I've used Apollo clinics a few times now and I'm quite impressed. Highly efficient and easy to work with. The paperwork is also minimal compared to other places. The calls with the doctors are only a few minutes and once that's done, your paperwork is generally approved within a day if that. Apollo also schedules your next appointment right then and there with a follow up call after you're finished with the doctor. They even ask f you need anything else, or have any questions. They will talk to you about any questions you may have regarding Cannabis, which can be overwhelming to learn on your own. It's a simple, easy registration process that's free of charge to it's patients. I'm very happy and impressed with all of my interacts with staff and doctors from Apollo and look forward to continuing to work with them. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Apollo Clinics! They give top notch support, always somebody there to answer questions and give help. Very knowledgable and thoroughly know their products. I did an online appointment request on Tuesday midday and got a phone call Tuesday evening to book an appointment. I had an appointment with a doctor on a video call on Friday and within 15 minutes of ending that call, a pharmacist called me to talk about what to do and got everything set up online and didn't hang up until I had my products ordered and on their way. The receptionist, nurses, doctor, and pharmacist were all incredibly friendly and very helpful. There was never judgement and never felt like I was being hurried off the phone. They discussed my health history in detail and gave me a prescription that I think is perfect. I was honestly super skeptical at first because it all seemed too good to be true but Apollo is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

A great interview with Dr. Fair - he actually read my medical info sent in previously so did not ask lots of redundant questions. Did not hear the educators name but she was excellent explaining how to take the medication and finding the best price. Also sent info by email which again is so helpful. Excellent experience, highly recommended.

I love that I can come to this location for my follow up appointments and that its so close to the TTC! Its the same great great Apollo service in a new modern, location. The doctors & staff are so knowledgeable and they helped me order my medication while I was there, which got delivered to me that night! I'm able to go to my medical office for a video conference or even better, the phone appointments can be done from home. The agents are friendly and extremely helpful and compassionate. Apollo clinic is one of the best clinics for medical cannabis as they are so incredibly kind and compassionate. I have been with them for almost a year, and they really helped me manage my chronic illnesses . I am so thankful for all their help these last few months. They really take the time to listen and help you find the right course of treatment. They always follow through with appointments, and call backs were very quick in response time. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this clinic. To add, all my appointments are virtual, and the service they use is easy to navigate.

Very informative. Explains dosage and product very well. I felt heard when I spoke about my postoperative pain. Very thankful to be finally off the painkillers! What a great experience it was working with Apollo. The response time was very quick and every step in the process - before, during and after my appointment with my LPN was user-friendly and obviously designed to put the patient first. It really showed. My LPN was supportive and helpful and the followup with the educator to select my LPs was great. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and most of all, kind!
