So
many
people
have
mispronounced
the
name
of
this
restaurant
chain;
it's
"fur"
like
what's
found
on
a
fox
or
rabbit.
Now,
let's
move
on.
My
sweetie
kept
telling
me
that
the
best
Pho
restaurants
are
found
in
Los
Angeles.
Is
that
foreshadowing
a
second
place
finish
for
everywhere
else?
Seems
so.
There
was
a
30-minute
wait
after
we
left
our
name
&
cell
#
for
the
text
notification
that
our
table
was
ready.
Whoa,
this
is
a
busy
place!
Rather
than
playing
hopscotch,
we
did
our
homework
in
advance
by
scanning
the
menu
and
selecting
these
Sunday
afternoon
delights:
A5
Gỏi
cuốn
tôm
thịt
-
Shrimp
and
pork
rice
paper
rolls
B2
Bún
thịt
nướng
-
Vermicelli
with
grilled
pork
P12 Phở
tái
saté
-
Rare
beef
with
spicy
satay
noodle
soup
N17
Chè
3
màu
-
Vietnamese
3
colour
bean
dessert
The
P12
noodles
where
good
but
the
rare
beef
should
have
served
on
a
separate
plate
to
allow
the
customer
to
add
whenever
they
wanted.
Thin
cuts
of
meat
swimming
in
hot
broth
destroys
the
texture
fast.
The
spicy
soup
broth
was
a
disappointment
as
it
wasn't
flavourful.
I
enjoyed
my
B2
vermicelli
and
the
accompanying
green
tea
that
was
provided
after
we
handed
over
our
completed
order
sheet.
The
A5
rolls
were
okay
but
the
nice
surprise
was
the
refreshing
N17
dessert!
Service
was
good,
Cash
is
king
here
and
the
reward
is
10%
off.
Very
nice!
