the point. She asked if we wanted drinks and we said we were ready to order so she picked up the side plates and there was another plate in the centre. We saw that it had a hair present so we told her if she could change it. She replied that plate is only to keep the condiments but still we thought we don't want to be looking at this plate throughout the meal. She did take it and left but this certainly was not a pleasant start. Other things we noticed was with her and another male server. Our server then was transporting a whole bunch of plates and rather then carrying them away from herself, she was leaning them to her chest which did not seem very hygienic. The male server continually kept going between the kitchen and the outside but he constantly kept playing with his hair, again not very hygienic in our opinion. Finally it came time to pay the bill. I was frankly annoyed that she did not leave the debit/cc machine for us to operate, rather she stood over me whilst I was trying to complete the sale and give her a tip. Usually, I find that the appropriate thing to do is to give some privacy to the customer by perhaps turning away for a few seconds. I promise I was not going to rip off the machine. The food by the way was excellent.

Love the vibe of the bar! The Mozzarella, fresh pasta, and pizza were all amazing! They offer 50% off bottled wine on Wednesday, and 15% on your first bill if you are a new customer (requires registering on the app). The only downside is that there was not enough room on the sofa.

Nice dining atmosphere. Food tasted delicious & served warm. Portion & Price were okay. We went on Friday evening. It was very busy. Luckily we reserved the table one day before. We liked the appetizers & pasta. The kids loved their DIY dessert experiences. Their kid meal desserts came with choices of vanilla or Chocolate sundae and few little plates with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, little sprinkle candies. Will visit again.

The fresh mozzarella is off the charts!! The pasta is so delicious!! And the pizza is authentically made!! I’m salivating just thinking of my last meal 🤤 The only downside to my dinner was the slightly slow service due to being understaffed but such is life and the food made my belly happy 😃

We went to Scaddabush located in the East Beaver Creek plaza . We were celebrating our sisters graduation. The atmosphere was great. It has an Italian classy vibe to it . Service was good. Food was on time and the server met all our needs . He even threw in a free cake for our sister. The food was good, nothing amazing but it didn't suck. Would definitely come back for the pizza ! We were vegetarian and enjoyed all the veggie options they had . Price was reasonable for an Italian restaurant.

Pretty good Italian food. Everything we ordered tasted pretty good but personally the pastas were way too oily. My favourite item to order is the smoked bacon & egg pizza. They also have really good appetizers too. The desserts were very sweet but the taste was pretty good. Service was ok and restaurant has nice vibes. I highly recommend dining in compared to takeout as the quality and portion size was much better for dine in.

Surprisingly amazing food. Tried the sophia pizza, the carbonara and the spinach artichoke dip. All were incredibly delicious. Cooked to perfection with mild and enjoyable flavors

Nice and unique design Italian restaurant. Patio dinning outside and spacious dining room inside. Safe Covid protocols. Pizza was amazingly tasteful and fresh! However the service was extremely slow even there were very few customers in the restaurant.

We came here for my daughter's birthday! The service was great and the food was perfect! We ordered the truffle bread and calamari to start. Individual entrees included caprese panzanella, chicken and gnocchi, chicken and shrimp pasta, mushroom fettuccine, kid's pasta and pizza. We all enjoyed it! Always consistent in the kitchen! Good job!

Good Italian food. They’re known for their fresh mozzarella so it’s a recommended appetizer. They don’t have a big selection of mains though, probably like 7 dishes. The rest of the menu is pastas and pizzas. The atmosphere is good. The place is well furnished and decorated.

Great everything! As soon as you walk in, you're acknowledged. The atmosphere is very cozy. I was seated almost immediately without a reservation. I was attended to before my company came to join me. When my party of 2 arrived we were given great details on wine selections and when we inquired about foods and allergies, our waiter Denis B was beyond amazing. Denis B was awesome in explaining and making the necessary adjustments to the order. The food is superb! It will make you want to order everything on the menu. 5 Stars are not enough, this place deserves a hundred (or more). Shout out to Denis B. You are a real standout! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was a pretty good experience. The food is very tasty and the service is good. However, it is a chain so in my opinion nothing was really amazing. The prices were good for the portions but personally I prefer restaurants that serve smaller portions but noticeably better food. Overall the environment and food was still up to par, except there was lipstick on my cup before anyone used it.

We were here the other night and the food was INCREDIBLE! Only to be outdone by our fantastic server Yasmeen. We're regulars here and people like her are what keep us coming back! Food: 5/5 Service: 6/5! It's these moments that remind us what we were really missing throughout the course of the pandemic. Yasmeen is the best!

Went here for family gathering lunch today and totally didn’t expect a chain to have such delicious food. Every dish was on point and even my family meme gets who mostly just eat Chinese food thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would definitely come again for larger group gatherings as this allows for trying a wide variety of dishes.

I always come back for the charity bread and the pasta. I hadn’t been here in about a year so it was nice to re-visit. The charity bread has changed; still yummy, but I enjoyed the way they previously made it. The carbonara pasta was delicious and a really good size as a regular. The chicken parmesan sandwich was good, but not amazing. The chicken was fried well and not dry at all. Service was good. I would still come back time to time.

Great Italian food and nice patio ambience. The virgin drinks were really well made. The food was top notch and the main course was enough for more than one person. Overall a nice experience and a must visit place.

The waiter was nice and polite, tried his best to make us happy. I liked the restaurant’s decorations but it was a bit dark place (or maybe I prefer somewhere a bit more bright) The food was good in both quality and volume. I believe the salad didn’t worth the price but the rest was good. I liked the spoon of parmesan that you guys put nest to my pesto pasta lot! Pure Italian action! Bravo! 👍🏻🤌🏻

Your go-to Italian place that never compromises when it comes to food quality! Every item on the menu is so tastefully selected and so exquisitely prepared. The fresh mozzarella is probably one of the best ones there is and the way it is paired with olive oil, balsamic, sea salt and tomatoes is just sublime. The only compliant I have is about the waiter, the service was slow, without any check-ins especially when my drink was finished and the wait to get the check or basically ask anything was ridiculously long.

The restaurant was full since it was close to Christmas. Loud but not noisy. Pleasant and festive atmosphere. The food came out in a reasonable time. Our server, Kate was professional and friendly. Fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh pasta.

The pasta wasn’t really good, the sauce was all dry up. I went to Boston pizza the day before and it was way better and cheaper. My wait for my table took 1 hr. They say they don’t take reservations after 530pm but they actually do. They let one person sit at the table before 530 and hog the big tables so other people can’t take it. Ridiculous. There actually party shows up like 45 mins late so basically a 10 person table has 1 person sitting on it for 45 mins. Hostess said there is no time limit on the table so the person can sit there however long they want. FYI no more fresh Parmesan.

The service was polite and quick. The food was delicious and fresh.. but the mushroom truffle pasta was very oily. One noticeable criticism would be that the window trims in the Lounge/bar area needed to be cleaned. It was very dirty and dusty. But we have not had a bad experience there. I do recommend it.

Haven't been to this location in a very long time. Overall experience and food was expected. Our favorite dish was the proscuitto mozzarella. The fried calamari was a big portion and good. Margherita was average, not sure that is their speciality. The ravioli was decent. The fettuccine with clams could use a bit more flavour. Sangria could use more alcohol! Our waitress was very attentive.

Very tasty pizza and spaghetti. Loved the atmosphere and the staff were attentive. They were cautious about my allergies. Cocktails were good too. Nice for a date or a nice eat out. Prices were fair too.

One of my very favourite restaurants! I have been here so many times for different occasions and with many people, and the food, service, ambiance, and the overall experience never disappoints! Pesto pollo penne and the Margarita pizza are my favourites, and I love the pineapple mint soda drink! So so tasty, and the service is always excellent. Fully recommended! :)

Lovely place to hang out and chill with family and friends over a drink/meal. The service is very great, can be busy but still able to have a great time. My pasta was undercooked, was on the harder side, one of my colleague's noodles were very undercooked also; However, the Pizzas were great, my other colleagues got pizza and they certainly enjoyed them all. Highly recommend trying this spot for a nice evening/night out.

Everybody was very friendly and there were many tables available for seating. The inside is beautifully decorated with many centrepieces and wall art. The food is cooked freshly and you can see the food being made in the open kitchen. The pasta had great flavour and was well cooked. The chicken was not dry and the pesto flavour was great. The shrimp spaghetti had a creamy sauce and the margherita pizza was great as well. The portions were huge and we almost didn’t finish. This is a great place to go for Italian food in Richmond hill.

Me and my girlfriend went here for dinner. It was my second time at a Scaddabush restaurant and it was a very good experience again. We ordered a bruschetta as a starter which was a lot bigger than expected and tasted very good. Then I had a pizza and she had a pasta which were very nice as well. We both ended up with leftovers :) The atmosphere was very enjoyable as well. Washrooms were clean. And the waiter we had was very nice and helpful as well! Nothing to complain about I don’t think.

This place has my heart. As a vegetarian I always have limited food places I can go to. But this restaurant has amazing vegetarian Italian dishes in the menu to choose from. I have been coming to this place for authentic Italian food and have never been disappointed. However my husband eats meat and he loves the food here as well. Their fresh mozzarella is amazing. Not just that but they have really good drinks as well. I’m a big fan of their Amaro mule a must try! My husband and I always have an amazing time here.

Great food, great ambiance! We love their fresh mozzarella 👌🏻 would certainly go back here and bring family/friends. They offer social meal options for the mains so you can share a big plate with someone and the price is good!

Came here for lunch around noon on a week day. Got table immediately which is great. Service is fine, food quality very acceptable but the kitchen was s-l-o-w. My pizza took over 35 minutes to show up. It wasn't a packed restaurant mind you. So if you don't mind the wait, then it's fine.

The very first visit. A very nice restaurant. Food is good, service is fine. It's good that I picked this Italian restaurant for lunch. I was to go for dinner, however, 3 days ago, 5:15 PM and after were all booked. If one ever wants to dine there, a reservation is strongly recommended.

They changed Italian food to something Super hot Indian food , I was not sure if it's Italian or Indian almost more spicy than a regular Indian food. Be careful if you are ordering fennel and sausage pasta , the carbonara was good , and also I enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip . The waiting time to get a seat was about 50 minutes and waiting for server to show up was about 20 minutes and an additional 20 minutes just to get the starter ready and around 20 minutes for the main course .

Excellent Service. Great atmosphere. Good prices. All the dishes looked great (presentation). However, my entre (Chicken Parm) lacked Any salt or seasoning. Zero. Not on the chicken (breaded), not in the bed of fettuccine Alfredo, not in the moat of marinara encircling the fettuccine. I think they literally forgot to season. The food was cooked perfectly... But bland as cardboard. Bruschetta was essentially glorified garlic bread and the calamari was from frozen and disappointing.

Amazing atmosphere, quick and attention service, amazing food! What more can I say? We ordered the prosciutto mozzarella and the 3 cheese truffle charity bread as apps and they were both incredible! Our mains were the spaghetti carbonara and mushroom truffle fettuccine and both mains were creamy and filling!

I went for lunch today, and the hostess I'm not sure what her name was but it started with a P!! she was so patient! I couldn't find my ID and she never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. She took her time when I asked her questions about the covid restrictions and was so nice when I stopped her at the table to ask what food she liked. another man was at the table later to say hi and to check on us, Steve(?) he was so patient and was very helpful when we wanted to order.

The restaurant was nice. Although the aesthetic of dim/dark lights was inconvenient it was annoying that I could hardly see because of the lack of lights. The waitress was kind but seemed like she couldn’t handle the amount of customers which was not a lot. The food was good but also lacked visual appearance.

Great food, great service, does get a little busy in there so expect a wait time.

Came by yesterday with my wife and son, loved the Calamari, was crispy and fried to perfection 👌 my son actually ate all his pasta and my wife enjoyed her Spaghetti Carbonara and my Chicken and Shrimp Parmesan was 👍👍 portions size for the meals are on point. The only thing we didn't enjoy wasy sons dessert which was the chocolate ice cream sundae.. They use rich dark bitter chocolate.. Not very kid friendly.. Waitress was great.. Looking forward to visiting again

Freshly made pasta and pizza. Definitely tastes authentic and it is very tasty. Server was courteous and friendly. Ambiance was more on the romantic side with dimmer lighting and interesting decor. Would definitely come again.
